1 Εν δε τω τέλει των είκοσι ετών, καθ' α ο Σολομών ωκοδόμησε τον οίκον του Κυρίου και τον οίκον εαυτού,

1 Y ACONTECIÓ que al cabo de veinte años que Salomón había edificado la casa de Jehová y su casa,

1 At the end of twenty years, in which Solomon had built Yahweh’s house and his own house,

2 τας πόλεις τας οποίας ο Χουράμ είχε δώσει εις τον Σολομώντα, ο Σολομών ωκοδόμησεν αυτάς και κατώκισεν εκεί τους υιούς Ισραήλ.

2 Reedificó Salomón las ciudades que Hiram le había dado, y estableció en ellas á los hijos de Israel.

2 Solomon built the cities which Huram had given to Solomon, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.

3 Και υπήγεν ο Σολομών εις Αιμάθ-σωβά και υπερίσχυσεν εναντίον αυτής.

3 Después vino Salomón á Amath de Soba, y la tomó.

3 Solomon went to Hamath Zobah, and prevailed against it.

4 Και ωκοδόμησε την Θαδμώρ εν τη ερήμω και πάσας τας πόλεις των αποθηκών, τας οποίας ωκοδόμησεν εν Αιμάθ.

4 Y edificó á Tadmor en el desierto, y todas las ciudades de municiones que edificó en Hamath.

4 He built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the storage cities, which he built in Hamath.

5 Ωικοδόμησεν έτι την Βαιθ-ωρών την άνω και την Βαιθ-ωρών την κάτω, πόλεις ωχυρωμένας με τείχη, πύλας και μοχλούς·

5 Asimismo reedificó á Beth-oron la de arriba, y á Beth-oron la de abajo, ciudades fortificadas, de muros, puertas, y barras;

5 Also he built Beth Horon the upper and Beth Horon the lower, fortified cities with walls, gates, and bars;

6 και την Βααλάθ και πάσας τας πόλεις των αποθηκών, τας οποίας είχεν ο Σολομών, και πάσας τας πόλεις των αμαξών και τας πόλεις των ιππέων και παν ό,τι επεθύμησεν ο Σολομών να οικοδομήση εν Ιερουσαλήμ και εν τω Λιβάνω και εν πάση τη γη της επικρατείας αυτού.

6 Y á Baalath, y á todas las villas de munición que Salomón tenía; también todas las ciudades de los carros y las de la gente de á caballo; y todo lo que Salomón quiso edificar en Jerusalem, y en el Líbano, y en toda la tierra de su señorío.

6 and Baalath, and all the storage cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.

7 Πάντα δε τον λαόν τον εναπολειφθέντα εκ των Χετταίων και των Αμορραίων και των Φερεζαίων και των Ευαίων και των Ιεβουσαίων, οίτινες δεν ήσαν εκ του Ισραήλ,

7 Y á todo el pueblo que había quedado de los Hetheos, Amorrheos, Pherezeos, Heveos, y Jebuseos, que no eran de Israel,

7 As for all the people who were left of the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel—

8 αλλ' εκ των τέκνων εκείνων, των εναπολειφθέντων εν τη γη μετ' αυτούς, τους οποίους οι υιοί Ισραήλ δεν εξωλόθρευσαν, επί τούτους ο Σολομών επέβαλε φόρον έως της ημέρας ταύτης.

8 Los hijos de los que habían quedado en la tierra después de ellos, á los cuales los hijos de Israel no destruyeron del todo, hizo Salomón tributarios hasta hoy.

8 of their children who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel didn’t consume—of them Solomon conscripted forced labor to this day.

9 Εκ δε των υιών Ισραήλ ο Σολομών δεν έκαμε δούλους διά το έργον αυτού, διότι ήσαν άνδρες πολεμισταί, και πρώταρχοι και άρχοντες των αμαξών αυτού και των ιππέων αυτού.

9 Y de los hijos de Israel no puso Salomón siervos en su obra; porque eran hombres de guerra, y sus príncipes y sus capitanes, y comandantes de sus carros, y su gente de á caballo.

9 But of the children of Israel, Solomon made no servants for his work, but they were men of war, chief of his captains, and rulers of his chariots and of his horsemen.

10 Εκ τούτων ήσαν οι αρχηγοί των επιστατών, τους οποίους είχεν ο βασιλεύς Σολομών, διακόσιοι πεντήκοντα, εξουσιάζοντες επί τον λαόν.

10 Y tenía Salomón doscientos y cincuenta principales de los gobernadores, los cuales mandaban en aquella gente.

10 These were the chief officers of King Solomon, even two-hundred fifty, who ruled over the people.

11 Και ανεβίβασεν ο Σολομών την θυγατέρα του Φαραώ εκ της πόλεως Δαβίδ, εις τον οίκον τον οποίον ωκοδόμησε δι' αυτήν· διότι είπεν, Η γυνή μου δεν θέλει κατοικεί εν τω οίκω Δαβίδ του βασιλέως του Ισραήλ, επειδή το μέρος, όπου η κιβωτός του Κυρίου εισήλθεν, είναι άγιον.

11 Y pasó Salomón á la hija de Faraón, de la ciudad de David á la casa que él le había edificado; porque dijo: Mi mujer no morará en la casa de David rey de Israel, porque aquellas [habitaciones] donde ha entrado el arca de Jehová, son sagradas.

11 Solomon brought up Pharaoh’s daughter out of David’s city to the house that he had built for her; for he said, “My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places where Yahweh’s ark has come are holy.”

12 Τότε προσέφερεν ο Σολομών ολοκαυτώματα εις τον Κύριον επί του θυσιαστηρίου του Κυρίου, το οποίον ωκοδόμησε κατ' έμπροσθεν του προνάου,

12 Entonces ofreció Salomón holocaustos á Jehová sobre el altar de Jehová, que había él edificado delante del pórtico,

12 Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to Yahweh on Yahweh’s altar which he had built before the porch,

13 κατά το απαιτούμενον εκάστης ημέρας του να προσφέρωσι κατά τας εντολάς του Μωϋσέως, εν τοις σάββασι και εν ταις νεομηνίαις και εν ταις επισήμοις εορταίς ταις γινομέναις τρίς του ενιαυτού, εν τη εορτή των αζύμων και εν τη εορτή των εβδομάδων και εν τη εορτή των σκηνών.

13 Para que ofreciesen cada cosa en su día, conforme al mandamiento de Moisés, en los sábados, en las nuevas lunas, y en las solemnidades, tres veces en el año, [á saber], en la fiesta de los panes ázimos, en la fiesta de las semanas, y en la fiesta de las cabañas.

13 even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times per year, during the feast of unleavened bread, during the feast of weeks, and during the feast of booths.

14 Και κατέστησε, κατά την διάταξιν Δαβίδ του πατρός αυτού, τας διαιρέσεις των ιερέων εις την υπηρεσίαν αυτών, και τους Λευΐτας εις τας φυλακάς αυτών διά να υμνώσι και να λειτουργώσι κατέναντι των ιερέων, κατά το απαιτούμενον εκάστης ημέρας· και τους πυλωρούς κατά τας διαιρέσεις αυτών εις εκάστην πύλην· διότι τοιαύτη ήτο η εντολή Δαβίδ του ανθρώπου του Θεού.

14 Y constituyó los repartimientos de los sacerdotes en sus oficios, conforme á la ordenación de David su padre; y los Levitas por sus órdenes, para que alabasen y ministrasen delante de los sacerdotes, cada cosa en su día; asimismo los porteros por su orden á cada puerta: porque así lo había mandado David, varón de Dios.

14 He appointed, according to the ordinance of David his father, the divisions of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their offices, to praise and to minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required, the doorkeepers also by their divisions at every gate, for David the man of God had so commanded.

15 Και δεν παρεδρόμησαν από της εντολής του βασιλέως περί των ιερέων και Λευϊτών εις ουδέν πράγμα ουδέ εις τα περί των θησαυρών.

15 Y no salieron del mandamiento del rey, cuanto á los sacerdotes y Levitas, y los tesoros, y todo negocio:

15 They didn’t depart from the commandment of the king to the priests and Levites concerning any matter or concerning the treasures.

16 Ήτο δε ετοιμασία δι' άπαν το έργον του Σολομώντος, αφ' ης ημέρας εθεμελιώθη ο οίκος του Κυρίου, εωσού εξετελέσθη. Ούτως ετελειώθη ο οίκος του Κυρίου.

16 Porque toda la obra de Salomón estaba preparada desde el día en que la casa de Jehová fué fundada hasta que se acabó, [hasta que] la casa de Jehová fué acabada del todo.

16 Now all the work of Solomon was accomplished from the day of the foundation of Yahweh’s house until it was finished. So Yahweh’s house was completed.

17 Τότε υπήγεν ο Σολομών εις Εσιών-γάβερ και εις Αιλώθ, επί το χείλος της θαλάσσης εν τη γη Εδώμ.

17 Entonces Salomón fué á Esion-geber, y á Eloth, á la costa de la mar en la tierra de Edom.

17 Then Solomon went to Ezion Geber and to Eloth, on the seashore in the land of Edom.

18 Και απέστειλεν ο Χουράμ προς αυτόν, διά χειρός των δούλων αυτού πλοία και δούλους ειδήμονας της θαλάσσης· και υπήγαν μετά των δούλων του Σολομώντος εις Οφείρ, και έλαβον εκείθεν τετρακόσια πεντήκοντα τάλαντα χρυσίου και έφεραν αυτά προς τον βασιλέα Σολομώντα.

18 Porque Hiram le había enviado navíos por mano de sus siervos, y marineros diestros en la mar, los cuales fueron con los siervos de Salomón á Ophir, y tomaron de allá cuatrocientos y cincuenta talentos de oro, y los trajeron al rey Salomón.

18 Huram sent him ships and servants who had knowledge of the sea by the hands of his servants; and they came with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and brought from there four hundred fifty talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.
