LSV Literal Standard Version WEB World English Bible (Classic, with Deuterocanon) 1 And having looked up, He saw those who cast their gifts into the treasury—rich men, 1 Y MIRANDO, vió á los ricos que echaban sus ofrendas en el gazofilacio.
1 He looked up and saw the rich people who were putting their gifts into the treasury.
2 and He also saw a certain poor widow casting two mites there, 2 Y vió también una viuda pobrecilla, que echaba allí dos blancas.
2 He saw a certain poor widow casting in two small brass coins.
3 and He said, “Truly I say to you that this poor widow cast in more than all; 3 Y dijo: De verdad os digo, que esta pobre viuda echó más que todos:
3 He said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow put in more than all of them,
4 for all these out of their superabundance cast into the gifts to God, but this one out of her want, all the living that she had, cast in.” 4 Porque todos estos, de lo que les sobra echaron para las ofrendas de Dios; mas ésta de su pobreza echó todo el sustento que tenía.
4 for all these put in gifts for God from their abundance, but she, out of her poverty, put in all that she had to live on.”
5 And [as] some were speaking about the temple, that it has been adorned with good stones and devoted things, He said, 5 Y á unos que decían del templo, que estaba adornado de hermosas piedras y dones, dijo:
5 As some were talking about the temple and how it was decorated with beautiful stones and gifts, he said,
6 “These things that you behold—days will come in which there will not be left a stone on a stone that will not be thrown down.” 6 Estas cosas que veis, días vendrán que no quedará piedra sobre piedra que no sea destruída.
6 “As for these things which you see, the days will come in which there will not be left here one stone on another that will not be thrown down.”
7 And they questioned Him, saying, “Teacher, when, then, will these things be? And what [is] the sign when these things may be about to happen?” 7 Y le preguntaron, diciendo: Maestro, ¿cuándo será esto? ¿y qué señal [habrá] cuando estas cosas hayan de comenzar á ser hechas?
7 They asked him, “Teacher, so when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are about to happen?”
8 And He said, “See—you may not be led astray, for many will come in My Name, saying, I am [He], and the time has come near; do not then go on after them; 8 El entonces dijo: Mirad, no seáis engañados; porque vendrán muchos en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy; y, El tiempo está cerca: por tanto, no vayáis en pos de ellos.
8 He said, “Watch out that you don’t get led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is at hand.’ Therefore don’t follow them.
9 and when you may hear of wars and uprisings, do not be terrified, for it is necessary for these things to happen first, but the end [is] not immediately.” 9 Empero cuando oyereis guerras y sediciones, no os espantéis; porque es necesario que estas cosas acontezcan primero: mas no luego será el fin.
9 When you hear of wars and disturbances, don’t be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won’t come immediately.”
10 Then He said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, 10 Entonces les dijo: Se levantará gente contra gente, y reino contra reino;
10 Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
11 also great shakings, and there will be famines and pestilences in every place; also there will be fearful things and great signs from the sky; 11 Y habrá grandes terremotos, y en varios lugares hambres y pestilencias: y habrá espantos y grandes señales del cielo.
11 There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.
12 and before all these, they will lay on you their hands, and persecute, delivering up to synagogues and prisons, being brought before kings and governors for My Name’s sake; 12 Mas antes de todas estas cosas os echarán mano, y perseguirán, entregándoos á las sinagogas y á las cárceles, siendo llevados á los reyes y á los gobernadores por causa de mi nombre.
12 But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for my name’s sake.
13 and it will become to you for a testimony. 13 Y os será para testimonio.
13 It will turn out as a testimony for you.
14 Settle, then, to your hearts, not to meditate beforehand to reply, 14 Poned pues en vuestros corazones no pensar antes cómo habéis de responder:
14 Settle it therefore in your hearts not to meditate beforehand how to answer,
15 for I will give to you a mouth and wisdom that all your opposers will not be able to refute or resist. 15 Porque yo os daré boca y sabiduría, á la cual no podrán resistir ni contradecir todos los que se os opondrán.
15 for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or to contradict.
16 And you will be delivered up also by parents, and brothers, and relatives, and friends, and they will put [some] of you to death; 16 Mas seréis entregados aun de vuestros padres, y hermanos, y parientes, y amigos; y matarán [á algunos] de vosotros.
16 You will be handed over even by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends. They will cause some of you to be put to death.
17 and you will be hated by all because of My Name— 17 Y seréis aborrecidos de todos por causa de mi nombre.
17 You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake.
18 and a hair out of your head will not perish; 18 Mas un pelo de vuestra cabeza no perecerá.
18 And not a hair of your head will perish.
19 in your patience possess your souls. 19 En vuestra paciencia poseeréis vuestras almas.
19 “By your endurance you will win your lives.
20 And when you may see Jerusalem surrounded by encampments, then know that her desolation has come near; 20 Y cuando viereis á Jerusalem cercada de ejércitos, sabed entonces que su destrucción ha llegado.
20 “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is at hand.
21 then those in Judea, let them flee to the mountains; and those in her midst, let them depart out; and those in the countries, do not let them come in to her; 21 Entonces los que estuvieren en Judea, huyan á los montes; y los que en medio de ella, váyanse; y los que estén en los campos, no entren en ella.
21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let those who are in the middle of her depart. Let those who are in the country not enter therein.
22 because these are days of vengeance, to fulfill all things that have been written. 22 Porque estos son días de venganza: para que se cumplan todas las cosas que están escritas.
22 For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
23 And woe to those with child, and to those giving suck, in those days; for there will be great distress on the land, and wrath on this people; 23 Mas ¡ay de las preñadas, y de las que crían en aquellos días! porque habrá apuro grande sobre la tierra é ira en este pueblo.
23 Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse infants in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath to this people.
24 and they will fall by the mouth of the sword, and will be led captive to all the nations, and Jerusalem will be trodden down by nations, until the times of nations be fulfilled. 24 Y caerán á filo de espada, y serán llevados cautivos á todas las naciones: y Jerusalem será hollada de las gentes, hasta que los tiempos de las gentes sean cumplidos.
24 They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25 And there will be signs in sun, and moon, and stars, and on the earth distress of nations with perplexity, sea and wave roaring; 25 Entonces habrá señales en el sol, y en la luna, y en las estrellas; y en la tierra angustia de gentes por la confusión del sonido de la mar y de las ondas:
25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;
26 men fainting at heart from fear, and expectation of the things coming on the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 26 Secándose los hombres á causa del temor y expectación de las cosas que sobrevendrán á la redondez de la tierra: porque las virtudes de los cielos serán conmovidas.
26 men fainting for fear and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
27 And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud, with power and much glory; 27 Y entonces verán al Hijo del hombre, que vendrá en una nube con potestad y majestad grande.
27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 and these things beginning to happen, bend yourselves back, and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” 28 Y cuando estas cosas comenzaren á hacerse, mirad, y levantad vuestras cabezas, porque vuestra redención está cerca.
28 But when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”
29 And He spoke an allegory to them: “See the fig tree, and all the trees, 29 Y díjoles una parábola: Mirad la higuera y todos los árboles:
29 He told them a parable. “See the fig tree and all the trees.
30 when they may now cast forth, having seen, of yourselves you know that now the summer is near; 30 Cuando ya brotan, viéndolo, de vosotros mismos entendéis que el verano está ya cerca.
30 When they are already budding, you see it and know by your own selves that the summer is already near.
31 so also you, when you may see these things happening, you know that the Kingdom of God is near; 31 Así también vosotros, cuando viereis hacerse estas cosas, entended que está cerca el reino de Dios.
31 Even so you also, when you see these things happening, know that God’s Kingdom is near.
32 truly I say to you, this generation may not pass away until all may have come to pass; 32 De cierto os digo, que no pasará esta generación hasta que todo sea hecho.
32 Most certainly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all things are accomplished.
33 the sky and the earth will pass away, but My words may not pass away. 33 El cielo y la tierra pasarán; mas mis palabras no pasarán.
33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away.
34 And take heed to yourselves lest your hearts may be weighed down with carousing, and drunkenness, and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day may come on you, 34 Y mirad por vosotros, que vuestros corazones no sean cargados de glotonería y embriaguez, y de los cuidados de esta vida, y venga de repente sobre vosotros aquel día.
34 “So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly.
35 for it will come as a snare on all those dwelling on the face of all the earth, 35 Porque como un lazo vendrá sobre todos los que habitan sobre la faz de toda la tierra.
35 For it will come like a snare on all those who dwell on the surface of all the earth.
36 watch, then, in every season, praying that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that are about to come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” 36 Velad pues, orando en todo tiempo, que seáis tenidos por dignos de evitar todas estas cosas que han de venir, y de estar en pie delante del Hijo del hombre.
36 Therefore be watchful all the time, praying that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
37 And He was teaching in the temple during the days, and during the nights, going forth, He was lodging at [that] called the Mount of Olives; 37 Y enseñaba de día en el templo; y de noche saliendo, estábase en el monte que se llama de las Olivas.
37 Every day Jesus was teaching in the temple, and every night he would go out and spend the night on the mountain that is called Olivet.
38 and all the people were coming early to Him in the temple to hear Him. 38 Y todo el pueblo venía á él por la mañana, para oirle en el templo.
38 All the people came early in the morning to him in the temple to hear him.
