Seek and You Will Find
“You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.”Jeremiah 29:13
Reflection
God's apparent hiddenness is sometimes an invitation to seek Him more earnestly. He promises that those who search for Him with their whole heart will find Him. The seeking itself is not wasted; it draws us deeper. Keep showing up — in prayer, in Scripture, in worship — even when it feels fruitless. The promise stands: seek, and in time you will find.
A prayer
Father, You promise that those who seek You with all their heart will find You. So I will keep seeking — in prayer, in Your Word, in worship — even when it feels like nothing is happening. Stir in me a wholehearted hunger for You, not just for Your gifts or feelings, but for You Yourself. Let me seek, and in Your time, find You again. Amen.
