1 »”Cuando dividas por la suerte la tierra entre las tribus de Israel, primero dejarás una sección de la misma para el Señor como su porción exclusiva. Esta porción será de trece kilómetros con ciento veinticinco metros de largo, y diez kilómetros con quinientos metros de ancho. Todo este terreno será exclusivo.
1 “‘“Moreover, when you divide by lot the land for inheritance, you shall offer an offering to Yahweh, a holy portion of the land. The length shall be the length of twenty-five thousand reeds, and the width shall be ten thousand. It shall be holy in all its border all around.

2 »”Una sección de esta tierra, un cuadrado de doscientos sesenta y dos metros y medio por lado, será designado para el templo. Un margen adicional de veintiséis metros y cuarto alrededor del mismo se ha de dejar libre.
2 Of this there shall be a five hundred by five hundred square for the holy place, and fifty cubits for its pasture lands all around.

3 El templo será construido dentro de la zona de trece kilómetros con ciento veinticinco metros de largo por cinco kilómetros con doscientos cincuenta metros de ancho.
3 Of this measure you shall measure a length of twenty-five thousand, and a width of ten thousand. In it shall be the sanctuary, which is most holy.

4 Toda esta sección será tierra exclusiva; será utilizada por los sacerdotes, quienes ofician en el santuario, para sus hogares y para mi templo.
4 It is a holy portion of the land; it shall be for the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who come near to minister to Yahweh. It shall be a place for their houses and a holy place for the sanctuary.

5 La franja próxima a ella, de trece kilómetros con ciento veinticinco metros de largo por cinco kilómetros con doscientos cincuenta metros de ancho, será la zona habitacional de los levitas que trabajan en el templo.
5 Twenty-five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand in width shall be for the Levites, the ministers of the house, as a possession for themselves, for twenty rooms.

6 Junto a los terrenos exclusivos habrá una franja de trece kilómetros con ciento veinticinco metros de largo y dos kilómetros con seiscientos veinticinco metros de ancho, donde se construirá una ciudad en la que cualquiera de Israel pueda vivir.
6 “‘“You shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand cubits wide and twenty-five thousand long, side by side with the offering of the holy portion. It shall be for the whole house of Israel.

7 »”Dos secciones especiales de tierra serán apartadas para el príncipe —una a cada lado de los terrenos exclusivos y los de la ciudad, contiguas a estos a lo largo—, y sus límites al este y al oeste serán iguales a los de las secciones tribales.
7 “‘“What is for the prince shall be on the one side and on the other side of the holy allotment and of the possession of the city, in front of the holy allotment and in front of the possession of the city, on the west side westward, and on the east side eastward, and in length corresponding to one of the portions, from the west border to the east border.

8 Esta será su parte. Mis príncipes ya no más oprimirán y robarán a mi pueblo, sino que le asignarán el resto de la tierra, dando una porción a cada tribu.
8 In the land it shall be to him for a possession in Israel. My princes shall no more oppress my people, but they shall give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.”

9 Pues el Señor Dios dice a los que gobiernan: ¡Dejen de robar y estafar a mi pueblo en su tierra y de expulsarlos de sus hogares! ¡Sean siempre justos y honestos!
9 “‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Enough, you princes of Israel! Remove violence and plunder, and execute justice and righteousness! Stop dispossessing my people!” says the Lord Yahweh.

10 ¡Deben emplear balanzas justas y medidas cabales!
10 “You shall have just balances, a just ephah, and a just bath.
·
11 Un jómer (doscientos cuarenta litros) será su unidad de medida reguladora tanto para medidas líquidas como sólidas. Las unidades más pequeñas serán el efa (veinticuatro litros) para sólidos y el bato (veinticuatro litros) para líquidos.
11 The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain one tenth of a homer, and the ephah one tenth of a homer. Its measure shall be the same as the homer.

12 La unidad de peso será la moneda de plata, de doce gramos; siempre debe ser cambiada por veinte guerás, nunca por menos. Cinco monedas serán valuadas a cinco monedas, no menos; y diez monedas a diez monedas. Cincuenta monedas siempre igualarán una mina.
12 The shekel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels plus twenty-five shekels plus fifteen shekels shall be your mina.

13 »”Este es el impuesto que deben dar al príncipe: cuatro litros de trigo o cebada por cada doscientos cuarenta que cosechen;
13 “‘“This is the offering that you shall offer: the sixth part of an ephah from a homer of wheat, and you shall give the sixth part of an ephah from a homer of barley,

14 y un litro por cada cien de su aceite de oliva;
14 and the set portion of oil, of the bath of oil, one tenth of a bath out of the cor, which is ten baths, even a homer (for ten baths are a homer),

15 y una oveja por cada doscientas en todos sus rebaños en Israel. Estas son las ofrendas de harina, las ofrendas quemadas y las ofrendas de gratitud para el arreglo de cuentas con Dios de aquellos que los traen, dice el Señor Dios.
15 and one lamb of the flock out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Israel—for a meal offering, for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make atonement for them,” says the Lord Yahweh.

16 Todo el pueblo de Israel traerá sus ofrendas al príncipe.
16 “All the people of the land shall give to this offering for the prince in Israel.

17 El príncipe deberá proveer al pueblo con sacrificios para los homenajes públicos, ofrendas por las infracciones cometidas, ofrendas quemadas, ofrendas de harina, ofrendas de libación y ofrendas de gratitud, para la reconciliación del pueblo de Israel con Dios. Esto será hecho en el tiempo de las fiestas religiosas, las ceremonias de luna nueva, los sábados y todas las otras ocasiones especiales.
17 It shall be the prince’s part to give the burnt offerings, the meal offerings, and the drink offerings, in the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the Sabbaths, in all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel. He shall prepare the sin offering, the meal offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel.”

18 »”El Señor Dios dice: Cada víspera de Año Nuevo sacrifiquen un becerro sin defecto alguno, para purificar el templo.
18 “‘The Lord Yahweh says: “In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without defect, and you shall cleanse the sanctuary.

19 El sacerdote tomará parte de la sangre de esta ofrenda por las infracciones cometidas y la pondrá sobre los postes del templo y sobre las cuatro esquinas de la base del altar y sobre las paredes a la entrada del patio interior.
19 The priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the door posts of the house, and on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner court.

20 Hagan esto también en el séptimo día de ese mes por cualquiera que haya cometido una infracción por error o ignorancia, y así el templo será purificado.
20 So you shall do on the seventh day of the month for everyone who errs, and for him who is simple. So you shall make atonement for the house.

21 »”En el décimocuarto día de ese mismo mes celebrarán la Pascua. Será una fiesta de siete días. Sólo pan sin levadura será comido durante esos días.
21 “‘“In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, you shall have the Passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.

22 En el día de la Pascua el príncipe proveerá un becerro como ofrenda por sus propias infracciones y por las de todo el pueblo de Israel.
22 On that day the prince shall prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.

23 En cada uno de los siete días de la fiesta él preparará una ofrenda quemada para el Señor. Esta ofrenda diaria consistirá en siete becerros y siete carneros sin defecto. Un cabrito también será dado cada día como ofrenda por las infracciones públicas.
23 The seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to Yahweh, seven bulls and seven rams without defect daily the seven days; and a male goat daily for a sin offering.

24 Y el príncipe proveerá trescientos treinta y seis litros de grano para la ofrenda de harina, veinticuatro litros por cada becerro y carnero; y cincuenta y seis litros de aceite de oliva, cuatro litros por cada veinticuatro litros de grano.
24 He shall prepare a meal offering, an ephah for a bull, an ephah for a ram, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

25 »”A principios de octubre, durante cada uno de los siete días de la fiesta anual, él proveerá estos mismos sacrificios para la ofrenda por las infracciones generales, la ofrenda quemada, la ofrenda de harina y la ofrenda de aceite.
25 “‘“In the seventh month, on the fifteenth day of the month, during the feast, he shall do like that for seven days. He shall make the same provision for sin offering, the burnt offering, the meal offering, and the oil.”
