MSB Majority Standard Bible WEB World English Bible (clásica, con deuterocanónicos) 1 Then Moses said to the heads of the tribes of Israel, “This is what the LORD has commanded: 1 Y MOISÉS dijo á los hijos de Israel, conforme á todo lo que Jehová le había mandado.
1 Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded.
2 If a man makes a vow to the LORD or swears an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word; he must do everything he has promised.
2 When a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
3 And if a woman in her father’s house during her youth makes a vow to the LORD or obligates herself by a pledge, 3 Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
3 “Also, when a woman vows a vow to Yahweh and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
4 and her father hears about her vow or pledge but says nothing to her, then all the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall stand. 4 Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
4 and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
5 But if her father prohibits her on the day he hears about it, then none of the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall stand. The LORD will absolve her because her father has prohibited her.
5 But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. Yahweh will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
6 If a woman marries while under a vow or rash promise by which she has bound herself, 6 Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
6 “If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
7 and her husband hears of it but says nothing to her on that day, then the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall stand. 7 Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
7 and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
8 But if her husband prohibits her when he hears of it, he nullifies the vow that binds her or the rash promise she has made, and the LORD will absolve her.
8 But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. Yahweh will forgive her.
9 Every vow a widow or divorced woman pledges to fulfill is binding on her.
9 “But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
10 If a woman in her husband’s house has made a vow or put herself under an obligation with an oath, 10 Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
10 “If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
11 and her husband hears of it but says nothing to her and does not prohibit her, then all the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall stand.
11 and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
12 But if her husband nullifies them on the day he hears of them, then nothing that came from her lips, whether her vows or pledges, shall stand. Her husband has nullified them, and the LORD will absolve her.
12 But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. Yahweh will forgive her.
13 Her husband may confirm or nullify any vow or any sworn pledge to deny herself.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14 But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he confirms all the vows and pledges that bind her. He has confirmed them, because he said nothing to her on the day he heard about them.
14 But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
15 But if he nullifies them after he hears of them, then he will bear her iniquity.” 15 Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
15 But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
16 These are the statutes that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the relationship between a man and his wife, and between a father and a young daughter still in his home.
16 These are the statutes which Yahweh commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.
