1 Не внимай пустому слуху, не давай руки твоей нечестивому, чтоб быть свидетелем неправды.
1 NO admitirás falso rumor. No te concertarás con el impío para ser testigo falso.
1 “You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.
2 Не следуй за большинством на зло, и не решай тяжбы, отступая по большинству от правды;
2 No seguirás á los muchos para mal hacer; ni responderás en litigio inclinándote á los más para hacer agravios;
2 “You shall not follow a crowd to do evil. You shall not testify in court to side with a multitude to pervert justice.
3 и бедному не потворствуй в тяжбе его.
3 Ni al pobre distinguirás en su causa.
3 You shall not favor a poor man in his cause.
4 Если найдешь вола врага твоего, или осла его заблудившегося, приведи его к нему;
4 Si encontrares el buey de tu enemigo ó su asno extraviado, vuelve á llevárselo.
4 “If you meet your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you shall surely bring it back to him again.
5 если увидишь осла врага твоего упавшим под ношею своею, то не оставляй его; развьючь вместе с ним.
5 Si vieres el asno del que te aborrece caído debajo de su carga, ¿le dejarás entonces desamparado? Sin falta ayudarás con él á levantarlo.
5 If you see the donkey of him who hates you fallen down under his burden, don’t leave him. You shall surely help him with it.
6 Не суди превратно тяжбы бедного твоего.
6 No pervertirás el derecho de tu mendigo en su pleito.
6 “You shall not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.
7 Удаляйся от неправды и не умерщвляй невинного и правого, ибо Я не оправдаю беззаконника.
7 De palabra de mentira te alejarás, y no matarás al inocente y justo; porque yo no justificaré al impío.
7 “Keep far from a false charge, and don’t kill the innocent and righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.
8 Даров не принимай, ибо дары слепыми делают зрячих и превращают дело правых.
8 No recibirás presente; porque el presente ciega á los que ven, y pervierte las palabras justas.
8 “You shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight and perverts the words of the righteous.
9 Пришельца не обижай [и не притесняй его]: вы знаете душу пришельца, потому что сами были пришельцами в земле Египетской.
9 Y no angustiarás al extranjero: pues vosotros sabéis cómo se halla el alma del extranjero, ya que extranjeros fuisteis en la tierra de Egipto.
9 “You shall not oppress an alien, for you know the heart of an alien, since you were aliens in the land of Egypt.
10 Шесть лет засевай землю твою и собирай произведения ее,
10 Seis años sembrarás tu tierra, y allegarás su cosecha:
10 “For six years you shall sow your land, and shall gather in its increase,
11 а в седьмой оставляй ее в покое, чтобы питались убогие из твоего народа, а остатками после них питались звери полевые; так же поступай с виноградником твоим и с маслиною твоею.
11 Mas el séptimo la dejarás vacante y soltarás, para que coman los pobres de tu pueblo; y de lo que quedare comerán las bestias del campo; así harás de tu viña y de tu olivar.
11 but the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, that the poor of your people may eat; and what they leave the animal of the field shall eat. In the same way, you shall deal with your vineyard and with your olive grove.
12 Шесть дней делай дела твои, а в седьмой день покойся, чтобы отдохнул вол твой и осел твой и успокоился сын рабы твоей и пришлец.
12 Seis días harás tus negocios, y al séptimo día holgarás, á fin que descanse tu buey y tu asno, y tome refrigerio el hijo de tu sierva, y el extranjero.
12 “Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest, that your ox and your donkey may have rest, and the son of your servant, and the alien may be refreshed.
13 Соблюдайте всё, что Я сказал вам, и имени других богов не упоминайте; да не слышится оно из уст твоих.
13 Y en todo lo que os he dicho seréis avisados. Y nombre de otros dioses no mentaréis, ni se oirá de vuestra boca.
13 “Be careful to do all things that I have said to you; and don’t invoke the name of other gods or even let them be heard out of your mouth.
14 Три раза в году празднуй Мне:
14 Tres veces en el año me celebraréis fiesta.
14 “You shall observe a feast to me three times a year.
15 наблюдай праздник опресноков: семь дней ешь пресный хлеб, как Я повелел тебе, в назначенное время месяца Авива, ибо в оном ты вышел из Египта; и пусть не являются пред лице Мое с пустыми руками;
15 La fiesta de los ázimos guardarás: siete días comerás los panes sin levadura, como yo te mandé, en el tiempo del mes de Abib; porque en él saliste de Egipto: y ninguno comparecerá vacío delante de mí:
15 You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it you came out of Egypt), and no one shall appear before me empty.
16 наблюдай и праздник жатвы первых плодов труда твоего, какие ты сеял на поле, и праздник собирания плодов в конце года, когда уберешь с поля работу твою.
16 También la fiesta de la siega, los primeros frutos de tus labores que hubieres sembrado en el campo; y la fiesta de la cosecha á la salida del año, cuando habrás recogido tus labores del campo.
16 And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field; and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.
17 Три раза в году должен являться весь мужеский пол твой пред лице Владыки, Господа [твоего].
17 Tres veces en el año parecerá todo varón tuyo delante del Señor Jehová.
17 Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh.
18 [Когда изгоню язычников от лица твоего и распространю пределы твои], не изливай крови жертвы Моей на квасное, и тук от праздничной жертвы Моей не должен оставаться до утра.
18 No ofrecerás con pan leudo la sangre de mi sacrificio; ni el sebo de mi víctima quedará de la noche hasta la mañana.
18 “You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The fat of my feast shall not remain all night until the morning.
19 Начатки плодов земли твоей приноси в дом Господа, Бога твоего. Не вари козленка в молоке матери его.
19 Las primicias de los primeros frutos de tu tierra traerás á la casa de Jehová tu Dios. No guisarás el cabrito con la leche de su madre.
19 You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground into the house of Yahweh your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.
20 Вот, Я посылаю пред тобою Ангела [Моего] хранить тебя на пути и ввести тебя в то место, которое Я приготовил [тебе];
20 He aquí yo envío el Angel delante de ti para que te guarde en el camino, y te introduzca en el lugar que yo he preparado.
20 “Behold, I send an angel before you, to keep you by the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.
21 блюди себя пред лицем Его и слушай гласа Его; не упорствуй против Него, потому что Он не простит греха вашего, ибо имя Мое в Нем.
21 Guárdate delante de él, y oye su voz; no le seas rebelde; porque él no perdonará vuestra rebelión: porque mi nombre está en él.
21 Pay attention to him, and listen to his voice. Don’t provoke him, for he will not pardon your disobedience, for my name is in him.
22 [Если будешь слушать гласа Моего, и будешь исполнять все, что скажу тебе, и сохранишь завет Мой, то вы будете у Меня народом избранным из всех племен, ибо вся земля Моя; вы будете у Меня царственным священством и народом святым. Сии слова скажи сынам Израилевым.] Если ты будешь слушать гласа Его и исполнять все, что скажу [тебе], то врагом буду врагов твоих и противником противников твоих.
22 Pero si en verdad oyeres su voz, é hicieres todo lo que yo te dijere, seré enemigo á tus enemigos, y afligiré á los que te afligieren.
22 But if you indeed listen to his voice, and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and an adversary to your adversaries.
23 Когда пойдет пред тобою Ангел Мой и поведет тебя к Аморреям, Хеттеям, Ферезеям, Хананеям, [Гергесеям,] Евеям и Иевусеям, и истреблю их [от лица вашего],
23 Porque mi Angel irá delante de ti, y te introducirá al Amorrheo, y al Hetheo, y al Pherezeo, y al Cananeo, y al Heveo, y al Jebuseo, á los cuales yo haré destruir.
23 For my angel shall go before you, and bring you in to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I will cut them off.
24 то не поклоняйся богам их, и не служи им, и не подражай делам их, но сокруши их и разрушь столбы их:
24 No te inclinarás á sus dioses, ni los servirás, ni harás como ellos hacen; antes los destruirás del todo, y quebrantarás enteramente sus estatuas.
24 You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars.
25 служите Господу, Богу вашему, и Он благословит хлеб твой [и вино твое] и воду твою; и отвращу от вас болезни.
25 Mas á Jehová vuestro Dios serviréis, y él bendecirá tu pan y tus aguas; y yo quitaré toda enfermedad de en medio de ti.
25 You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
26 Не будет преждевременно рождающих и бесплодных в земле твоей; число дней твоих сделаю полным.
26 No habrá mujer que aborte, ni estéril en tu tierra; y yo cumpliré el número de tus días.
26 No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.
27 Ужас Мой пошлю пред тобою, и в смущение приведу всякий народ, к которому ты придешь, и буду обращать к тебе тыл всех врагов твоих;
27 Yo enviaré mi terror delante de ti, y consternaré á todo pueblo donde tú entrares, y te daré la cerviz de todos tus enemigos.
27 I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
28 пошлю пред тобою шершней, и они погонят от лица твоего [Аморреев,] Евеев, [Иевусеев,] Хананеев и Хеттеев;
28 Yo enviaré la avispa delante de ti, que eche fuera al Heveo, y al Cananeo, y al Hetheo, de delante de ti:
28 I will send the hornet before you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before you.
29 не выгоню их от лица твоего в один год, чтобы земля не сделалась пуста и не умножились против тебя звери полевые:
29 No los echaré de delante de ti en un año, porque no quede la tierra desierta, y se aumenten contra ti las bestias del campo.
29 I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the animals of the field multiply against you.
30 мало-помалу буду прогонять их от тебя, доколе ты не размножишься и не возьмешь во владение земли сей.
30 Poco á poco los echaré de delante de ti, hasta que te multipliques y tomes la tierra por heredad.
30 Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and inherit the land.
31 Проведу пределы твои от моря Чермного до моря Филистимского и от пустыни до реки [великой Евфрата], ибо предам в руки ваши жителей сей земли, и прогонишь их от лица твоего;
31 Y yo pondré tu término desde el mar Bermejo hasta la mar de Palestina, y desde el desierto hasta el río: porque pondré en vuestras manos los moradores de la tierra, y tú los echarás de delante de ti.
31 I will set your border from the Red Sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.
32 [не смешивайся и] не заключай союза ни с ними, ни с богами их;
32 No harás alianza con ellos, ni con sus dioses.
32 You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.
33 не должны они жить в земле твоей, чтобы они не ввели тебя в грех против Меня; ибо если ты будешь служить богам их, то это будет тебе сетью.
33 En tu tierra no habitarán, no sea que te hagan pecar contra mí sirviendo á sus dioses: porque te será de tropiezo.
33 They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me, for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”
