“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.”Romans 8:1

Reflexión (en inglés)

Shame whispers that we are defined by our worst moments. The gospel says something else entirely: for those in Christ, there is now no condemnation — none. Christ has trampled down death and sin by His Cross and Resurrection, and the accuser has no claim on a heart that turns to Him in repentance. The voice of shame is not the voice of God. You may still feel the weight of regret, but the word Christ speaks over the repentant is mercy: beloved, forgiven.

Una oración (en inglés)

Father, I have lived under a heavy sense of condemnation, replaying my failures and bracing for Your judgment. Thank You that in Christ there is now no condemnation for me — none at all. Help me to believe it. Quiet the voice of shame with the truth of Your mercy over me: forgiven, accepted, loved. Let me live as one no longer condemned. Amen.

Llévalo contigo (en inglés)

Whose voice have you been listening to about your past — shame's, or God's?
