Darby Traducción de Darby WEB World English Bible (clásica, con deuterocanónicos) PT1904 Texto Patriarcal 1904 (acentuado, edición de eBible) 1 In those days, there being again a great crowd, and they having nothing that they could eat, having called his disciples to [him], he says to them, 1 In those days, when there was a very great multitude, and they had nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples to himself and said to them,
2 I have compassion on the crowd, because they have stayed with me already three days and they have not anything they can eat, 2 “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have stayed with me now three days and have nothing to eat.
3 and if I should dismiss them to their home fasting, they will faint on the way; for some of them are come from far. 3 If I send them away fasting to their home, they will faint on the way, for some of them have come a long way.”
4 And his disciples answered him, Whence shall one be able to satisfy these with bread here in a desert place? 4 His disciples answered him, “From where could one satisfy these people with bread here in a deserted place?”
4 καὶ ἀπεκρίθησαν αὐτῷ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ· πόθεν τούτους δυνήσεταί τις ὧδε χορτάσαι ἄρτων ἐπ᾽ ἐρημίας;
5 And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven. 5 He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” They said, “Seven.”
6 And he commanded the crowd to sit down on the ground. And having taken the seven loaves, he gave thanks, and broke [them] and gave [them] to his disciples, that they might set [them] before [them]; and they set [them] before the crowd. 6 He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground, and he took the seven loaves. Having given thanks, he broke them and gave them to his disciples to serve, and they served the multitude.
7 And they had a few small fishes, and having blessed them, he desired these also to be set before [them]. 7 They also had a few small fish. Having blessed them, he said to serve these also.
8 And they ate and were satisfied. And they took up of fragments that remained seven baskets. 8 They ate and were filled. They took up seven baskets of broken pieces that were left over.
9 And they [that had eaten] were about four thousand; and he sent them away. 9 Those who had eaten were about four thousand. Then he sent them away.
10 And immediately going on board ship with his disciples, he came into the parts of Dalmanutha. 10 Immediately he entered into the boat with his disciples and came into the region of Dalmanutha.
11 And the Pharisees went out and began to dispute against him, seeking from him a sign from heaven, tempting him. 11 The Pharisees came out and began to question him, seeking from him a sign from heaven and testing him.
12 And groaning in his spirit, he says, Why does this generation seek a sign? Verily I say unto you, A sign shall in no wise be given to this generation. 12 He sighed deeply in his spirit and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Most certainly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation.”
13 And he left them, and going again on board ship, went away to the other side. 13 He left them, and again entering into the boat, departed to the other side.
14 And they forgot to take bread, and save one loaf, they had not [any] with them in the ship. 14 They forgot to take bread; and they didn’t have more than one loaf in the boat with them.
15 And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and [of] the leaven of Herod. 15 He warned them, saying, “Take heed: beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod.”
16 And they reasoned with one another, [saying], It is because we have no bread. 16 They reasoned with one another, saying, “It’s because we have no bread.”
17 And Jesus knowing [it], says to them, Why reason ye because ye have no bread? Do ye not yet perceive nor understand? Have ye your heart [yet] hardened? 17 Jesus, perceiving it, said to them, “Why do you reason that it’s because you have no bread? Don’t you perceive yet or understand? Is your heart still hardened?
17 καὶ γνοὺς ὁ Ἰησοῦς λέγει αὐτοῖς· τί διαλογίζεσθε ὅτι ἄρτους οὐκ ἔχετε; οὔπω νοεῖτε οὐδὲ συνίετε; ἔτι πεπωρωμένην ἔχετε τὴν καρδίαν ὑμῶν;
18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember? 18 Having eyes, don’t you see? Having ears, don’t you hear? Don’t you remember?
18 ὀφθαλμοὺς ἔχοντες οὐ βλέπετε, καὶ ὦτα ἔχοντες οὐκ ἀκούετε; καὶ οὐ μνημονεύετε;
19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many hand-baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say to him, Twelve. 19 When I broke the five loaves among the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?” They told him, “Twelve.”
20 And when the seven for the four thousand, the filling of how many baskets of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven. 20 “When the seven loaves fed the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?” They told him, “Seven.”
21 And he said to them, How do ye not yet understand? 21 He asked them, “Don’t you understand yet?”
21 καὶ ἔλεγεν αὐτοῖς· οὔπω συνίετε;
22 And he comes to Bethsaida; and they bring him a blind man, and beseech him that he might touch him. 22 He came to Bethsaida. They brought a blind man to him and begged him to touch him.
23 And taking hold of the hand of the blind man he led him forth out of the village, and having spit upon his eyes, he laid his hands upon him, and asked him if he beheld anything. 23 He took hold of the blind man by the hand, and brought him out of the village. When he had spat on his eyes, and laid his hands on him, he asked him if he saw anything.
24 And having looked up, he said, I behold men, for I see [them], as trees, walking. 24 He looked up, and said, “I see men, but I see them like walking trees.”
25 Then he laid his hands again upon his eyes, and he saw distinctly, and was restored and saw all things clearly. 25 Then again he laid his hands on his eyes. He looked intently, and was restored, and saw everyone clearly.
26 And he sent him to his house, saying, Neither enter into the village, nor tell [it] to any one in the village. 26 He sent him away to his house, saying, “Don’t enter into the village, nor tell anyone in the village.”
27 And Jesus went forth and his disciples, into the villages of Caesarea-Philippi. And by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Who do men say that I am? 27 Jesus went out, with his disciples, into the villages of Caesarea Philippi. On the way he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that I am?”
27 Καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ εἰς τὰς κώμας Καισαρείας τῆς Φιλίππου· καὶ ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ ἐπηρώτα τοὺς μαθητὰς αὐτοῦ λέγων αὐτοῖς· τίνα με λέγουσιν οἱ ἄνθρωποι εἶναι;
28 And they answered him, saying, John the baptist; and others, Elias; but others, One of the prophets. 28 They told him, “John the Baptizer, and others say Elijah, but others, one of the prophets.”
29 And he asked them, But ye, who do ye say that I am? And Peter answering says to him, Thou art the Christ. 29 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered, “You are the Christ.”
30 And he charged them straitly, in order that they should tell no man about him. 30 He commanded them that they should tell no one about him.
31 And he began to teach them that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and of the chief priests and of the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise [again]. 31 He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
32 And he spoke the thing openly. And Peter, taking him to [him], began to rebuke him. 32 He spoke to them openly. Peter took him and began to rebuke him.
33 But he, turning round and seeing his disciples, rebuked Peter, saying, Get away behind me, Satan, for thy mind is not on the things that are of God, but on the things that are of men. 33 But he, turning around and seeing his disciples, rebuked Peter, and said, “Get behind me, Satan! For you have in mind not the things of God, but the things of men.”
34 And having called the crowd with his disciples, he said to them, Whoever desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me. 34 He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
35 For whosoever shall desire to save his life shall lose it, but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's shall save it. 35 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever will lose his life for my sake and the sake of the Good News will save it.
36 For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and suffer the loss of his soul? 36 For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?
36 τί γὰρ ὠφελήσει ἄνθρωπον ἐὰν κερδήσῃ τὸν κόσμον ὅλον, καὶ ζημιωθῇ τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ;
37 for what should a man give in exchange for his soul? 37 For what will a man give in exchange for his life?
37 ἢ τί δώσει ἄνθρωπος ἀντάλλαγμα τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ;
38 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him shall the Son of man also be ashamed when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. 38 For whoever will be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
