BSB Berean Standard Bible WEB World English Bible (clásica, con deuterocanónicos) 1 As Jesus was leaving the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, “Teacher, look at the magnificent stones and buildings!” 1 Y SALIENDO del templo, le dice uno de sus discípulos: Maestro, mira qué piedras, y qué edificios.
1 As he went out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Teacher, see what kind of stones and what kind of buildings!”
2 “Do you see all these great buildings?” Jesus replied. “Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” 2 Y Jesús respondiendo, le dijo: ¿Ves estos grandes edificios? no quedará piedra sobre piedra que no sea derribada.
2 Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be left here one stone on another, which will not be thrown down.”
3 While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately, 3 Y sentándose en el monte de las Olivas delante del templo, le preguntaron aparte Pedro y Jacobo y Juan y Andrés:
3 As he sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked him privately,
4 “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to be fulfilled?” 4 Dinos, ¿cuándo serán estas cosas?
4 “Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are all about to be fulfilled?”
5 Jesus began by telling them, “See to it that no one deceives you. 5 Y Jesús respondiéndoles, comenzó á decir: Mirad, que nadie os engañe;
5 Jesus, answering, began to tell them, “Be careful that no one leads you astray.
6 Many will come in My name, claiming, ‘I am He,’ and will deceive many.
6 For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he!’ and will lead many astray.
7 When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.
7 “When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, don’t be troubled. For those must happen, but the end is not yet.
8 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, as well as famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places. There will be famines and troubles. These things are the beginning of birth pains.
9 So be on your guard. You will be delivered over to the councils and beaten in the synagogues. On My account you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them.
9 “But watch yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils. You will be beaten in synagogues. You will stand before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.
10 And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all the nations.
10 The Good News must first be preached to all the nations.
11 But when they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand what to say. Instead, speak whatever you are given at that time, for it will not be you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
11 When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
12 Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rise against their parents and have them put to death.
12 “Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. Children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.
13 You will be hated by everyone because of My name, but the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
13 You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.
14 So when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 14 Empero cuando viereis la abominación de asolamiento, que fué dicha por el profeta Daniel, que estará donde no debe (el que lee, entienda), entonces los que estén en Judea huyan á los montes;
14 “But when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not” (let the reader understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains,
15 Let no one on the housetop go back inside to retrieve anything from his house. 15 Y el que esté sobre el terrado, no descienda á la casa, ni entre para tomar algo de su casa;
15 and let him who is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out of his house.
16 And let no one in the field return for his cloak.
16 Let him who is in the field not return back to take his cloak.
17 How miserable those days will be for pregnant and nursing mothers!
17 But woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse babies in those days!
18 Pray that this will not occur in the winter.
18 Pray that your flight won’t be in the winter.
19 For those will be days of tribulation unmatched from the beginning of God’s creation until now, and never to be seen again.
19 For in those days there will be oppression, such as there has not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will be.
20 If the Lord had not cut short those days, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom He has chosen, He has cut them short.
20 Unless the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen ones, whom he picked out, he shortened the days.
21 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There He is!’ do not believe it. 21 Y entonces si alguno os dijere: He aquí, aquí está el Cristo; ó, He aquí, allí [está], no [le] creáis.
21 Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ don’t believe it.
22 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders that would deceive even the elect, if that were possible.
22 For false christs and false prophets will arise and will show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones.
23 So be on your guard; I have told you everything in advance. 23 Mas vosotros mirad; os lo he dicho antes todo.
23 But you watch. “Behold, I have told you all things beforehand.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; 24 Empero en aquellos días, después de aquella aflicción, el sol se obscurecerá, y la luna no dará su resplandor;
24 But in those days, after that oppression, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light,
25 the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’ 25 Y las estrellas caerán del cielo, y las virtudes que están en los cielos serán conmovidas;
25 the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
26 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.
27 And He will send out the angels to gather His elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.
27 Then he will send out his angels, and will gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the sky.
28 Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its branches become tender and sprout leaves, you know that summer is near.
28 “Now from the fig tree, learn this parable. When the branch has now become tender and produces its leaves, you know that the summer is near;
29 So also, when you see these things happening, know that He is near, right at the door.
29 even so you also, when you see these things coming to pass, know that it is near, at the doors.
30 Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
30 Most certainly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things happen.
31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
32 No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
32 “But of that day or that hour no one knows—not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Be on your guard and stay alert! For you do not know when the appointed time will come.
33 Watch, keep alert, and pray; for you don’t know when the time is.
34 It is like a man going on a journey who left his house, put each servant in charge of his own task, and instructed the doorkeeper to keep watch.
34 “It is like a man traveling to another country, having left his house and given authority to his servants, and to each one his work, and also commanded the doorkeeper to keep watch.
35 Therefore keep watch, because you do not know when the master of the house will return—whether in the evening, at midnight, when the rooster crows, or in the morning. 35 Velad pues, porque no sabéis cuándo el señor de la casa vendrá; [si] á la tarde, ó á la media noche, ó al canto del gallo, ó á la mañana;
35 Watch therefore, for you don’t know when the lord of the house is coming—whether at evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning;
36 Otherwise, he may arrive without notice and find you sleeping.
36 lest, coming suddenly, he might find you sleeping.
37 And what I say to you, I say to everyone: Keep watch!” 37 Y las cosas que á vosotros digo, á todos [las] digo: Velad.
37 What I tell you, I tell all: Watch!”
