1 وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 «خُذْ هَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ مَعَهُ، وَٱلثِّيَابَ وَدُهْنَ ٱلْمَسْحَةِ وَثَوْرَ ٱلْخَطِيَّةِ وَٱلْكَبْشَيْنِ وَسَلَّ ٱلْفَطِيرِ،
2 “Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;
3 وَٱجْمَعْ كُلَّ ٱلْجَمَاعَةِ إِلَى بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ».
3 and assemble all the congregation at the door of the Tent of Meeting.”
4 فَفَعَلَ مُوسَى كَمَا أَمَرَهُ ٱلرَّبُّ. فَٱجْتَمَعَتِ ٱلْجَمَاعَةُ إِلَى بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ.
4 Moses did as Yahweh commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
5 ثُمَّ قَالَ مُوسَى لِلْجَمَاعَةِ: «هَذَا مَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ أَنْ يُفْعَلَ».
5 Moses said to the congregation, “This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded to be done.”
6 فَقَدَّمَ مُوسَى هَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ وَغَسَّلَهُمْ بِمَاءٍ.
6 Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.
7 وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلْقَمِيصَ وَنَطَّقَهُ بِٱلْمِنْطَقَةِ وَأَلْبَسَهُ ٱلْجُبَّةَ وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلرِّدَاءَ، وَنَطَّقَهُ بِزُنَّارِ ٱلرِّدَاءِ وَشَدَّهُ بِهِ.
7 He put the tunic on him, tied the sash on him, clothed him with the robe, put the ephod on him, and he tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod on him and fastened it to him with it.
8 وَوَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلصُّدْرَةَ وَجَعَلَ فِي ٱلصُّدْرَةِ ٱلْأُورِيمَ وَٱلتُّمِّيمَ.
8 He placed the breastplate on him. He put the Urim and Thummim in the breastplate.
9 وَوَضَعَ ٱلْعِمَامَةَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، وَوَضَعَ عَلَى ٱلْعِمَامَةِ إِلَى جِهَةِ وَجْهِهِ صَفِيحَةَ ٱلذَّهَبِ، ٱلْإِكْلِيلَ ٱلْمُقَدَّسَ، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
9 He set the turban on his head. He set the golden plate, the holy crown, on the front of the turban, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
10 ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مُوسَى دُهْنَ ٱلْمَسْحَةِ وَمَسَحَ ٱلْمَسْكَنَ وَكُلَّ مَا فِيهِ وَقَدَّسَهُ،
10 Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and sanctified them.
11 وَنَضَحَ مِنْهُ عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَمَسَحَ ٱلْمَذْبَحَ وَجَمِيعَ آنِيَتِهِ، وَٱلْمِرْحَضَةَ وَقَاعِدَتَهَا لِتَقْدِيسِهَا.
11 He sprinkled it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the basin and its base, to sanctify them.
12 وَصَبَّ مِنْ دُهْنِ ٱلْمَسْحَةِ عَلَى رَأْسِ هَارُونَ وَمَسَحَهُ لِتَقْدِيسِهِ.
12 He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.
13 ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ مُوسَى بَنِي هَارُونَ وَأَلْبَسَهُمْ أَقْمِصَةً وَنَطَّقَهُمْ بِمَنَاطِقَ وَشَدَّ لَهُمْ قَلَانِسَ، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
13 Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with tunics, and tied sashes on them, and put headbands on them, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
14 ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ ثَوْرَ ٱلْخَطِيَّةِ، وَوَضَعَ هَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِ ثَوْرِ ٱلْخَطِيَّةِ.
14 He brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.
15 فَذَبَحَهُ، وَأَخَذَ مُوسَى ٱلدَّمَ وَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى قُرُونِ ٱلْمَذْبَحِ مُسْتَدِيرًا بِإِصْبَعِهِ، وَطَهَّرَ ٱلْمَذْبَحَ. ثُمَّ صَبَّ ٱلدَّمَ إِلَى أَسْفَلِ ٱلْمَذْبَحِ وَقَدَّسَهُ تَكْفِيرًا عَنْهُ.
15 He killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.
16 وَأَخَذَ كُلَّ ٱلشَّحْمِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَى ٱلْأَحْشَاءِ وَزِيَادَةَ ٱلْكَبِدِ وَٱلْكُلْيَتَيْنِ وَشَحْمَهُمَا، وَأَوْقَدَهُ مُوسَى عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ.
16 He took all the fat that was on the innards, and the cover of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burned it on the altar.
17 وَأَمَّا ٱلثَّوْرُ: جِلْدُهُ وَلَحْمُهُ وَفَرْثُهُ، فَأَحْرَقَهُ بِنَارٍ خَارِجَ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
17 But the bull, and its skin, and its meat, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
18 ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ كَبْشَ ٱلْمُحْرَقَةِ، فَوَضَعَ هَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِ ٱلْكَبْشِ.
18 He presented the ram of the burnt offering. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.
19 فَذَبَحَهُ، وَرَشَّ مُوسَى ٱلدَّمَ عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ مُسْتَدِيرًا.
19 He killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.
20 وَقَطَّعَ ٱلْكَبْشَ إِلَى قِطَعِهِ. وَأَوْقَدَ مُوسَى ٱلرَّأْسَ وَٱلْقِطَعَ وَٱلشَّحْمَ.
20 He cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burned the head, and the pieces, and the fat.
21 وَأَمَّا ٱلْأَحْشَاءُ وَٱلْأَكَارِعُ فَغَسَلَهَا بِمَاءٍ، وَأَوْقَدَ مُوسَى كُلَّ ٱلْكَبْشِ عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ. إِنَّهُ مُحْرَقَةٌ لِرَائِحَةِ سَرُورٍ. وَقُودٌ هُوَ لِلرَّبِّ، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
21 He washed the innards and the legs with water; and Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
22 ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ ٱلْكَبْشَ ٱلثَّانِي، كَبْشَ ٱلْمَلْءِ، فَوَضَعَ هَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِ ٱلْكَبْشِ.
22 He presented the other ram, the ram of consecration. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.
23 فَذَبَحَهُ، وَأَخَذَ مُوسَى مِنْ دَمِهِ وَجَعَلَ عَلَى شَحْمَةِ أُذُنِ هَارُونَ ٱلْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى إِبْهَامِ يَدِهِ ٱلْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى إِبْهَامِ رِجْلِهِ ٱلْيُمْنَى.
23 He killed it; and Moses took some of its blood, and put it on the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.
24 ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ مُوسَى بَنِي هَارُونَ وَجَعَلَ مِنَ ٱلدَّمِ عَلَى شَحْمِ آذَانِهِمِ ٱلْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى أَبَاهِمِ أَيْدِيهِمِ ٱلْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى أَبَاهِمِ أَرْجُلِهِمِ ٱلْيُمْنَى، ثُمَّ رَشَّ مُوسَى ٱلدَّمَ عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ مُسْتَدِيرًا.
24 He brought Aaron’s sons; and Moses put some of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.
25 ثُمَّ أَخَذَ ٱلشَّحْمَ: ٱلْأَلْيَةَ وَكُلَّ ٱلشَّحْمِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَى ٱلْأَحْشَاءِ، وَزِيَادَةَ ٱلْكَبِدِ وَٱلْكُلْيَتَيْنِ وَشَحْمَهُمَا، وَٱلسَّاقَ ٱلْيُمْنَى،
25 He took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat that was on the innards, the cover of the liver, the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh;
26 وَمِنْ سَلِّ ٱلْفَطِيرِ ٱلَّذِي أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ، أَخَذَ قُرْصًا وَاحِدًا فَطِيرًا، وَقُرْصًا وَاحِدًا مِنَ ٱلْخُبْزِ بِزَيْتٍ، وَرُقَاقَةً وَاحِدَةً، وَوَضَعَهَا عَلَى ٱلشَّحْمِ وَعَلَى ٱلسَّاقِ ٱلْيُمْنَى،
26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread that was before Yahweh, he took one unleavened cake, one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat and on the right thigh.
27 وَجَعَلَ ٱلْجَمِيعَ عَلَى كَفَّيْ هَارُونَ وَكُفُوفِ بَنِيهِ، وَرَدَّدَهَا تَرْدِيدًا أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ.
27 He put all these in Aaron’s hands and in his sons’ hands, and waved them for a wave offering before Yahweh.
28 ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا مُوسَى عَنْ كُفُوفِهِمْ، وَأَوْقَدَهَا عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ فَوْقَ ٱلْمُحْرَقَةِ. إِنَّهَا قُرْبَانُ مَلْءٍ لِرَائِحَةِ سَرُورٍ. وَقُودٌ هِيَ لِلرَّبِّ.
28 Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar on the burnt offering. They were a consecration offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
29 ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مُوسَى ٱلصَّدْرَ وَرَدَّدَهُ تَرْدِيدًا أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ مِنْ كَبْشِ ٱلْمَلْءِ. لِمُوسَى كَانَ نَصِيبًا، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
29 Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before Yahweh. It was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
30 ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مُوسَى مِنْ دُهْنِ ٱلْمَسْحَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلدَّمِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ، وَنَضَحَ عَلَى هَارُونَ وَعَلَى ثِيَابِهِ، وَعَلَى بَنِيهِ وَعَلَى ثِيَابِ بَنِيهِ مَعَهُ. وَقَدَّسَ هَارُونَ وَثِيَابَهُ وَبَنِيهِ وَثِيَابَ بَنِيهِ مَعَهُ.
30 Moses took some of the anointing oil, and some of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons’ garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
31 ثُمَّ قَالَ مُوسَى لِهَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ: «ٱطْبُخُوا ٱللَّحْمَ لَدَى بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ، وَهُنَاكَ تَأْكُلُونَهُ وَٱلْخُبْزَ ٱلَّذِي فِي سَلِّ قُرْبَانِ ٱلْمَلْءِ، كَمَا أَمَرْتُ قَائِلًا: هَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ يَأْكُلُونَهُ.
31 Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the meat at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’
32 وَٱلْبَاقِي مِنَ ٱللَّحْمِ وَٱلْخُبْزِ تُحْرِقُونَهُ بِٱلنَّارِ.
32 What remains of the meat and of the bread you shall burn with fire.
33 وَمِنْ لَدُنْ بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ، لَا تَخْرُجُونَ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ كَمَالِ أَيَّامِ مَلْئِكُمْ، لِأَنَّهُ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ يَمْلَأُ أَيْدِيَكُمْ.
33 You shall not go out from the door of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration are fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.
34 كَمَا فَعَلَ فِي هَذَا ٱلْيَوْمِ، قَدْ أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ أَنْ يُفْعَلَ لِلتَّكْفِيرِ عَنْكُمْ.
34 What has been done today, so Yahweh has commanded to do, to make atonement for you.
35 وَلَدَى بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ تُقِيمُونَ نَهَارًا وَلَيْلًا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَتَحْفَظُونَ شَعَائِرَ ٱلرَّبِّ فَلَا تَمُوتُونَ، لِأَنِّي هَكَذَا أُمِرْتُ».
35 You shall stay at the door of the Tent of Meeting day and night seven days, and keep Yahweh’s command, that you don’t die: for so I am commanded.”
36 فَعَمِلَ هَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ كُلَّ مَا أَمَرَ بِهِ ٱلرَّبُّ عَلَى يَدِ مُوسَى.
36 Aaron and his sons did all the things which Yahweh commanded by Moses.

«Comentario» es el comienzo de una homilía o exposición sobre este capítulo (homilías de san Juan Crisóstomo; tratados, sermones y comentarios a los Salmos de san Agustín). «Cita» es una frase en la que las notas de la propia edición identifican la cita de un versículo de este capítulo; solo se conserva si el texto coincide con el versículo. Solo se usan obras de autoría segura. Los Salmos siguen la numeración hebrea (Agustín usa la de los Setenta: su Salmo 50 es aquí el 51).
And it is rightly named (Ecclesia) because it calls forth and assembles together all men; according as the Lord says in Leviticus, And make an assembly for all the congregation at the door of the tabernacle of witness.
