1 Бегите, дети Вениаминовы, из среды Иерусалима, и в Фекое трубите трубою и дайте знать огнем в Бефкареме, ибо от севера появляется беда и великая гибель.
1 HUID, hijos de Benjamín, de en medio de Jerusalem, y tocad bocina en Tecoa, y alzad por señal humo sobre Beth-hacchêrem: porque del aquilón se ha visto mal, y quebrantamiento grande.
1 “Flee for safety, you children of Benjamin, out of the middle of Jerusalem! Blow the trumpet in Tekoa and raise up a signal on Beth Haccherem, for evil looks out from the north with a great destruction.
2 Разорю Я дочь Сиона, красивую и изнеженную.
2 A [mujer] hermosa y delicada comparé á la hija de Sión.
2 I will cut off the beautiful and delicate one, the daughter of Zion.
3 Пастухи со своими стадами придут к ней, раскинут палатки вокруг нее; каждый будет пасти свой участок.
3 A ella vendrán pastores y sus rebaños; junto á ella en derredor pondrán sus tiendas; cada uno apacentará á su parte.
3 Shepherds with their flocks will come to her. They will pitch their tents against her all around. They will feed everyone in his place.”
4 Приготовляйте против нее войну; вставайте и пойдем в полдень. Горе нам! день уже склоняется, распростираются вечерние тени.
4 Denunciad guerra contra ella: levantaos y subamos hacia el mediodía. ¡Ay de nosotros! que va cayendo ya el día, que las sombras de la tarde se han extendido.
4 “Prepare war against her! Arise! Let’s go up at noon. Woe to us! For the day declines, for the shadows of the evening are stretched out.
5 Вставайте, пойдем и ночью, и разорим чертоги ее!
5 Levantaos, y subamos de noche, y destruyamos sus palacios.
5 Arise! Let’s go up by night, and let’s destroy her palaces.”
6 Ибо так говорит Господь Саваоф: рубите дерева и делайте насыпь против Иерусалима: этот город должен быть наказан; в нем всякое угнетение.
6 Porque así dijo Jehová de los ejércitos: Cortad árboles, y extended baluarte junto á Jerusalem: esta es la ciudad que toda ella ha de ser visitada; violencia hay en medio de ella.
6 For Yahweh of Armies said, “Cut down trees, and cast up a mound against Jerusalem. This is the city to be visited. She is filled with oppression within herself.
7 Как источник извергает из себя воду, так он источает из себя зло: в нем слышно насилие и грабительство, пред лицем Моим всегда обиды и раны.
7 Como la fuente nunca cesa de manar sus aguas, así nunca cesa de manar su malicia; injusticia y robo se oye en ella; continuamente en mi presencia, enfermedad y herida.
7 As a well produces its waters, so she produces her wickedness. Violence and destruction is heard in her. Sickness and wounds are continually before me.
8 Вразумись, Иерусалим, чтобы душа Моя не удалилась от тебя, чтоб Я не сделал тебя пустынею, землею необитаемою.
8 Corrígete, Jerusalem, porque no se aparte mi alma de ti, porque no te torne desierta, tierra no habitada.
8 Be instructed, Jerusalem, lest my soul be alienated from you, lest I make you a desolation, an uninhabited land.”
9 Так говорит Господь Саваоф: до конца доберут остаток Израиля, как виноград; работай рукою твоею, как обиратель винограда, наполняя корзины.
9 Así dijo Jehová de los ejércitos: Del todo rebuscarán como á vid el resto de Israel: torna tu mano como vendimiador á los cestos.
9 Yahweh of Armies says, “They will thoroughly glean the remnant of Israel like a vine. Turn again your hand as a grape gatherer into the baskets.”
10 К кому мне говорить и кого увещевать, чтобы слушали? Вот, ухо у них необрезанное, и они не могут слушать; вот, слово Господне у них в посмеянии; оно неприятно им.
10 ¿A quién tengo de hablar y amonestar, para que oigan? He aquí que sus orejas son incircuncisas, y no pueden escuchar; he aquí que la palabra de Jehová les es cosa vergonzosa, no la aman.
10 To whom should I speak and testify, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can’t listen. Behold, Yahweh’s word has become a reproach to them. They have no delight in it.
11 Поэтому я преисполнен яростью Господнею, не могу держать ее в себе; изолью ее на детей на улице и на собрание юношей; взяты будут муж с женою, пожилой с отжившим лета.
11 Por tanto estoy lleno de saña de Jehová, trabajado he por contenerme; derramaréla sobre los niños en la calle, y sobre la reunión de los jóvenes juntamente; porque el marido también será preso con la mujer, el viejo con el lleno de días.
11 Therefore I am full of Yahweh’s wrath. I am weary with holding it in. “Pour it out on the children in the street, and on the assembly of young men together; for even the husband with the wife will be taken, the aged with him who is full of days.
12 И домы их перейдут к другим, равно поля и жены; потому что Я простру руку Мою на обитателей сей земли, говорит Господь.
12 Y sus casas serán traspasadas á otros, sus heredades y también sus mujeres; porque extenderé mi mano sobre los moradores de la tierra, dice Jehová.
12 Their houses will be turned to others, their fields and their wives together; for I will stretch out my hand on the inhabitants of the land, says Yahweh.”
13 Ибо от малого до большого, каждый из них предан корысти, и от пророка до священника - все действуют лживо;
13 Porque desde el más chico de ellos hasta el más grande de ellos, cada uno sigue la avaricia; y desde el profeta hasta el sacerdote, todos son engañadores.
13 “For from their least even to their greatest, everyone is given to covetousness. From the prophet even to the priest, everyone deals falsely.
14 врачуют раны народа Моего легкомысленно, говоря: "мир! мир!", а мира нет.
14 Y curan el quebrantamiento de la hija de mi pueblo con liviandad, diciendo, Paz, paz; y no hay paz.
14 They have healed also the hurt of my people superficially, saying, ‘Peace, peace!’ when there is no peace.
15 Стыдятся ли они, делая мерзости? нет, нисколько не стыдятся и не краснеют. За то падут между падшими, и во время посещения Моего будут повержены, говорит Господь.
15 ¿Hanse avergonzado de haber hecho abominación? No por cierto, no se han avergonzado, ni aun saben tener vergüenza: por tanto caerán entre los que caerán; caerán cuando los visitaré, dice Jehová.
15 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush. Therefore they will fall among those who fall. When I visit them, they will be cast down,” says Yahweh.
16 Так говорит Господь: остановитесь на путях ваших и рассмотрите, и расспросите о путях древних, где путь добрый, и идите по нему, и найдете покой душам вашим. Но они сказали: "не пойдем".
16 Así dijo Jehová: Paraos en los caminos, y mirad, y preguntad por las sendas antiguas, cuál sea el buen camino, y andad por él, y hallaréis descanso para vuestra alma. Mas dijeron: No andaremos.
16 Yahweh says, “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, ‘Where is the good way?’ and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
17 И поставил Я стражей над вами, сказав: "слушайте звука трубы". Но они сказали: "не будем слушать".
17 Desperté también sobre vosotros atalayas, [que dijesen]: Escuchad á la voz de la trompeta. Y dijeron ellos: No escucharemos.
17 I set watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But they said, ‘We will not listen!’
18 Итак слушайте, народы, и знай, собрание, что с ними будет.
18 Por tanto oid, gentes, y conoce, oh conjunto de ellas.
18 Therefore hear, you nations, and know, congregation, what is among them.
19 Слушай, земля: вот, Я приведу на народ сей пагубу, плод помыслов их; ибо они слов Моих не слушали и закон Мой отвергли.
19 Oye, tierra. He aquí yo traigo mal sobre este pueblo, el fruto de sus pensamientos; porque no escucharon á mis palabras, y aborrecieron mi ley.
19 Hear, earth! Behold, I will bring evil on this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to my words; and as for my law, they have rejected it.
20 Для чего Мне ладан, который идет из Савы, и благовонный тростник из дальней страны? Всесожжения ваши неугодны, и жертвы ваши неприятны Мне.
20 ¿A qué viene para mí este incienso de Seba, y la buena caña olorosa de tierra lejana? Vuestros holocaustos no son á mi voluntad, ni vuestros sacrificios me dan gusto.
20 To what purpose does frankincense from Sheba come to me, and the sweet cane from a far country? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, and your sacrifices are not pleasing to me.”
21 Посему так говорит Господь: вот, Я полагаю пред народом сим преткновения, и преткнутся о них отцы и дети вместе, сосед и друг его, и погибнут.
21 Por tanto Jehová dice esto: He aquí yo pongo á este pueblo tropiezos, y caerán en ellos los padres y los hijos juntamente, el vecino y su cercano perecerán.
21 Therefore Yahweh says, “Behold, I will lay stumbling blocks before this people. The fathers and the sons together will stumble against them. The neighbor and his friend will perish.”
22 Так говорит Господь: вот, идет народ от страны северной, и народ великий поднимается от краев земли;
22 Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que viene pueblo de tierra del aquilón, y gente grande se levantará de los cantones de la tierra.
22 Yahweh says, “Behold, a people comes from the north country. A great nation will be stirred up from the uttermost parts of the earth.
23 держат в руках лук и копье; они жестоки и немилосерды, голос их шумит, как море, и несутся на конях, выстроены, как один человек, чтобы сразиться с тобою, дочь Сиона.
23 Arco y escudo arrebatarán; crueles son, que no tendrán misericordia; sonará la voz de ellos como la mar, y montarán á caballo como hombres dispuestos para la guerra, contra ti, oh hija de Sión.
23 They take hold of bow and spear. They are cruel, and have no mercy. Their voice roars like the sea, and they ride on horses, everyone set in array, as a man to the battle, against you, daughter of Zion.”
24 Мы услышали весть о них, и руки у нас опустились, скорбь объяла нас, муки, как женщину в родах.
24 Su fama oimos, y nuestras manos se descoyuntaron; apoderóse de nosotros angustia, dolor como de mujer que pare.
24 We have heard its report. Our hands become feeble. Anguish has taken hold of us, and pains as of a woman in labor.
25 Не выходите в поле и не ходите по дороге, ибо меч неприятелей, ужас со всех сторон.
25 No salgas al campo, ni andes por camino; porque espada de enemigo [y] temor [hay] por todas partes.
25 Don’t go out into the field or walk by the way; for the sword of the enemy and terror are on every side.
26 Дочь народа моего! опояшь себя вретищем и посыпь себя пеплом; сокрушайся, как бы о смерти единственного сына, горько плачь; ибо внезапно придет на нас губитель.
26 Hija de mi pueblo, cíñete de saco, y revuélcate en ceniza; hazte luto como por hijo único, llanto de amarguras: porque presto vendrá sobre nosotros el destruidor.
26 Daughter of my people, clothe yourself with sackcloth, and wallow in ashes! Mourn, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation, for the destroyer will suddenly come on us.
27 Башнею поставил Я тебя среди народа Моего, столпом, чтобы ты знал и следил путь их.
27 Por fortaleza te he puesto en mi pueblo, por torre: conocerás pues, y examinarás el camino de ellos.
27 “I have made you a tester of metals and a fortress among my people, that you may know and try their way.
28 Все они - упорные отступники, живут клеветою; это медь и железо, - все они развратители.
28 Todos ellos príncipes rebeldes, andan con engaño; son cobre y hierro: todos ellos son corruptores.
28 They are all grievous rebels, going around to slander. They are bronze and iron. All of them deal corruptly.
29 Раздувальный мех обгорел, свинец истлел от огня: плавильщик плавил напрасно, ибо злые не отделились;
29 Quemóse el fuelle, del fuego se ha consumido el plomo: por demás fundió el fundidor, pues los malos no son arrancados.
29 The bellows blow fiercely. The lead is consumed in the fire. In vain they go on refining, for the wicked are not plucked away.
30 отверженным серебром назовут их, ибо Господь отверг их.
30 Plata desechada los llamarán, porque Jehová los desechó.
30 Men will call them rejected silver, because Yahweh has rejected them.”

“Commentary” is the opening of a homily or exposition on this chapter (John Chrysostom’s homilies, Augustine’s tractates, sermons and expositions of the Psalms). “Quotes” are sentences where the edition’s own footnotes identify a quotation of a verse here, kept only when the wording matches the verse. Only works whose authorship is not in doubt are used. Psalms follow the Hebrew/English numbering (Augustine numbers them as the Septuagint does: his Psalm 50 is Psalm 51 here).
