Anger & Patience

Bringing our anger to God and learning the slow, steady work of patience

5 days · 7 min/day

A gentle five-day journey for anyone wrestling with anger, learning to bring those feelings honestly to God and to receive his patience as a gift of grace.

This plan is a devotional aid meant to draw you closer to God in prayer; it is not a substitute for pastoral counsel or professional care. If anger is overwhelming you, harming your relationships, or accompanied by thoughts of hurting yourself or others, please reach out to your priest or spiritual father, or a trusted pastor, counselor, or medical professional. God meets us in our honesty, and seeking help can itself be an act of faith.
