1 И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ мѡѷсе́ю, гл҃ѧ:
1 Y JEHOVÁ habló á Moisés, diciendo:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 ѿмстѝ ме́сть сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ ѿ мадїані́тѡвъ, и҆ послѣдѝ приложи́шисѧ къ лю́демъ свои̑мъ.
2 Haz la venganza de los hijos de Israel sobre los Madianitas; después serás recogido á tus pueblos.
2 “Avenge the children of Israel on the Midianites. Afterward you shall be gathered to your people.”
3 И҆ речѐ мѡѷсе́й къ лю́демъ, глаго́лѧ: воѡрꙋжи́те ѿ ва́съ мꙋ́жы и҆ ѡ҆полчи́тесѧ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ на мадїа́ма, ѿда́ти ѿмще́нїе ѿ гдⷭ҇а мадїа́мꙋ:
3 Entonces Moisés habló al pueblo, diciendo: Armaos algunos de vosotros para la guerra, é irán contra Madián, y harán la venganza de Jehová en Madián.
3 Moses spoke to the people, saying, “Arm men from among you for war, that they may go against Midian, to execute Yahweh’s vengeance on Midian.
4 ты́сѧщꙋ ѿ пле́мене и҆ ты́сѧщꙋ ѿ пле́мене, ѿ всѣ́хъ племе́нъ сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, посли́те ѡ҆полчи́тисѧ.
4 Mil de cada tribu de todas las tribus de los hijos de Israel, enviaréis á la guerra.
4 You shall send one thousand out of every tribe, throughout all the tribes of Israel, to the war.”
5 И҆ сочто́ша ѿ ты́сѧщъ і҆и҃левыхъ, по ты́сѧщи ѿ пле́мене, двана́десѧть ты́сѧщъ воѡрꙋже́ныхъ на бра́нь.
5 Así fueron dados de los millares de Israel, mil por cada tribu, doce mil á punto de guerra.
5 So there were delivered, out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand from every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.
6 И҆ посла̀ ѧ҆̀ мѡѷсе́й ты́сѧщꙋ ѿ пле́мене и҆ ты́сѧщꙋ ѿ пле́мене съ си́лою и҆́хъ, и҆ фїнее́са сы́на є҆леаза́рова сы́на а҆арѡ́на жерца̀: и҆ сосꙋ́ды ст҃ы̑ѧ, и҆ трꙋбы̑ зна́мєнныѧ въ рꙋка́хъ и҆́хъ.
6 Y Moisés los envió á la guerra: mil de cada tribu envió: y Phinees, hijo de Eleazar sacerdote, [fué] á la guerra con los santos instrumentos, con las trompetas en su mano para tocar.
6 Moses sent them, one thousand of every tribe, to the war with Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the vessels of the sanctuary and the trumpets for the alarm in his hand.
7 И҆ ѡ҆полчи́шасѧ на мадїа́ма, ꙗ҆́коже повелѣ̀ гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю, и҆ и҆зби́ша ве́сь мꙋ́жескъ по́лъ:
7 Y pelearon contra Madián, como Jehová lo mandó á Moisés, y mataron á todo varón.
7 They fought against Midian, as Yahweh commanded Moses. They killed every male.
8 и҆ царе́й мадїа́мскихъ ᲂу҆би́ша вкꙋ́пѣ съ ꙗ҆́звеными и҆́хъ, и҆ є҆ѵі́на и҆ роко́ма, и҆ сꙋ́ра и҆ ᲂу҆́ра и҆ рово́ка, пѧ́ть царе́й мадїа́млихъ: и҆ валаа́ма сы́на веѡ́рова ᲂу҆би́ша мече́мъ съ ꙗ҆́звеными и҆́хъ:
8 Mataron también, entre los muertos de ellos, á los reyes de Madián: Evi, y Recem, y Zur, y Hur, y Reba, cinco reyes de Madián: á Balaam también, hijo de Beor, mataron á cuchillo.
8 They killed the kings of Midian with the rest of their slain: Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba, the five kings of Midian. They also killed Balaam the son of Beor with the sword.
9 и҆ плѣни́ша же́нъ мадїа́млихъ и҆ и҆мѣ̑нїѧ и҆́хъ, и҆ скоты̀ и҆́хъ и҆ всѧ̑ притѧжа̑нїѧ и҆́хъ, и҆ си́лꙋ и҆́хъ плѣни́ша:
9 Y llevaron cautivas los hijos de Israel las mujeres de los Madianitas, y sus chiquitos y todas sus bestias, y todos sus ganados; y arrebataron toda su hacienda.
9 The children of Israel took the women of Midian captive with their little ones; and all their livestock, all their flocks, and all their goods, they took as plunder.
10 и҆ всѧ̑ гра́ды и҆́хъ, ꙗ҆̀же во ѡ҆бита́нїихъ и҆́хъ, и҆ вє́си и҆́хъ пожго́ша ѻ҆гне́мъ,
10 Y abrasaron con fuego todas sus ciudades, aldeas y castillos.
10 All their cities in the places in which they lived, and all their encampments, they burned with fire.
11 и҆ взѧ́ша ве́сь плѣ́нъ и҆́хъ и҆ всѧ̑ кѡры́сти и҆́хъ, ѿ человѣ́ка до скота̀:
11 Y tomaron todo el despojo, y toda la presa, así de hombres como de bestias.
11 They took all the captives, and all the plunder, both of man and of animal.
12 и҆ приведо́ша къ мѡѷсе́ю и҆ ко є҆леаза́рꙋ жерцꙋ̀ и҆ ко всѣ̑мъ сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ плѣ́нъ и҆ кѡры́сти и҆ и҆мѣ́нїе въ по́лкъ, во а҆равѡ́ѳъ мѡа́вль, и҆́же є҆́сть ᲂу҆ і҆ѻрда́на при і҆ерїхѡ́нѣ.
12 Y trajeron á Moisés, y á Eleazar el sacerdote, y á la congregación de los hijos de Israel, los cautivos y la presa y los despojos, al campo en los llanos de Moab, que están junto al Jordán de Jericó.
12 They brought the captives with the prey and the plunder, to Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and to the congregation of the children of Israel, to the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by the Jordan at Jericho.
13 И҆ и҆зы́де мѡѷсе́й и҆ є҆леаза́ръ жре́цъ и҆ всѝ кнѧ̑зи со́нма въ срѣ́тенїе и҆̀мъ внѣ̀ полка̀.
13 Y salieron Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote, y todos los príncipes de la congregación, á recibirlos fuera del campo.
13 Moses and Eleazar the priest, with all the princes of the congregation, went out to meet them outside of the camp.
14 И҆ разгнѣ́васѧ мѡѷсе́й на надзира́телей си́лы, тысѧщенача́льникѡвъ и҆ стонача́льникѡвъ и҆дꙋ́щихъ ѿ ѡ҆полче́нїѧ бра́ни.
14 Y enojóse Moisés contra los capitanes del ejército, [contra] los tribunos y centuriones que volvían de la guerra;
14 Moses was angry with the officers of the army, the captains of thousands and the captains of hundreds, who came from the service of the war.
15 И҆ речѐ и҆̀мъ мѡѷсе́й: вскꙋ́ю жи́въ ѡ҆ста́висте ве́сь же́нскъ по́лъ;
15 Y díjoles Moisés: ¿Todas las mujeres habéis reservado?
15 Moses said to them, “Have you saved all the women alive?
16 ты̑ѧ бо бы́ша сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ, по словесѝ валаа́млю, є҆́же ѿстꙋпи́ти и҆ презрѣ́ти сло́во гдⷭ҇не фогѡ́ра ра́ди, и҆ бы́сть ꙗ҆́зва въ со́нмѣ гдⷭ҇ни:
16 He aquí ellas fueron á los hijos de Israel, por consejo de Balaam, para causar prevaricación contra Jehová en el negocio de Peor; por lo que hubo mortandad en la congregación de Jehová.
16 Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against Yahweh in the matter of Peor, and so the plague was among the congregation of Yahweh.
17 и҆ нн҃ѣ и҆збі́йте всѧ́къ мꙋ́жескъ по́лъ во всѧ́комъ во́зрастѣ, и҆ всѧ́кꙋ женꙋ̀, ꙗ҆́же позна̀ ло́же мꙋ́жеско, и҆збі́йте:
17 Matad pues ahora todos los varones entre los niños: matad también toda mujer que haya conocido varón carnalmente.
17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known man by lying with him.
18 и҆ всѧ́къ во́зрастъ же́нскъ, ꙗ҆̀же не позна́ша ло́жа мꙋ́жеска, живы́хъ ѡ҆ста́вите ѧ҆̀:
18 Y todas las niñas entre las mujeres, que no hayan conocido ayuntamiento de varón, os reservaréis vivas.
18 But all the girls, who have not known man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
19 и҆ вы̀ ста́ните внѣ̀ полка̀ се́дмь дні́й: всѧ́къ ᲂу҆би́вый дꙋ́шꙋ и҆ прикоснꙋ́выйсѧ ᲂу҆бїе́номꙋ да ѡ҆чи́ститсѧ въ тре́тїй де́нь и҆ въ де́нь седмы́й, вы̀ и҆ плѣ́нъ ва́шъ:
19 Y vosotros quedaos fuera del campo siete días: y todos los que hubieren matado persona, y cualquiera que hubiere tocado muerto, os purificaréis al tercero y al séptimo día, vosotros y vuestros cautivos.
19 “Encamp outside of the camp for seven days. Whoever has killed any person, and whoever has touched any slain, purify yourselves on the third day and on the seventh day, you and your captives.
20 и҆ всѧ́кꙋ ѻ҆де́ждꙋ, и҆ всѧ́къ сосꙋ́дъ ко́жанъ, и҆ всѧ́ко содѣ́ланое ѿ козли́чины, и҆ всѧ́къ сосꙋ́дъ древѧ́нъ ѡ҆чи́стите.
20 Asimismo purificaréis todo vestido, y toda prenda de pieles, y toda obra de pelos de cabra, y todo vaso de madera.
20 You shall purify every garment, and all that is made of skin, and all work of goats’ hair, and all things made of wood.”
21 И҆ речѐ є҆леаза́ръ жре́цъ къ мꙋжє́мъ си́лы приходѧ́щымъ ѿ ѡ҆полче́нїѧ ра́тнагѡ: сїѐ ѡ҆правда́нїе зако́на, є҆́же заповѣ́да гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю:
21 Y Eleazar el sacerdote dijo á los hombres de guerra que venían de la guerra: Esta es la ordenanza de la ley que Jehová ha mandado á Moisés:
21 Eleazar the priest said to the men of war who went to the battle, “This is the statute of the law which Yahweh has commanded Moses.
22 кромѣ̀ сребра̀ и҆ зла́та, и҆ мѣ́ди и҆ желѣ́за, и҆ кассїте́ра и҆ ѻ҆́лова,
22 Ciertamente el oro, y la plata, metal, hierro, estaño, y plomo,
22 However the gold, and the silver, the bronze, the iron, the tin, and the lead,
23 всѧ́ка ве́щь, ꙗ҆́же про́йдетъ сквозѣ̀ ѻ҆́гнь, и҆ (ѻ҆гне́мъ) ѡ҆чи́ститсѧ, но и҆ водо́ю ѡ҆чище́нїѧ ѡ҆чи́ститсѧ: и҆ всѧ̑, є҆ли̑ка а҆́ще не про́йдꙋтъ сквозѣ̀ ѻ҆́гнь, да про́йдꙋтъ сквозѣ̀ во́дꙋ:
23 Todo lo que resiste el fuego, por fuego [lo] haréis pasar, y será limpio, bien que en las aguas de purificación habrá de purificarse: mas haréis pasar por agua todo lo que no aguanta el fuego.
23 everything that may withstand the fire, you shall make to go through the fire, and it shall be clean; nevertheless it shall be purified with the water for impurity. All that doesn’t withstand the fire you shall make to go through the water.
24 и҆ и҆спери́те ри̑зы ва́шѧ въ де́нь седмы́й, и҆ ѡ҆чи́ститесѧ: и҆ по си́хъ вни́дете въ по́лкъ.
24 Además lavaréis vuestros vestidos el séptimo día, y así seréis limpios; y después entraréis en el campo.
24 You shall wash your clothes on the seventh day, and you shall be clean. Afterward you shall come into the camp.”
25 И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ мѡѷсе́ю, гл҃ѧ:
25 Y Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:
25 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
26 возми́те сочисле́нїе коры́стей плѣ́на ѿ человѣ́ка до скота̀, ты̀ и҆ є҆леаза́ръ жре́цъ и҆ кнѧ̑зи ѻ҆те́чествъ со́нма,
26 Toma la cuenta de la presa que se ha hecho, así de las personas como de las bestias, tú y el sacerdote Eleazar, y las cabezas de los padres de la congregación:
26 “Count the plunder that was taken, both of man and of animal, you, and Eleazar the priest, and the heads of the fathers’ households of the congregation;
27 и҆ раздѣли́те кѡры́сти междꙋ̀ вѡ́ины ходи́вшими на бра́нь и҆ междꙋ̀ всѣ́мъ со́нмомъ,
27 Y partirás por mitad la presa entre los que pelearon, los que salieron á la guerra, y toda la congregación.
27 and divide the plunder into two parts: between the men skilled in war, who went out to battle, and all the congregation.
28 и҆ ѿлꙋчи́те да́нь гдⷭ҇ꙋ ѿ люді́й вое́нныхъ ходи́вшихъ на бра́нь, є҆ди́нꙋ дꙋ́шꙋ ѿ пѧтѝ сѡ́тъ, ѿ человѣ̑къ и҆ ѿ скотѡ́въ, и҆ ѿ волѡ́въ и҆ ѿ ѻ҆ве́цъ и҆ ѿ ѻ҆слѧ́тъ,
28 Y apartarás para Jehová el tributo de los hombres de guerra, que salieron á la guerra: de quinientos uno, así de las personas como de los bueyes, de los asnos, y de las ovejas:
28 Levy a tribute to Yahweh of the men of war who went out to battle: one soul of five hundred; of the persons, of the cattle, of the donkeys, and of the flocks.
29 и҆ ѿ полови́ны и҆́хъ да во́змете, и҆ да́си є҆леаза́рꙋ жерцꙋ̀ нача́тки гдⷭ҇ни:
29 De la mitad de ellos lo tomarás; y darás á Eleazar el sacerdote la ofrenda de Jehová.
29 Take it from their half, and give it to Eleazar the priest, for Yahweh’s wave offering.
30 и҆ ѿ полови́ны сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ да во́змеши є҆ди́но ѿ пѧти́десѧти человѣ̑къ, и҆ ѿ волѡ́въ и҆ ѿ ѻ҆ве́цъ, и҆ ѿ ѻ҆слѧ́тъ и҆ ѿ всѣ́хъ скотѡ́въ, и҆ да́си ѧ҆̀ леѵі́тѡмъ, и҆̀же стрегꙋ́тъ стражбы̑ въ ски́нїи гдⷭ҇ни.
30 Y de la mitad perteneciente á los hijos de Israel tomarás uno de cincuenta, de las personas, de los bueyes, de los asnos, y de las ovejas, de todo animal; y los darás á los Levitas, que tienen la guarda del tabernáculo de Jehová.
30 Of the children of Israel’s half, you shall take one drawn out of every fifty, of the persons, of the cattle, of the donkeys, and of the flocks, of all the livestock, and give them to the Levites, who perform the duty of Yahweh’s tabernacle.”
31 И҆ сотворѝ мѡѷсе́й и҆ є҆леаза́ръ жре́цъ, ꙗ҆́коже повелѣ̀ гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю.
31 E hicieron Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote como Jehová mandó á Moisés.
31 Moses and Eleazar the priest did as Yahweh commanded Moses.
32 И҆ бы́сть мно́жество плѣ́на, є҆го́же плѣни́ша мꙋ̑жи во́инстїи, ѿ ѻ҆ве́цъ ше́сть сѡ́тъ се́дмьдесѧтъ пѧ́ть ты́сѧщъ,
32 Y fué la presa, el resto de la presa que tomaron los hombres de guerra, seiscientas y setenta y cinco mil ovejas,
32 Now the plunder, over and above the booty which the men of war took, was six hundred seventy-five thousand sheep,
33 и҆ волѡ́въ се́дмьдесѧтъ двѣ̀ ты́сѧщы,
33 Y setenta y dos mil bueyes,
33 seventy-two thousand head of cattle,
34 и҆ ѻ҆слѡ́въ шестьдесѧ́тъ є҆ди́на ты́сѧща,
34 Y setenta y un mil asnos;
34 sixty-one thousand donkeys,
35 и҆ дꙋ́шъ человѣ́ческихъ ѿ же́нска по́лꙋ, ꙗ҆̀же не позна́ша ло́жа мꙋ́жеска, всѣ́хъ дꙋ́шъ три́десѧть двѣ̀ ты́сѧщы:
35 Y en cuanto á personas, de mujeres que no habían conocido ayuntamiento de varón, en todas treinta y dos mil.
35 and thirty-two thousand persons in all, of the women who had not known man by lying with him.
36 и҆ бы́сть полови́на ча́сть ходи́вшихъ на бра́нь, ѿ числа̀ ѻ҆ве́цъ три́ста три́десѧть се́дмь ты́сѧщъ и҆ пѧ́ть сѡ́тъ:
36 Y la mitad, la parte de los que habían salido á la guerra, fué el número de trescientas treinta y siete mil y quinientas ovejas.
36 The half, which was the portion of those who went out to war, was in number three hundred thirty-seven thousand five hundred sheep;
37 и҆ бы́сть да́нь гдⷭ҇ꙋ ѿ ѻ҆ве́цъ ше́сть сѡ́тъ се́дмьдесѧтъ пѧ́ть:
37 Y el tributo para Jehová de las ovejas, fué seiscientas setenta y cinco.
37 and Yahweh’s tribute of the sheep was six hundred seventy-five.
38 и҆ волѡ́въ три́десѧть ше́сть ты́сѧщъ, и҆ да́нь гдⷭ҇ꙋ се́дмьдесѧтъ и҆ два̀:
38 Y de los bueyes, treinta y seis mil: y de ellos el tributo para Jehová, setenta y dos.
38 The cattle were thirty-six thousand, of which Yahweh’s tribute was seventy-two.
39 и҆ ѻ҆слѡ́въ три́десѧть ты́сѧщъ пѧ́ть сѡ́тъ, и҆ да́нь гдⷭ҇ꙋ шестьдесѧ́тъ є҆ди́нъ:
39 Y de los asnos, treinta mil y quinientos: y de ellos el tributo para Jehová, setenta y uno.
39 The donkeys were thirty thousand five hundred, of which Yahweh’s tribute was sixty-one.
40 и҆ дꙋ́шъ человѣ́ческихъ шестьна́десѧть ты́сѧщъ, и҆ да́нь ѿ си́хъ гдⷭ҇ꙋ три́десѧть двѣ̀ дꙋши̑.
40 Y de las personas, diez y seis mil: y de ellas el tributo para Jehová, treinta y dos personas.
40 The persons were sixteen thousand, of whom Yahweh’s tribute was thirty-two persons.
41 И҆ дадѐ мѡѷсе́й да́нь гдⷭ҇ꙋ, ᲂу҆ча́стїе бж҃їе є҆леаза́рꙋ жерцꙋ̀, ꙗ҆́коже повелѣ̀ гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю.
41 Y dió Moisés el tributo, por elevada ofrenda á Jehová, á Eleazar el sacerdote, como Jehová lo mandó á Moisés.
41 Moses gave the tribute, which was Yahweh’s wave offering, to Eleazar the priest, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
42 Ѿ полови́ны сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, и҆̀хже раздѣлѝ мѡѷсе́й ѿ мꙋже́й вое́нныхъ:
42 Y de la mitad para los hijos de Israel, que apartó Moisés de los hombres que habían ido á la guerra;
42 Of the children of Israel’s half, which Moses divided off from the men who fought
43 и҆ бы́сть полови́на ѿ со́нма, ѿ ѻ҆ве́цъ три́ста и҆ три́десѧть се́дмь ты́сѧщъ и҆ пѧ́ть сѡ́тъ:
43 (La mitad para la congregación fué: de las ovejas, trescientas treinta y siete mil y quinientas;
43 (now the congregation’s half was three hundred thirty-seven thousand five hundred sheep,
44 и҆ волѡ́въ три́десѧть ше́сть ты́сѧщъ:
44 Y de los bueyes, treinta y seis mil;
44 thirty-six thousand head of cattle,
45 ѻ҆слѡ́въ три́десѧть ты́сѧщъ и҆ пѧ́ть сѡ́тъ:
45 Y de los asnos, treinta mil y quinientos;
45 thirty thousand five hundred donkeys,
46 и҆ человѣ́чихъ дꙋ́шъ шестьна́десѧть ты́сѧщъ:
46 Y de las personas, diez y seis mil:)
46 and sixteen thousand persons),
47 и҆ взѧ̀ мѡѷсе́й ѿ полови́ны сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, є҆ди́но ѿ пѧти́десѧти, ѿ человѣ̑къ и҆ ѿ скотѡ́въ, и҆ дадѐ ѧ҆̀ леѵі́тѡмъ стрегꙋ́щымъ стражбы̑ ски́нїи гдⷭ҇ни, ꙗ҆́коже повелѣ̀ гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю.
47 De la mitad, pues, para los hijos de Israel tomó Moisés uno de cada cincuenta, así de las personas como de los animales, y diólos á los Levitas, que tenían la guarda del tabernáculo de Jehová; como Jehová lo había mandado á Moisés.
47 even of the children of Israel’s half, Moses took one drawn out of every fifty, both of man and of animal, and gave them to the Levites, who performed the duty of Yahweh’s tabernacle, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
48 И҆ прїидо́ша къ мѡѷсе́ю всѝ поста́вленнїи над̾ ты́сѧщами си́лы, тысѧщенача́льники и҆ стонача́льники,
48 Y llegaron á Moisés los jefes de los millares de aquel ejército, los tribunos y centuriones;
48 The officers who were over the thousands of the army, the captains of thousands, and the captains of hundreds, came near to Moses.
49 и҆ реко́ша къ мѡѷсе́ю: ѻ҆́троцы твоѝ взѧ́ша сочте́нїе ѿ мꙋже́й во́инскихъ, и҆̀же сꙋ́ть ᲂу҆ на́съ, и҆ никто́же поги́бе ѿ ни́хъ:
49 Y dijeron á Moisés: Tus siervos han tomado razón de los hombres de guerra que están en nuestro poder, y ninguno ha faltado de nosotros.
49 They said to Moses, “Your servants have taken the sum of the men of war who are under our command, and there lacks not one man of us.
50 и҆ принесо́хомъ да́ръ гдⷭ҇ꙋ, мꙋ́жъ є҆́же ѡ҆брѣ́те, сосꙋ́дъ зла́тъ и҆ ѡ҆брꙋ́чїе, и҆ гри́внꙋ и҆ пе́рстень, и҆ ᲂу҆серѧ̑зи и҆ че́пь златꙋ́ю, ᲂу҆моли́ти ѡ҆ на́съ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ.
50 Por lo cual hemos ofrecido á Jehová ofrenda, cada uno de lo que ha hallado, vasos de oro, brazaletes, manillas, anillos, zarcillos, y cadenas, para hacer expiación por nuestras almas delante de Jehová.
50 We have brought Yahweh’s offering, what every man found: gold ornaments, armlets, bracelets, signet rings, earrings, and necklaces, to make atonement for our souls before Yahweh.”

52 All the gold of the wave offering that they offered up to Yahweh, of the captains of thousands, and of the captains of hundreds, was sixteen thousand seven hundred fifty shekels.

54 Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the Tent of Meeting for a memorial for the children of Israel before Yahweh.
