3 A lice njegovo beše kao munja, i odelo njegovo kao sneg.
I gle, On će pred vama otići u Galileju; tamo ćete Ga videti. Eto ja vam kazah.
7 E id presto, decid á sus discípulos que ha resucitado de los muertos: y he aquí va delante de vosotros á Galilea; allí le veréis; he aquí, os lo he dicho.
9 A kad iđahu da jave učenicima Njegovim, i gle, srete ih Isus govoreći: Zdravo!
10 Tada reče im Isus: Ne bojte se; idite te javite braći mojoj neka idu u Galileju; i tamo će me videti.
12 I oni sastavši se sa starešinama učiniše veće, i dadoše vojnicima dovoljno novaca
13 govoreći: Kažite: Učenici njegovi dođoše noću i ukradoše ga kad smo mi spavali.
14 I ako to čuje sudija, mi ćemo njega umiriti, i učiniti da vama ništa ne bude.
16 A jedanaest učenika otidoše u Galileju u goru kuda im je kazao Isus.
17 I kad Ga videše, pokloniše Mu se; a jedni posumnjaše.
18 I pristupivši Isus reče im govoreći: Dade mi se svaka vlast na nebu i na zemlji.
19 Idite dakle i naučite sve narode krsteći ih va ime Oca i Sina i Svetog Duha,

What the Fathers said

Passages from the Church Fathers that expound or quote this chapter, verbatim from the public-domain Schaff edition (19th-century English translations).

How these were chosen

“Commentary” is the opening of a homily or exposition on this chapter (John Chrysostom’s homilies, Augustine’s tractates, sermons and expositions of the Psalms). “Quotes” are sentences where the edition’s own footnotes identify a quotation of a verse here, kept only when the wording matches the verse. Only works whose authorship is not in doubt are used. Psalms follow the Hebrew/English numbering (Augustine numbers them as the Septuagint does: his Psalm 50 is Psalm 51 here).
