1 И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ мѡѷсе́ю, гл҃ѧ:
1 Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 глаго́ли всемꙋ̀ со́нмꙋ сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, и҆ рече́ши къ ни̑мъ: свѧ́ти бꙋ́дите, ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́зъ ст҃ъ (є҆́смь) гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
2 Habla á toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, y diles: Santos seréis, porque santo soy yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
2 “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘You shall be holy; for I, Yahweh your God, am holy.
3 Кі́йждо ѻ҆тца̀ своегѡ̀ и҆ ма́тере своеѧ̀ да бои́тсѧ, и҆ сꙋббѡ̑ты моѧ̑ сохрани́те: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
3 Cada uno temerá á su madre y á su padre, y mis sábados guardaréis: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
3 “‘Each one of you shall respect his mother and his father. You shall keep my Sabbaths. I am Yahweh your God.
4 Не послѣ́дꙋйте і҆́дѡлѡмъ, и҆ богѡ́въ слїѧ́ныхъ не сотвори́те себѣ̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
4 No os volveréis á los ídolos, ni haréis para vosotros dioses de fundición: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
4 “‘Don’t turn to idols, nor make molten gods for yourselves. I am Yahweh your God.
5 И҆ а҆́ще пожретѐ же́ртвꙋ спⷭ҇нїѧ гдⷭ҇ꙋ, прїѧ́тнꙋ ва́мъ пожри́те:
5 Y cuando sacrificareis sacrificio de paces á Jehová, de vuestra voluntad lo sacrificaréis.
5 “‘When you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh, you shall offer it so that you may be accepted.
6 во́ньже де́нь а҆́ще пожретѐ, (въ то́й де́нь) да снѣ́стсѧ, и҆ на ᲂу҆́трїе: и҆ а҆́ще ѡ҆ста́нетсѧ до тре́тїѧгѡ днѐ, на ѻ҆гнѝ да сожже́тсѧ:
6 Será comido el día que lo sacrificareis, y el siguiente día: y lo que quedare para el tercer día, será quemado en el fuego.
6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and on the next day. If anything remains until the third day, it shall be burned with fire.
7 а҆́ще же ли ꙗ҆де́нїемъ с̾ѧ́стсѧ въ де́нь тре́тїй, не же́ртвенно є҆́сть, не прїи́метсѧ:
7 Y si se comiere el día tercero, será abominación; no será acepto:
7 If it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an abomination. It will not be accepted;
8 и҆ и҆́же ꙗ҆́стъ є҆̀, грѣ́хъ прїи́метъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ ст҃а̑ѧ гдⷭ҇нѧ ѡ҆сквернѝ: и҆ потребѧ́тсѧ дꙋ́шы ꙗ҆дꙋ́щыѧ ѿ люді́й свои́хъ.
8 Y el que lo comiere, llevará su delito, por cuanto profanó lo santo de Jehová; y la tal persona será cortada de sus pueblos.
8 but everyone who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the holy thing of Yahweh, and that soul shall be cut off from his people.
9 И҆ пожина́ющымъ ва́мъ жа́твꙋ землѝ ва́шеѧ, да не сконча́ете жа́твы ва́шеѧ, ни́вы твоеѧ̀ пожина́нїѧ: и҆ па́дающихъ кла̑съ ѿ жа́твы твоеѧ̀ да не собере́ши:
9 Cuando segareis la mies de vuestra tierra, no acabarás de segar el rincón de tu haza, ni espigarás tu tierra segada.
9 “‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.
10 и҆ вїногра́да твоегѡ̀ втори́цею да не ѡ҆бере́ши, нижѐ грє́знъ вїногра́да твоегѡ̀ да собере́ши: ни́щемꙋ и҆ прише́льцꙋ да ѡ҆ста́виши ѧ҆̀: а҆́зъ є҆́смь гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
10 Y no rebuscarás tu viña, ni recogerás los granos caídos de tu viña; para el pobre y para el extranjero los dejarás: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
10 You shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard. You shall leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.
11 Не ᲂу҆кра́дите, ни солжи́те, нижѐ да ѡ҆клевета́етъ кі́йждо бли́жнѧго.
11 No hurtaréis, y no engañaréis, ni mentiréis ninguno á su prójimo.
11 “‘You shall not steal. “‘You shall not lie. “‘You shall not deceive one another.
12 И҆ не клени́тесѧ и҆́менемъ мои́мъ въ непра́вдѣ, и҆ да не ѡ҆сквернитѐ и҆́мене ст҃а́гѡ бг҃а ва́шегѡ: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
12 Y no juraréis en mi nombre con mentira, ni profanarás el nombre de tu Dios: Yo Jehová.
12 “‘You shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh.
13 Да не ѡ҆би́диши бли́жнѧгѡ: и҆ да не ѿи́меши, и҆ да не прележи́тъ мзда̀ нае́мника твоегѡ̀ ᲂу҆ тебє̀ до ᲂу҆́трїѧ.
13 No oprimirás á tu prójimo, ni [le] robarás. No se detendrá el trabajo del jornalero en tu casa hasta la mañana.
13 “‘You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. “‘The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning.
14 Ѕла̀ да не рече́ши глꙋхо́мꙋ, и҆ пред̾ слѣпы́мъ да не положи́ши претыка́нїѧ: и҆ да ᲂу҆бои́шисѧ гдⷭ҇а бг҃а твоегѡ̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
14 No maldigas al sordo, y delante del ciego no pongas tropiezo, mas tendrás temor de tu Dios: Yo Jehová.
14 “‘You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind; but you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh.
15 Не сотвори́те непра́вды въ сꙋдѣ̀: да не прїи́меши лица̀ ни́щагѡ, нижѐ почꙋди́шисѧ лицꙋ̀ могꙋ́щагѡ: по пра́вдѣ да сꙋ́диши бли́жнемꙋ твоемꙋ̀.
15 No harás agravio en el juicio: no tendrás respeto al pobre, ni honrarás la cara del grande: con justicia juzgarás á tu prójimo.
15 “‘You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great; but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness.
16 Да не хо́диши ле́стїю во свое́мъ ꙗ҆зы́цѣ, и҆ не воста́неши на кро́вь бли́жнѧгѡ твоегѡ̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
16 No andarás chismeando en tus pueblos. No te pondrás contra la sangre de tu prójimo: Yo Jehová.
16 “‘You shall not go around as a slanderer among your people. “‘You shall not endanger the life of your neighbor. I am Yahweh.
17 Да не возненави́диши бра́та твоегѡ̀ во ᲂу҆мѣ̀ твое́мъ, ѡ҆бличе́нїемъ да ѡ҆бличи́ши бли́жнѧго твоего̀: и҆ не прїи́меши ра́ди є҆гѡ̀ грѣха̀.
17 No aborrecerás á tu hermano en tu corazón: ingenuamente reprenderás á tu prójimo, y no consentirás sobre él pecado.
17 “‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.
18 И҆ да не ѿмща́етъ рꙋка̀ твоѧ̀, и҆ да не враждꙋ́еши на сы́ны люді́й свои́хъ, и҆ возлю́биши бли́жнѧго своего̀ ꙗ҆́кѡ са́мъ себѐ: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
18 No te vengarás, ni guardarás rencor á los hijos de tu pueblo: mas amarás á tu prójimo como á ti mismo: Yo Jehová.
18 “‘You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahweh.
19 Зако́нъ мо́й сохрани́те: и҆ скота̀ твоегѡ̀ да не смѣси́ши со ското́мъ и҆на́гѡ ро́да, и҆ вїногра́да твоегѡ̀ да не насади́ши разли́чна: и҆ ри́зы и҆з̾ двꙋ́хъ (веще́й) сотка́ныѧ гнꙋ́сныѧ да не возложи́ши на сѧ̀.
19 Mis estatutos guardaréis. A tu animal no harás ayuntar para misturas; tu haza no sembrarás con mistura de semillas, y no te pondrás vestidos con mezcla de diversas cosas.
19 “‘You shall keep my statutes. “‘You shall not cross-breed different kinds of animals. “‘You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed; “‘Don’t wear a garment made of two kinds of material.
20 И҆ а҆́ще кто̀ бꙋ́детъ съ жено́ю ло́жемъ сѣ́мене, и҆ сїѧ̀ бѧ́ше раба̀ храни́ма мꙋ́жꙋ, и҆ цѣно́ю не и҆скꙋплена̀ и҆лѝ свобо́да не дана̀ є҆́й, нака̑заны да бꙋ́дꙋтъ: не ᲂу҆́мрꙋтъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ не свободи́сѧ:
20 Y cuando un hombre tuviere cópula con mujer, y ella fuere sierva desposada con alguno, y no estuviere rescatada, ni le hubiere sido dada libertad, ambos serán azotados: no morirán, por cuanto ella no es libre.
20 “‘If a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave girl, pledged to be married to another man, and not ransomed or given her freedom; they shall be punished. They shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
21 и҆ да приведе́тъ за престꙋпле́нїе своѐ гдⷭ҇ꙋ къ две́ремъ ски́нїи свидѣ́нїѧ ѻ҆вна̀ престꙋпле́нїѧ,
21 Y él traerá á Jehová, á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, un carnero en expiación por su culpa.
21 He shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, even a ram for a trespass offering.
22 и҆ да помо́литсѧ ѡ҆ не́мъ жре́цъ ѻ҆вно́мъ престꙋпле́нїѧ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ ѡ҆ грѣсѣ̀ и҆́мже согрѣшѝ, и҆ ѡ҆ста́витсѧ є҆мꙋ̀ грѣ́хъ, є҆го́же сотворѝ.
22 Y con el carnero de la expiación lo reconciliará el sacerdote delante de Jehová, por su pecado que cometió: y se le perdonará su pecado que ha cometido.
22 The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before Yahweh for his sin which he has committed; and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.
23 Є҆гда́ же вни́дете въ зе́млю, ю҆́же гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ дае́тъ ва́мъ, и҆ насади́те всѧ́ко дре́во снѣ́дное, и҆ ѡ҆чи́стите нечистотꙋ̀ є҆гѡ̀, пло́дъ є҆гѡ̀ трѝ лѣ̑та нечи́стъ да бꙋ́детъ ва́мъ, да не снѣ́стсѧ:
23 Y cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra, y plantareis todo árbol de comer, quitaréis su prepucio, lo primero de su fruto: tres años os será incircunciso: su fruto no se comerá.
23 “‘When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. For three years it shall be forbidden to you. It shall not be eaten.
24 въ лѣ́то же четве́ртое бꙋ́детъ всѧ́къ пло́дъ є҆гѡ̀ ст҃ъ, похва́ленъ гдⷭ҇ꙋ:
24 Y el cuarto año todo su fruto será santidad de loores á Jehová.
24 But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, for giving praise to Yahweh.
25 въ лѣ́то же пѧ́тое да снѣ́сте пло́дъ є҆гѡ̀, прибы́токъ ва́мъ плоды̀ є҆гѡ̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
25 Mas al quinto año comeréis el fruto de él, para que os haga crecer su fruto: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
25 In the fifth year you shall eat its fruit, that it may yield its increase to you. I am Yahweh your God.
26 Не ꙗ҆ди́те на гора́хъ, и҆ не вражи́те, и҆ ни срѧ́ща смотри́те ѿ пти́цъ.
26 No comeréis cosa alguna con sangre. No seréis agoreros, ni adivinaréis.
26 “‘You shall not eat any meat with the blood still in it. You shall not use enchantments, nor practice sorcery.
27 Не сотвори́те ѡ҆бстриже́нїѧ крꙋго́мъ ѿ вла̑съ гла́въ ва́шихъ, нижѐ брі́ете бра́дъ ва́шихъ.
27 No cortaréis en redondo las extremidades de vuestras cabezas, ni dañarás la punta de tu barba.
27 “‘You shall not cut the hair on the sides of your head or clip off the edge of your beard.
28 И҆ крое́нїѧ не сотвори́те на тѣ́лѣ ва́шемъ ѡ҆ дꙋшѝ: и҆ ꙗ҆́звъ настрѣка́нныхъ да не сотворитѐ въ ва́съ: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
28 Y no haréis rasguños en vuestra carne por un muerto, ni imprimiréis en vosotros señal alguna: Yo Jehová.
28 “‘You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you. I am Yahweh.
29 Да не ѡ҆скверни́ши дще́ре твоеѧ̀ є҆́же блꙋди́ти є҆́й: и҆ да не прелюбы̀ дѣ́етъ землѧ̀, и҆ напо́лнитсѧ землѧ̀ беззако́нїй.
29 No contaminarás tu hija haciéndola fornicar: porque no se prostituya la tierra, y se hincha de maldad.
29 “‘Don’t profane your daughter, to make her a prostitute; lest the land fall to prostitution, and the land become full of wickedness.
30 Сꙋббѡ̑ты моѧ̑ сохрани́те, и҆ ѿ ст҃ы́хъ мои́хъ ᲂу҆бо́йтесѧ: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь.
30 Mis sábados guardaréis, y mi santuario tendréis en reverencia: Yo Jehová.
30 “‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary; I am Yahweh.
31 Не послѣ́дꙋйте ᲂу҆трѡ́бнымъ ба́снемъ, и҆ къ волхвѡ́мъ не прилѣпи́тесѧ, ѡ҆скверни́тисѧ въ ни́хъ: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
31 No os volváis á los encantadores y á los adivinos: no los consultéis ensuciándoos con ellos: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
31 “‘Don’t turn to those who are mediums, nor to the wizards. Don’t seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am Yahweh your God.
32 Пред̾ лице́мъ сѣда́гѡ воста́ни и҆ почтѝ лицѐ ста́рчо, и҆ да ᲂу҆бои́шисѧ гдⷭ҇а бг҃а твоегѡ̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
32 Delante de las canas te levantarás, y honrarás el rostro del anciano, y de tu Dios tendrás temor: Yo Jehová.
32 “‘You shall rise up before the gray head and honor the face of the elderly; and you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh.
33 А҆́ще же кто̀ прїи́детъ къ ва́мъ пришле́цъ въ зе́млю ва́шꙋ, не стꙋжи́те є҆мꙋ̀:
33 Y cuando el extranjero morare contigo en vuestra tierra, no le oprimiréis.
33 “‘If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong.
34 ꙗ҆́коже тꙋзе́мецъ бꙋ́детъ въ ва́съ пришле́цъ, и҆́же прїи́детъ къ ва́мъ, и҆ возлю́биши є҆го̀ ꙗ҆́кѡ са́мъ себѐ: ꙗ҆́кѡ (и҆ вы̀) прише́льцы бѣ́сте въ землѝ є҆гѵ́петстѣй: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
34 Como á un natural de vosotros tendréis al extranjero que peregrinare entre vosotros; y ámalo como á ti mismo; porque peregrinos fuisteis en la tierra de Egipto: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios.
34 The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.
35 Не сотвори́те непра́вды въ сꙋдѣ̀, въ мѣ́рахъ и҆ въ вѣ́сахъ и҆ въ мѣ́рилѣхъ:
35 No hagáis agravio en juicio, en medida de tierra, ni en peso, ni en otra medida.
35 “‘You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measures of length, of weight, or of quantity.
36 мѣ̑рила пра́вєдна и҆ вѣ́сы пра́вєдны и҆ мѣ́ра пра́ведна да бꙋ́детъ въ ва́съ: а҆́зъ є҆́смь гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ, и҆зведы́й ва́съ ѿ землѝ є҆гѵ́петскїѧ.
36 Balanzas justas, pesas justas, epha justo, é hin justo tendréis: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios, que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto.
36 You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin. I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.
37 И҆ сохрани́те ве́сь зако́нъ мо́й и҆ всѧ̑ повелѣ̑нїѧ моѧ̑, и҆ сотвори́те ѧ҆̀: а҆́зъ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
37 Guardad pues todos mis estatutos, y todos mis derechos, y ponedlos por obra: Yo Jehová.
37 “‘You shall observe all my statutes and all my ordinances, and do them. I am Yahweh.’”

Cómo se eligieron
«Comentario» es el comienzo de una homilía o exposición sobre este capítulo (homilías de san Juan Crisóstomo; tratados, sermones y comentarios a los Salmos de san Agustín). «Cita» es una frase en la que las notas de la propia edición identifican la cita de un versículo de este capítulo; solo se conserva si el texto coincide con el versículo. Solo se usan obras de autoría segura. Los Salmos siguen la numeración hebrea (Agustín usa la de los Setenta: su Salmo 50 es aquí el 51).
"A new commandment," He says, "I give unto you, that ye love one another." But was not this already commanded in the ancient law of God, where it is written, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself"? Why, then, is it called a new one by the Lord, when it is proved to be so old?
