1 Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων,
1 Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 Λάλησον προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ και ειπέ προς αυτούς, Αι εορταί του Κυρίου, τας οποίας θέλετε διακηρύξει συγκαλέσεις αγίας, αύται είναι αι εορταί μου.
2 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Las solemnidades de Jehová, las cuales proclamaréis santas convocaciones, aquestas serán mis solemnidades.
2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘The set feasts of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.
3 Εξ ημέρας θέλεις κάμνει εργασίαν, την δε εβδόμην ημέραν είναι σάββατον αναπαύσεως, συγκάλεσις αγία· ουδεμίαν εργασίαν θέλετε κάμει· είναι σάββατον του Κυρίου εις πάσας τας κατοικίας σας.
3 Seis días se trabajará, y el séptimo día sábado de reposo será, convocación santa: ninguna obra haréis; sábado es de Jehová en todas vuestras habitaciones.
3 “‘Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no kind of work. It is a Sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.
4 Αύται είναι αι εορταί του Κυρίου, συγκαλέσεις άγιαι, τας οποίας θέλετε διακηρύξει εν τοις καιροίς αυτών.
4 Estas son las solemnidades de Jehová, las convocaciones santas, á las cuales convocaréis en sus tiempos.
4 “‘These are the set feasts of Yahweh, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.
5 Τον πρώτον μήνα, την δεκάτην τετάρτην του μηνός, εις το δειλινόν, είναι πάσχα του Κυρίου.
5 En el mes primero, á los catorce del mes, entre las dos tardes, pascua es de Jehová.
5 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Yahweh’s Passover.
6 Και την δεκάτην πέμπτην ημέραν του αυτού μηνός, εορτή των αζύμων εις τον Κύριον· επτά ημέρας άζυμα θέλετε τρώγει.
6 Y á los quince días de este mes es la solemnidad de los ázimos á Jehová: siete días comeréis ázimos.
6 On the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to Yahweh. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.
7 Εν τη πρώτη ημέρα θέλει είσθαι εις εσάς συγκάλεσις αγία· ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει.
7 El primer día tendréis santa convocación: ninguna obra servil haréis.
7 In the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
8 Και θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός εις τον Κύριον επτά ημέρας· εν τη εβδόμη ημέρα είναι συγκάλεσις αγία· ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει.
8 Y ofreceréis á Jehová siete días ofrenda encendida: el séptimo día será santa convocación; ninguna obra servil haréis.
8 But you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh seven days. In the seventh day is a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.’”
9 Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων,
9 Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
9 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
10 Λάλησον προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ και ειπέ προς αυτούς, Όταν εισέλθητε εις την γην, την οποίαν εγώ δίδω εις εσάς, και θερίσητε τον θερισμόν αυτής, τότε θέλετε φέρει εν δράγμα εκ των απαρχών του θερισμού σας προς τον ιερέα·
10 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra que yo os doy, y segareis su mies, traeréis al sacerdote un omer por primicia de los primeros frutos de vuestra siega;
10 “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest.
11 και θέλει κινήσει το δράγμα ενώπιον του Κυρίου, διά να γείνη δεκτόν διά σάς· την επαύριον του σαββάτου θέλει κινήσει αυτό ο ιερεύς.
11 El cual mecerá el omer delante de Jehová, para que seáis aceptos: el siguiente día del sábado lo mecerá el sacerdote.
11 He shall wave the sheaf before Yahweh, to be accepted for you. On the next day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
12 Και την ημέραν εκείνην, καθ' ην κινήσητε το δράγμα, θέλετε προσφέρει αρνίον άμωμον ενιαύσιον διά ολοκαύτωμα προς τον Κύριον·
12 Y el día que ofrezcáis el omer, ofreceréis un cordero de un año, sin defecto, en holocausto á Jehová.
12 On the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb without defect a year old for a burnt offering to Yahweh.
13 και την εξ αλφίτων προσφοράν αυτού, δύο δέκατα σεμιδάλεως εζυμωμένης μετά ελαίου, εις προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον, εις οσμήν ευωδίας· και την σπονδήν αυτού, το τέταρτον του ιν οίνου.
13 Y su presente será dos décimas de flor de harina amasada con aceite, ofrenda encendida á Jehová en olor suavísimo; y su libación de vino, la cuarta parte de un hin.
13 The meal offering with it shall be two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to Yahweh for a pleasant aroma; and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
14 Και άρτον ή σίτον εψημένον ή αστάχυα δεν θέλετε φάγει, μέχρι της αυτής ταύτης ημέρας καθ' ην προσφέρητε το δώρον του Θεού σας· θέλει είσθαι νόμιμον αιώνιον εις τας γενεάς σας κατά πάσας τας κατοικίας σας.
14 Y no comeréis pan, ni grano tostado, ni espiga fresca, hasta este mismo día, hasta que hayáis ofrecido la ofrenda de vuestro Dios; estatuto perpetuo es por vuestras edades en todas vuestras habitaciones.
14 You must not eat bread, or roasted grain, or fresh grain, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God. This is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
15 Και θέλετε αριθμήσει εις εαυτούς από της επαύριον του σαββάτου, αφ' ης ημέρας προσφέρητε το δράγμα της κινητής προσφοράς, επτά ολοκλήρους εβδομάδας·
15 Y os habéis de contar desde el siguiente día del sábado, desde el día en que ofrecisteis el omer de la ofrenda mecida; siete semanas cumplidas serán:
15 “‘You shall count from the next day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed.
16 μέχρι της επαύριον του εβδόμου σαββάτου θέλετε αριθμήσει πεντήκοντα ημέρας και θέλετε προσφέρει νέαν προσφοράν εξ αλφίτων προς τον Κύριον.
16 Hasta el siguiente día del sábado séptimo contaréis cincuenta días; entonces ofreceréis nuevo presente á Jehová.
16 The next day after the seventh Sabbath you shall count fifty days; and you shall offer a new meal offering to Yahweh.
17 Από των κατοικιών σας θέλετε φέρει εις προσφοράν κινητήν δύο άρτους· δύο δέκατα σεμιδάλεως θέλουσιν είσθαι· ένζυμα θέλουσιν εψηθή· πρωτογεννήματα είναι εις τον Κύριον.
17 De vuestras habitaciones traeréis dos panes para ofrenda mecida, que serán de dos décimas de flor de harina, cocidos con levadura, por primicias á Jehová.
17 You shall bring out of your habitations two loaves of bread for a wave offering made of two tenths of an ephah of fine flour. They shall be baked with yeast, for first fruits to Yahweh.
18 Και θέλετε προσφέρει μετά του άρτου επτά αρνία άμωμα ενιαύσια και ένα μόσχον εκ βοών και δύο κριούς· ολοκαύτωμα θέλουσιν είσθαι εις τον Κύριον μετά της εξ αλφίτων προσφοράς αυτών και μετά των σπονδών αυτών, προσφορά γινομένη διά πυρός εις οσμήν ευωδίας προς τον Κύριον.
18 Y ofreceréis con el pan siete corderos de un año sin defecto, y un becerro de la vacada y dos carneros: serán holocausto á Jehová, con su presente y sus libaciones; ofrenda encendida de suave olor á Jehová.
18 You shall present with the bread seven lambs without defect a year old, one young bull, and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to Yahweh, with their meal offering and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Yahweh.
19 Και θέλετε προσφέρει ένα τράγον εξ αιγών εις προσφοράν περί αμαρτίας και δύο αρνία, ενιαύσια εις θυσίαν ειρηνικής προσφοράς.
19 Ofreceréis además un macho de cabrío por expiación; y dos corderos de un año en sacrificio de paces.
19 You shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
20 Και θέλει κινήσει αυτά ο ιερεύς μετά του άρτου των πρωτογεννημάτων εις προσφοράν κινητήν ενώπιον του Κυρίου, μετά των δύο αρνίων· άγια θέλουσιν είσθαι εις τον Κύριον διά τον ιερέα.
20 Y el sacerdote los mecerá en ofrenda agitada delante de Jehová, con el pan de las primicias, y los dos corderos: serán cosa sagrada de Jehová para el sacerdote.
20 The priest shall wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before Yahweh, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Yahweh for the priest.
21 Και θέλετε διακηρύξει την αυτήν εκείνην ημέραν, συγκάλεσιν αγίαν διά σάς· ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει θέλει είσθαι νόμιμον αιώνιον κατά πάσας τας κατοικίας σας εις τας γενεάς σας.
21 Y convocaréis en este mismo día; os será santa convocación: ninguna obra servil haréis: estatuto perpetuo en todas vuestras habitaciones por vuestras edades.
21 You shall make proclamation on the same day that there shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
22 Και όταν θερίζητε τον θερισμόν της γης σας, δεν θέλεις θερίσει ολοκλήρως τας άκρας του αγρού σου και τα πίπτοντα του θερισμού σου δεν θέλεις συλλέξει· εις τον πτωχόν και εις τον ξένον θέλεις αφήσει αυτά. Εγώ είμαι Κύριος ο Θεός σας.
22 Y cuando segareis la mies de vuestra tierra, no acabarás de segar el rincón de tu haza, ni espigarás tu siega; para el pobre, y para el extranjero la dejarás: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
22 “‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you must not wholly reap into the corners of your field. You must not gather the gleanings of your harvest. You must leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.’”
23 Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων,
23 Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
23 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
24 Λάλησον προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ, λέγων, Τον έβδομον μήνα, την πρώτην του μηνός, θέλει είσθαι εις εσάς σάββατον, μνημόσυνον μετά αλαλαγμού σαλπίγγων, συγκάλεσις αγία.
24 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: En el mes séptimo, al primero del mes tendréis sábado, una conmemoración al son de trompetas, y una santa convocación.
24 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, there shall be a solemn rest for you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
25 Ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει και θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον.
25 Ninguna obra servil haréis; y ofreceréis ofrenda encendida á Jehová.
25 You shall do no regular work. You shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.’”
26 Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων,
26 Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
26 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
27 Και την δεκάτην του εβδόμου τούτου μηνός θέλει είσθαι ημέρα εξιλασμού· συγκάλεσις αγία θέλει είσθαι εις εσάς· και θέλετε ταπεινώσει τας ψυχάς σας και θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον.
27 Empero á los diez de este mes séptimo será el día de las expiaciones: tendréis santa convocación, y afligiréis vuestras almas, y ofreceréis ofrenda encendida á Jehová.
27 “However on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall afflict yourselves and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
28 Και ουδεμίαν εργασίαν θέλετε κάμει εις αυτήν ταύτην την ημέραν· διότι είναι ημέρα εξιλασμού, διά να γείνη εξιλέωσις διά σας ενώπιον Κυρίου του Θεού σας.
28 Ninguna obra haréis en este mismo día; porque es día de expiaciones, para reconciliaros delante de Jehová vuestro Dios.
28 You shall do no kind of work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before Yahweh your God.
29 Επειδή πάσα ψυχή, ήτις δεν ταπεινωθή εις αυτήν ταύτην την ημέραν, θέλει εξολοθρευθή εκ του λαού αυτής.
29 Porque toda persona que no se afligiere en este mismo día, será cortada de sus pueblos.
29 For whoever it is who shall not deny himself in that same day shall be cut off from his people.
30 Και πάσα ψυχή, ήτις κάμη οποιανδήποτε εργασίαν εις αυτήν ταύτην την ημέραν, θέλω εξολοθρεύσει την ψυχήν εκείνην εκ μέσου του λαού αυτής.
30 Y cualquiera persona que hiciere obra alguna en este mismo día, yo destruiré la tal persona de entre su pueblo.
30 Whoever does any kind of work in that same day, I will destroy that person from among his people.
31 Ουδεμίαν εργασίαν θέλετε κάμει· θέλει είσθαι νόμιμον αιώνιον εις τας γενεάς σας, κατά πάσας τας κατοικίας σας.
31 Ninguna obra haréis: estatuto perpetuo es por vuestras edades en todas vuestras habitaciones.
31 You shall do no kind of work: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32 Σάββατον αναπαύσεως θέλει είσθαι διά σας, και θέλετε ταπεινώσει τας ψυχάς σας την εννάτην του μηνός το εσπέρας· από εσπέρας έως εσπέρας, θέλετε εορτάσει το σάββατόν σας.
32 Sábado de reposo será á vosotros, y afligiréis vuestras almas, comenzando á los nueve del mes en la tarde: de tarde á tarde holgaréis vuestro sábado.
32 It shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall deny yourselves. In the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your Sabbath.”
33 Και ελάλησε Κύριος προς τον Μωϋσήν, λέγων,
33 Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
33 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
34 Λάλησον προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ, λέγων, την δεκάτην πέμπτην ημέραν του εβδόμου τούτου μηνός θέλει είσθαι η εορτή των σκηνών επτά ημέρας εις τον Κύριον.
34 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: A los quince días de este mes séptimo será la solemnidad de las cabañas á Jehová por siete días.
34 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say, ‘On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of booths for seven days to Yahweh.
35 Την πρώτην ημέραν θέλει είσθαι συγκάλεσις αγία· ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει.
35 El primer día habrá santa convocación: ninguna obra servil haréis.
35 On the first day shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
36 Επτά ημέρας θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον· την ογδόην ημέραν θέλει είσθαι εις εσάς συγκάλεσις αγία, και θέλετε προσφέρει προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον· είναι σύναξις επίσημος· ουδέν έργον δουλευτικόν θέλετε κάμει.
36 Siete días ofreceréis ofrenda encendida á Jehová: el octavo día tendréis santa convocación, y ofreceréis ofrenda encendida á Jehová: es fiesta: ninguna obra servil haréis.
36 Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. On the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. It is a solemn assembly; you shall do no regular work.
37 Αύται είναι αι εορταί του Κυρίου, τας οποίας θέλετε διακηρύξει συγκαλέσεις αγίας, διά να προσφέρητε προσφοράν γινομένην διά πυρός προς τον Κύριον, ολοκαύτωμα και προσφοράν εξ αλφίτων, θυσίαν και σπονδάς, το δι' εκάστην διωρισμένον εις την ημέραν αυτού·
37 Estas son las solemnidades de Jehová, á las que convocaréis santas reuniones, para ofrecer ofrenda encendida á Jehová, holocausto y presente, sacrificio y libaciones, cada cosa en su tiempo:
37 “‘These are the appointed feasts of Yahweh which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, a meal offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day—
38 εκτός των σαββάτων του Κυρίου και εκτός των δώρων σας και εκτός πασών των ευχών σας και εκτός πασών των αυτοπροαιρέτων προσφορών σας, τας οποίας δίδετε εις τον Κύριον.
38 Además de los sábados de Jehová y además de vuestros dones, y á más de todos vuestros votos, y además de todas vuestras ofrendas voluntarias, que daréis á Jehová.
38 in addition to the Sabbaths of Yahweh, and in addition to your gifts, and in addition to all your vows, and in addition to all your free will offerings, which you give to Yahweh.
39 Και την δεκάτην πέμπτην ημέραν του εβδόμου μηνός, αφού συνάξητε τα γεννήματα της γης, θέλετε εορτάσει την εορτήν του Κυρίου επτά ημέρας· την πρώτην ημέραν θέλει είσθαι ανάπαυσις και την ογδόην ημέραν ανάπαυσις.
39 Empero á los quince del mes séptimo, cuando hubiereis allegado el fruto de la tierra, haréis fiesta á Jehová por siete días: el primer día será sábado; sábado será también el octavo día.
39 “‘So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you shall keep the feast of Yahweh seven days. On the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.
40 Και την πρώτην ημέραν θέλετε λάβει εις εαυτούς καρπόν δένδρου ώραίου, κλάδους φοινίκων και κλάδους δένδρων δασέων και ιτέας από χειμάρρου· και θέλετε ευφρανθή ενώπιον Κυρίου του Θεού σας επτά ημέρας.
40 Y tomaréis el primer día gajos con fruto de árbol hermoso, ramos de palmas, y ramas de árboles espesos, y sauces de los arroyos; y os regocijaréis delante de Jehová vuestro Dios por siete días.
40 You shall take on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God seven days.
41 Και θέλετε εορτάσει αυτήν εορτήν εις τον Κύριον επτά ημέρας του ενιαυτού· νόμιμον αιώνιον θέλει είσθαι εις τας γενεάς σας· τον έβδομον μήνα θέλετε εορτάζει αυτήν.
41 Y le haréis fiesta á Jehová por siete días cada un año; será estatuto perpetuo por vuestras edades; en el mes séptimo la haréis.
41 You shall keep it as a feast to Yahweh seven days in the year. It is a statute forever throughout your generations. You shall keep it in the seventh month.
42 Εν σκηναίς θέλετε κατοικεί επτά ημέρας· πάντες οι αυτόχθονες Ισραηλίται θέλουσι κατοικεί εν σκηναίς·
42 En cabañas habitaréis siete días: todo natural de Israel habitará en cabañas;
42 You shall dwell in temporary shelters for seven days. All who are native-born in Israel shall dwell in temporary shelters,
43 διά να γνωρίσωσιν αι γενεαί σας ότι εν σκηναίς κατώκισα τους υιούς Ισραήλ, ότε εξήγαγον αυτούς εκ γης Αιγύπτου· εγώ Κύριος ο Θεός σας.
43 Para que sepan vuestros descendientes que en cabañas hice yo habitar á los hijos de Israel, cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
43 that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in temporary shelters when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.’”
44 Και εφανέρωσεν ο Μωϋσής τας εορτάς του Κυρίου προς τους υιούς Ισραήλ.
44 Así habló Moisés á los hijos de Israel sobre las solemnidades de Jehová.
44 So Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of Yahweh.

How these were chosen
“Commentary” is the opening of a homily or exposition on this chapter (John Chrysostom’s homilies, Augustine’s tractates, sermons and expositions of the Psalms). “Quotes” are sentences where the edition’s own footnotes identify a quotation of a verse here, kept only when the wording matches the verse.
