1 И Давид учини веће с хиљадницима и са стотиницима и са свим војводама,
1 ENTONCES David tomó consejo con los capitanes de millares y de cientos, y con todos los jefes.
1 David consulted with the captains of thousands and of hundreds, even with every leader.
2 и рече Давид свему збору Израиљевом: Ако вам је по вољи, и ако је од Господа Бога нашег, да пошаљемо на све стране к браћи својој осталој по свим крајевима Израиљевим, и к свештеницима и Левитима по градовима и подграђима њиховим да се скупе к нама,
2 Y dijo David á todo el congreso de Israel: Si os parece bien y de Jehová nuestro Dios, enviaremos á todas partes [á llamar] nuestros hermanos que han quedado en todas las tierras de Israel, y á los sacerdotes y Levitas [que están] con ellos en sus ciudades y ejidos que se junten con nosotros;
2 David said to all the assembly of Israel, “If it seems good to you, and if it is of Yahweh our God, let’s send word everywhere to our brothers who are left in all the land of Israel, with whom the priests and Levites are in their cities that have pasture lands, that they may gather themselves to us.
3 па да донесемо к себи ковчег Бога свог, јер Га не тражисмо за времена Сауловог.
3 Y traigamos el arca de nuestro Dios á nosotros, porque desde el tiempo de Saúl no hemos hecho caso de ella.
3 Also, let’s bring the ark of our God back to us again, for we didn’t seek it in the days of Saul.”
4 А сав збор рече да се тако учини, јер то би по вољи свему народу.
4 Y dijo todo el congreso que se hiciese así, porque la cosa parecía bien á todo el pueblo.
4 All the assembly said that they would do so, for the thing was right in the eyes of all the people.
5 И тако Давид сабра сав народ Израиљев од Сихора мисирског дори до Емата, да донесу ковчег Божији из Киријат-Јарима.
5 Entonces juntó David á todo Israel, desde Sihor de Egipto hasta entrar en Hamath, para que trajesen el arca de Dios de Chîriath-jearim.
5 So David assembled all Israel together, from the Shihor River of Egypt even to the entrance of Hamath, to bring God’s ark from Kiriath Jearim.
6 И отиде Давид са свим Израиљем у Валу, у Киријат-Јарим Јудин, да пренесу оданде ковчег Бога Господа, који седи на херувимима, чије се име призива.
6 Y subió David con todo Israel á Baala de Chîriath-jearim, que es en Judá, para pasar de allí el arca de Jehová Dios que habita entre los querubines, sobre la cual su nombre es invocado.
6 David went up with all Israel to Baalah, that is, to Kiriath Jearim, which belonged to Judah, to bring up from there God Yahweh’s ark that sits above the cherubim, that is called by the Name.
7 И повезоше ковчег Божији на новим колима из куће Авинадавове; а Уза и Ахијо управљаху колима.
7 Y lleváronse el arca de Dios de la casa de Abinadab en un carro nuevo; y Uzza y su hermano guiaban el carro.
7 They carried God’s ark on a new cart, and brought it out of Abinadab’s house; and Uzza and Ahio drove the cart.
8 А Давид и сав народ Израиљем играху пред Богом из све снаге певајући и ударајући у гусле и у псалтире и у бубње и у кимвале и трубећи у трубе.
8 Y David y todo Israel hacían alegrías delante de Dios con todas sus fuerzas, con canciones, arpas, salterios, tamboriles, címbalos y trompetas.
8 David and all Israel played before God with all their might, even with songs, with harps, with stringed instruments, with tambourines, with cymbals, and with trumpets.
9 А кад дођоше до гумна Хидоновог, Уза се маши руком да прихвати ковчег јер волови потегоше на страну.
9 Y como llegaron á la era de Chidón, Uzza extendió su mano al arca para tenerla, porque los bueyes se desmandaban.
9 When they came to Chidon’s threshing floor, Uzza put out his hand to hold the ark, for the oxen stumbled.
10 И Господ се разгневи на Узу, и удари га што се маши руком за ковчег, те умре онде пред Богом.
10 Y el furor de Jehová se encendió contra Uzza, é hiriólo, porque había extendido su mano al arca: y murió allí delante de Dios.
10 Yahweh’s anger burned against Uzza, and he struck him because he put his hand on the ark; and he died there before God.
11 И ожалости се Давид што Господ уби Узу: Зато се прозва оно место Фарес-Уза до данас.
11 Y David tuvo pesar, porque Jehová había hecho rotura en Uzza; por lo que llamó aquel lugar Pérez-uzza, hasta hoy.
11 David was displeased, because Yahweh had broken out against Uzza. He called that place Perez Uzza, to this day.
12 И уплаши се Давид од Бога у онај дан, и рече: Како ћу донети к себи ковчег Божји?
12 Y David temió á Dios aquel día, y dijo: ¿Cómo he de traer á mi casa el arca de Dios?
12 David was afraid of God that day, saying, “How can I bring God’s ark home to me?”
13 И не пренесе Давид ковчег к себи у град Давидов, него га склони у кућу Овид-Едома Гетејина.
13 Y no trajo David el arca á su casa en la ciudad de David, sino llevóla á casa de Obed-edom Getheo.
13 So David didn’t move the ark with him into David’s city, but carried it aside into Obed-Edom the Gittite’s house.
14 И оста ковчег Божји код породице Овид-Едомове у кући његовој три месеци. И Господ благослови дом Овид-Едомов и све што имаше.
14 Y el arca de Dios estuvo en casa de Obed-edom, en su casa, tres meses: y bendijo Jehová la casa de Obed-edom, y todas las cosas que tenía.
14 God’s ark remained with the family of Obed-Edom in his house three months; and Yahweh blessed Obed-Edom’s house and all that he had.
