1 Τότε είπεν ο Δαβίδ, Ούτος είναι ο οίκος Κυρίου του Θεού, και τούτο το θυσιαστήριον της ολοκαυτώσεως εις τον Ισραήλ.
1 Y DIJO David: Esta es la casa de Jehová Dios, y este es el altar del holocausto para Israel.
1 Then David said, “This is the house of Yahweh God, and this is the altar of burnt offering for Israel.”
2 Και προσέταξεν ο Δαβίδ να συνάξωσι τους ξένους τους εν γη Ισραήλ· και κατέστησε λιθοτόμους διά να λατομήσωσι λίθους ξυστούς, προς οικοδόμησιν του οίκου του Θεού.
2 Después mandó David que se juntasen los extranjeros que estaban en la tierra de Israel, y señaló de ellos canteros que labrasen piedras para edificar la casa de Dios.
2 David gave orders to gather together the foreigners who were in the land of Israel; and he set masons to cut dressed stones to build God’s house.
3 Ο Δαβίδ ητοίμασε και σίδηρον πολύν, διά καρφία των θυρωμάτων των πυλών και διά τας συναρθρώσεις· και χαλκόν άφθονον αζύγιστον·
3 Asimismo aparejó David mucho hierro para la clavazón de las puertas, y para las junturas; y mucho metal sin peso, y madera de cedro sin cuenta.
3 David prepared iron in abundance for the nails for the doors of the gates and for the couplings, and bronze in abundance without weight,
4 και ξύλα κέδρινα αναρίθμητα· διότι οι Σιδώνιοι και οι Τύριοι έφερον προς τον Δαβίδ άφθονα κέδρινα ξύλα.
4 Porque los Sidonios y Tirios habían traído á David madera de cedro innumerable.
4 and cedar trees without number, for the Sidonians and the people of Tyre brought cedar trees in abundance to David.
5 Και είπεν ο Δαβίδ, Σολομών ο υιός μου είναι νέος και απαλός· ο δε οίκος όστις μέλλει να οικοδομηθή εις τον Κύριον πρέπει να ήναι εις άκρον μεγαλοπρεπής, ονομαστός και ένδοξος καθ' όλην την οικουμένην· θέλω λοιπόν κάμει ετοιμασίαν δι' αυτόν. Και έκαμεν ο Δαβίδ άφθονον ετοιμασίαν προ του θανάτου αυτού.
5 Y dijo David: Salomón mi hijo es muchacho y tierno, y la casa que se ha de edificar á Jehová ha de ser magnífica por excelencia, para nombre y honra en todas las tierras; ahora pues yo le aparejaré [lo necesario]. Y preparó David antes de su muerte en grande abundancia.
5 David said, “Solomon my son is young and tender, and the house that is to be built for Yahweh must be exceedingly magnificent, of fame and of glory throughout all countries. I will therefore make preparation for it.” So David prepared abundantly before his death.
6 Τότε εκάλεσε Σολομώντα τον υιόν αυτού και προσέταξεν εις αυτόν να οικοδομήση οίκον εις Κύριον τον Θεόν του Ισραήλ.
6 Llamó entonces David á Salomón su hijo, y mandóle que edificase casa á Jehová Dios de Israel.
6 Then he called for Solomon his son, and commanded him to build a house for Yahweh, the God of Israel.
7 Και είπεν ο Δαβίδ προς τον Σολομώντα, Υιέ μου, εγώ μεν επεθύμησα εν τη καρδία μου να οικοδομήσω οίκον εις το όνομα Κυρίου του Θεού μου·
7 Y dijo David á Salomón: Hijo mío, en mi corazón tuve el edificar templo al nombre de Jehová mi Dios.
7 David said to Solomon his son, “As for me, it was in my heart to build a house to the name of Yahweh my God.
8 πλην έγεινε λόγος Κυρίου προς εμέ, λέγων, Αίμα πολύ έχυσας και πολέμους μεγάλους έκαμες· δεν θέλεις οικοδομήσει οίκον εις το όνομά μου, διότι αίματα πολλά έχυσας επί της γης ενώπιόν μου·
8 Mas vino á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo: Tú has derramado mucha sangre, y has traído grandes guerras: no edificarás casa á mi nombre, porque has derramado mucha sangre en la tierra delante de mí:
8 But Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, ‘You have shed blood abundantly and have made great wars. You shall not build a house to my name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.
9 ιδού, θέλει γεννηθή εις σε υιός, όστις θέλει είσθαι ανήρ αναπαύσεως· και θέλω αναπαύσει αυτόν από πάντων των εχθρών αυτού κύκλω· διότι Σολομών θέλει είσθαι το όνομα αυτού, και εν ταις ημέραις αυτού θέλω δώσει ειρήνην και ησυχίαν εις τον Ισραήλ·
9 He aquí, un hijo te nacerá, el cual será varón de reposo, porque yo le daré quietud de todos sus enemigos en derredor; por tanto su nombre será Salomón; y yo daré paz y reposo sobre Israel en sus días:
9 Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of peace. I will give him rest from all his enemies all around; for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days.
10 ούτος θέλει οικοδομήσει οίκον εις το όνομά μου· και ούτος θέλει είσθαι εις εμέ υιός, και εγώ πατήρ εις αυτόν· και θέλω στερεώσει τον θρόνον της βασιλείας αυτού επί τον Ισραήλ έως αιώνος.
10 El edificará casa á mi nombre, y él me será á mí por hijo, y yo le seré por padre; y afirmaré el trono de su reino sobre Israel para siempre.
10 He shall build a house for my name; and he will be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’
11 Τώρα, υιέ μου, ο Κύριος έστω μετά σού· και ευοδού και οικοδόμησον τον οίκον Κυρίου του Θεού σου, καθώς ελάλησε περί σου.
11 Ahora pues, hijo mío, sea contigo Jehová, y seas prosperado, y edifiques casa á Jehová tu Dios, como él ha dicho de ti.
11 Now, my son, may Yahweh be with you and prosper you, and build the house of Yahweh your God, as he has spoken concerning you.
12 Μόνον ο Κύριος να σοι δώση σοφίαν και σύνεσιν και να σε καταστήση επί τον Ισραήλ, διά να φυλάττης τον νόμον Κυρίου του Θεού σου.
12 Y Jehová te dé entendimiento y prudencia, y él te dé mandamientos para Israel; y que tú guardes la ley de Jehová tu Dios.
12 May Yahweh give you discretion and understanding, and put you in charge of Israel, so that you may keep the law of Yahweh your God.
13 Τότε θέλεις ευοδωθή, εάν προσέχης να εκπληροίς τα διατάγματα και τας κρίσεις, τας οποίας ο Κύριος προσέταξεν εις τον Μωϋσήν περί του Ισραήλ· ενδυναμού και ανδρίζου· μη φοβού και μη πτοηθής.
13 Entonces serás prosperado, si cuidares de poner por obra los estatutos y derechos que Jehová mandó á Moisés para Israel. Esfuérzate pues, y cobra ánimo; no temas, ni desmayes.
13 Then you will prosper, if you observe to do the statutes and the ordinances which Yahweh gave Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid and don’t be dismayed.
14 Και ιδού, εγώ κατά την πτωχείαν μου ητοίμασα διά τον οίκον του Κυρίου εκατόν χιλιάδας ταλάντων χρυσίου και χιλίας χιλιάδας ταλάντων αργυρίου· χαλκόν δε και σίδηρον αζύγιστον, διότι είναι άφθονος· ητοίμασα δε και ξύλα και λίθους· και συ πρόσθες εις ταύτα.
14 He aquí, yo en mi estrechez he prevenido para la casa de Jehová cien mil talentos de oro, y un millar de millares de talentos de plata: no tiene peso el metal ni el hierro, porque es mucho. Asimismo he aprestado madera y piedra, á lo cual tú añadirás.
14 Now, behold, in my affliction I have prepared for Yahweh’s house one hundred thousand talents of gold, one million talents of silver, and bronze and iron without weight; for it is in abundance. I have also prepared timber and stone; and you may add to them.
15 Έχεις δε εργάτας εις πλήθος, λιθοτόμους και κτίστας και ξυλουργούς, και παντός είδους σοφούς εις παν έργον.
15 Tú tienes contigo muchos oficiales, canteros, albañiles, y carpinteros, y todo hombre experto en toda obra.
15 There are also workmen with you in abundance—cutters and workers of stone and timber, and all kinds of men who are skillful in every kind of work;
16 Του χρυσού, του αργύρου και του χαλκού και του σιδήρου αριθμός δεν είναι. Σηκώθητι και κάμνε· και ο Κύριος έστω μετά σου.
16 Del oro, de la plata, del metal, y del hierro, no hay número. Levántate [pues], y á la obra; que Jehová será contigo.
16 of the gold, the silver, the bronze, and the iron, there is no number. Arise and be doing, and may Yahweh be with you.”
17 Ο Δαβίδ προσέταξεν έτι εις πάντας τους άρχοντας του Ισραήλ να βοηθήσωσι τον Σολομώντα τον υιόν αυτού, λέγων,
17 Asimismo mandó David á todos los principales de Israel que diesen ayuda á Salomón su hijo, [diciendo]:
17 David also commanded all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying,
18 Δεν είναι με σας Κύριος ο Θεός σας και έδωκεν εις εσάς ανάπαυσιν πανταχόθεν; διότι παρέδωκεν εις την χείρα μου τους κατοικούντας την γήν· και η γη υπετάχθη έμπροσθεν του Κυρίου και έμπροσθεν του λαού αυτού.
18 ¿No es con vosotros Jehová vuestro Dios, el cual os ha dado quietud de todas partes? porque él ha entregado en mi mano los moradores de la tierra, y la tierra ha sido sujetada delante de Jehová, y delante de su pueblo.
18 “Isn’t Yahweh your God with you? Hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Yahweh and before his people.
19 Δότε λοιπόν την καρδίαν σας και την ψυχήν σας εις το να ζητήτε Κύριον τον Θεόν σας· και σηκώθητε και οικοδομήσατε το αγιαστήριον Κυρίου του Θεού, διά να φέρητε την κιβωτόν της διαθήκης του Κυρίου και τα άγια σκεύη του Θεού εις τον οίκον, όστις μέλλει να οικοδομηθή επί τω ονόματι του Κυρίου.
19 Poned, [pues], ahora vuestros corazones y vuestros ánimos en buscar á Jehová vuestro Dios; y levantaos, y edificad el santuario del Dios Jehová, para traer el arca del pacto de Jehová, y lo santos vasos de Dios, á la casa edificada al nombre de Jehová.
19 Now set your heart and your soul to follow Yahweh your God. Arise therefore, and build the sanctuary of Yahweh God, to bring the ark of Yahweh’s covenant and the holy vessels of God into the house that is to be built for Yahweh’s name.”
