1 Estos son los reyes de la tierra que los hijos de Israel derrotaron al este del Jordán y cuyas tierras tomaron como herencia, desde el valle del Arnón hasta el monte Hermón y todo el Arabá oriental:

1 Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel struck, and possessed their land beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise, from the valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon, and all the Arabah eastward:

2 Sehón, rey de los amorreos, que vivía en Hesbón. Gobernaba desde Aroer, situada al borde del valle del Arnón, incluyendo la ciudad que está en medio del valle, y desde la mitad de Galaad hasta el río Jaboc, frontera de los hijos de Amón.

2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the middle of the valley, and half Gilead, even to the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;

3 También gobernaba el Arabá hasta el mar de Quinéret al este y hasta el mar del Arabá, es decir, el mar Salado, en dirección a Bet-jesimot, y hacia el sur hasta las laderas de Pisga.

3 and the Arabah to the sea of Chinneroth, eastward, and to the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, eastward, the way to Beth Jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah:

4 También estaba Og, rey de Basán, uno de los últimos refaítas. Vivía en Astarot y Edrei.

4 and the border of Og king of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5 Gobernaba el monte Hermón, Salca y todo Basán hasta la frontera de los gesuritas y los maacatitas, y la mitad de Galaad hasta el territorio de Sehón, rey de Hesbón.

5 and ruled in Mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, to the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 Moisés, siervo del Señor, y los hijos de Israel derrotaron a estos reyes. Moisés dio sus tierras como herencia a los rubenitas, a los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés.

6 Moses the servant of Yahweh and the children of Israel struck them. Moses the servant of Yahweh gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.

7 Estos son los reyes de la tierra que Josué y los hijos de Israel derrotaron al oeste del Jordán, desde Baal-gad en el valle del Líbano hasta el monte Halac, que sube hacia Seír. Josué dio estas tierras como herencia a las tribus de Israel según sus divisiones.

7 These are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel struck beyond the Jordan westward, from Baal Gad in the valley of Lebanon even to Mount Halak, that goes up to Seir. Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8 Estas tierras incluían la región montañosa, las llanuras, el Arabá, las laderas, el desierto y el sur. Allí vivían hititas, amorreos, cananeos, ferezeos, heveos y jebuseos.

8 in the hill country, and in the lowland, and in the Arabah, and in the slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the South; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9 El rey de Jericó, uno; el rey de Hai, cerca de Betel, uno;

9 the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;

10 el rey de Jerusalén, uno; el rey de Hebrón, uno;

10 the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11 el rey de Jarmut, uno; el rey de Laquis, uno;

11 the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12 el rey de Eglón, uno; el rey de Gezer, uno;

12 the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13 el rey de Debir, uno; el rey de Geder, uno;
