1 И҆ и҆ноплемє́нницы воева́хꙋ на і҆и҃лѧ, и҆ бѣжа́ша мꙋ́жїе і҆и҃лєвы ѿ лица̀ и҆ноплеме́ннича, и҆ па́дахꙋ ꙗ҆́звеннїи на горѣ̀ гелвꙋѐ.
1 LOS Filisteos pues pelearon con Israel, y los de Israel huyeron delante de los Filisteos, y cayeron muertos en el monte de Gilboa.
1 Now the Philistines fought against Israel; and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain on Mount Gilboa.
2 И҆ снидо́шасѧ и҆ноплемє́нницы съ саꙋ́ломъ и҆ съ сынмѝ є҆гѡ̀, и҆ ᲂу҆би́ша и҆ноплемє́нницы і҆ѡнаѳа́на и҆ а҆мїнада́ва и҆ мелхїсꙋ́а, сы́ны саꙋ́лѡвы.
2 Y siguiendo los Filisteos á Saúl y á sus hijos, mataron á Jonathán, y á Abinadab, y á Melchîsua, hijos de Saúl.
2 The Philistines overtook Saul and his sons; and the Philistines killed Jonathan, Abinadab, and Malchishua, the sons of Saul.
3 И҆ ѡ҆тѧготѣ̀ бра́нь на саꙋ́ла, и҆ ѡ҆брѣто́ша є҆го̀ копе́йницы мꙋ́жїе стрѣльцы̀, и҆ ᲂу҆ѧ́звенъ бы́сть (саꙋ́лъ) во ᲂу҆тро́бꙋ.
3 Y agravóse la batalla sobre Saúl, y le alcanzaron los flecheros; y tuvo gran temor de los flecheros.
3 The battle went hard against Saul, and the archers overtook him; and he was greatly distressed by reason of the archers.
4 И҆ речѐ саꙋ́лъ къ носѧ́щемꙋ ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀: и҆зсꙋ́ни ме́чь тво́й и҆ прободи́ мѧ и҆́мъ, да не прїи́дꙋтъ неѡбрѣ́заннїи сі́и и҆ и҆збодꙋ́тъ мѧ̀, и҆ порꙋга́ютсѧ мнѣ̀. И҆ не хотѧ́ше носѧ́й ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ ᲂу҆боѧ́сѧ ѕѣлѡ̀. И҆ взѧ̀ саꙋ́лъ ме́чь сво́й и҆ падѐ на него̀.
4 Entonces dijo Saúl á su escudero: Saca tu espada, y pásame con ella, porque no vengan estos incircuncisos, y me pasen, y me escarnezcan. Mas su escudero no quería, porque tenía gran temor. Entonces tomó Saúl la espada, y echóse sobre ella.
4 Then Saul said to his armor bearer, “Draw your sword, and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through and abuse me!” But his armor bearer would not, for he was terrified. Therefore Saul took his sword and fell on it.
5 И҆ ви́дѣ носѧ́й ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ ᲂу҆́мре саꙋ́лъ, и҆ падѐ и҆ то́й на ме́чь сво́й и҆ ᲂу҆́мре съ ни́мъ.
5 Y viendo su escudero á Saúl muerto, él también se echó sobre su espada, y murió con él.
5 When his armor bearer saw that Saul was dead, he likewise fell on his sword, and died with him.
6 И҆ ᲂу҆́мре саꙋ́лъ и҆ трїѐ сы́нове є҆гѡ̀, и҆ носѧ́й ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀, и҆ всѝ мꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀ въ де́нь то́й кꙋ́пнѡ.
6 Así murió Saúl en aquel día, juntamente con sus tres hijos, y su escudero, y todos sus varones.
6 So Saul died with his three sons, his armor bearer, and all his men that same day together.
7 И҆ ви́дѣша мꙋ́жїе і҆и҃льстїи, и҆̀же ѡ҆б̾ ѡ҆́нъ по́лъ ю҆до́ли и҆ и҆̀же ѡ҆б̾ ѡ҆́нъ по́лъ і҆ѻрда́на, ꙗ҆́кѡ бѣжа́ша мꙋ́жїе і҆и҃льстїи, и҆ ꙗ҆́кѡ ᲂу҆́мре саꙋ́лъ и҆ сы́нове є҆гѡ̀, и҆ ѡ҆ста́виша гра́ды своѧ̑ и҆ бѣжа́ша: и҆ прїидо́ша и҆ноплемє́нницы и҆ всели́шасѧ въ ни́хъ.
7 Y los de Israel que eran de la otra parte del valle, y de la otra parte del Jordán, viendo que Israel había huído, y que Saúl y sus hijos eran muertos, dejaron las ciudades y huyeron; y los Filisteos vinieron y habitaron en ellas.
7 When the men of Israel who were on the other side of the valley, and those who were beyond the Jordan, saw that the men of Israel fled and that Saul and his sons were dead, they abandoned the cities and fled; and the Philistines came and lived in them.
8 И҆ бы́сть на ᲂу҆́трїе, и҆ прїидо́ша и҆ноплемє́нницы ѡ҆бнажи́ти ме́ртвыхъ, и҆ ѡ҆брѣто́ша саꙋ́ла и҆ трѝ сы́ны є҆гѡ̀ па́дшыѧ на горѣ̀ гелвꙋѐ,
8 Y aconteció el siguiente día, que viniendo los Filisteos á despojar los muertos, hallaron á Saúl y á sus tres hijos tendidos en el monte de Gilboa;
8 On the next day, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, they found Saul and his three sons fallen on Mount Gilboa.
9 и҆ ѡ҆брати́ша є҆го̀, и҆ снѧ́ша ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀, и҆ ѿсѣко́ша главꙋ̀ є҆гѡ̀, и҆ посла́ша въ зе́млю и҆ноплеме́нничꙋ ѡ҆́крестъ возвѣща́юще і҆́дѡлѡмъ и҆́хъ и҆ лю́демъ и҆́хъ:
9 Y cortáronle la cabeza, y desnudáronle las armas; y enviaron á tierra de los Filisteos al contorno, para que lo noticiaran en el templo de sus ídolos, y por el pueblo.
9 They cut off his head, stripped off his armor, and sent into the land of the Philistines all around, to carry the news to the house of their idols and to the people.
10 и҆ положи́ша ѻ҆рꙋ́жїе є҆гѡ̀ ᲂу҆ а҆ста́рта, тѣ́ло же є҆гѡ̀ воткнꙋ́ша на стѣнѣ̀ веѳса́мли.
10 Y pusieron sus armas en el templo de Astaroth, y colgaron su cuerpo en el muro de Beth-san.
10 They put his armor in the house of the Ashtaroth, and they fastened his body to the wall of Beth Shan.
11 И҆ ᲂу҆слы́шаша живꙋ́щїи во і҆аві́сѣ галаадїті́йстѣмъ, ꙗ҆̀же сотвори́ша и҆ноплемє́нницы саꙋ́лꙋ,
11 Mas oyendo los de Jabes de Galaad esto que los Filisteos hicieron á Saúl,
11 When the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead heard what the Philistines had done to Saul,
12 и҆ воста́ша всѝ мꙋ́жїе си́льнїи, и҆ и҆до́ша всю̀ но́щь, и҆ взѧ́ша тѣ́ло саꙋ́лово и҆ тѣ́ло і҆ѡнаѳа́на сы́на є҆гѡ̀ съ стѣны̀ веѳса́мски, и҆ принесо́ша ѧ҆̀ во і҆аві́съ, и҆ сожго́ша ѧ҆̀ та́мѡ:
12 Todos los hombres valientes se levantaron, y anduvieron toda aquella noche, y quitaron el cuerpo de Saúl y los cuerpos de sus hijos del muro de Beth-san; y viniendo á Jabes, quemáronlos allí.
12 all the valiant men arose, went all night, and took the body of Saul and the bodies of his sons from the wall of Beth Shan; and they came to Jabesh and burned them there.
13 и҆ взѧ́ша кѡ́сти и҆́хъ, и҆ погребо́ша ѧ҆̀ въ дꙋбра́вѣ ꙗ҆̀же во і҆аві́сѣ, и҆ пости́шасѧ се́дмь дні́й.
13 Y tomando sus huesos, sepultáronlos debajo de un árbol en Jabes, y ayunaron siete días.
13 They took their bones and buried them under the tamarisk tree in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
