1 Και είδον άλλον άγγελον ισχυρόν καταβαίνοντα εκ του ουρανού, ενδεδυμένον νεφέλην, και ήτο ίρις επί της κεφαλής αυτού, και το πρόσωπον αυτού ως ο ήλιος, και οι πόδες αυτού ως στύλοι πυρός,

1 Y VI otro ángel fuerte descender del cielo, cercado de una nube, y el arco celeste sobre su cabeza; y su rostro era como el sol, y sus pies como columnas de fuego.

1 I saw a mighty angel coming down out of the sky, clothed with a cloud. A rainbow was on his head. His face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.

2 και είχεν εν τη χειρί αυτού βιβλιάριον ανεωγμένον. Και έθεσε τον πόδα αυτού τον δεξιόν επί την θάλασσαν, τον δε αριστερόν επί την γην,

2 Y tenía en su mano un librito abierto: y puso su pie derecho sobre el mar, y el izquierdo sobre la tierra;

2 He had in his hand a little open book. He set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land.

3 και έκραξε μετά φωνής μεγάλης καθώς βρυχάται ο λέων. Και ότε έκραξεν, ελάλησαν αι επτά βρονταί τας εαυτών φωνάς.

3 Y clamó con grande voz, como [cuando] un león ruge: y cuando hubo clamado, siete truenos hablaron sus voces.

3 He cried with a loud voice, as a lion roars. When he cried, the seven thunders uttered their voices.

4 Και ότε ελάλησαν αι επτά βρονταί τας φωνάς εαυτών, έμελλον να γράφω· και ήκουσα φωνήν εκ του ουρανού λέγουσαν προς εμέ. Σφράγισον εκείνα, τα οποία ελάλησαν αι επτά βρονταί, και μη γράψης ταύτα.

4 Y cuando los siete truenos hubieron hablado sus voces, yo iba á escribir, y oí una voz del cielo que me decía: Sella las cosas que los siete truenos han hablado, y no las escribas.

4 When the seven thunders sounded, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from the sky saying, “Seal up the things which the seven thunders said, and don’t write them.”

5 Και ο άγγελος, τον οποίον είδον ιστάμενον επί της θαλάσσης και επί της γης, εσήκωσε την χείρα αυτού εις τον ουρανόν

5 Y el ángel que vi estar sobre el mar y sobre la tierra, levantó su mano al cielo,

5 The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to the sky

6 και ώμοσεν εις τον ζώντα εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων, όστις έκτισε τον ουρανόν και τα εν αυτώ, και την γην και τα εν αυτή και την θάλασσαν και τα εν αυτή, ότι καιρός δεν θέλει είσθαι έτι,

6 Y juró por el que vive para siempre jamás, que ha criado el cielo y las cosas que están en él, y la tierra y las cosas que están en ella, y el mar y las cosas que están en él, que el tiempo no será más.

6 and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there will no longer be delay,

7 αλλ' εν ταις ημέραις της φωνής του εβδόμου αγγέλου, όταν μέλλη να σαλπίση, τότε θέλει τελεσθή το μυστήριον του Θεού, καθώς εφανέρωσε προς τους εαυτού δούλους τους προφήτας.

7 Pero en los días de la voz del séptimo ángel, cuando él comenzare á tocar la trompeta, el misterio de Dios será consumado, como él [lo] anunció á sus siervos los profetas.

7 but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as he declared to his servants the prophets.

8 Και η φωνή, την οποίαν ήκουσα εκ του ουρανού, πάλιν ελάλει μετ' εμού και έλεγεν· Ύπαγε, λάβε το βιβλιάριον το ανεωγμένον εν τη χειρί του αγγέλου του ισταμένου επί της θαλάσσης και επί της γης.

8 Y la voz que oí del cielo hablaba otra vez conmigo, y decía: Ve, y toma el librito abierto de la mano del ángel que está sobre el mar y sobre la tierra.

8 The voice which I heard from heaven, again speaking with me, said, “Go, take the book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the land.”

9 Και υπήγα προς τον άγγελον, λέγων προς αυτόν, Δος μοι το βιβλιάριον. Και λέγει προς εμέ· Λάβε και κατάφαγε αυτό, και θέλει πικράνει την κοιλίαν σου, πλην εν τω στόματί σου θέλει είσθαι γλυκύ ως μέλι.

9 Y fuí al ángel, diciéndole que me diese el librito, y él me dijo: Toma, y trágalo; y él te hará amargar tu vientre, pero en tu boca será dulce como la miel.

9 I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little book. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.”

10 Και έλαβον το βιβλιάριον εκ της χειρός του αγγέλου και κατέφαγον αυτό· και ήτο εν τω στόματί μου ως μέλι γλυκύ· και ότε έφαγον αυτό επικράνθη η κοιλία μου.

10 Y tomé el librito de la mano del ángel, y lo devoré; y era dulce en mi boca como la miel; y cuando lo hube devorado, fué amargo mi vientre.

10 I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.

11 Και μοι λέγει· Πρέπει πάλιν να προφητεύσης περί λαών και εθνών και γλωσσών και βασιλέων πολλών.

11 Y él me dice: Necesario es que otra vez profetices á muchos pueblos y gentes y lenguas y reyes.

11 They told me, “You must prophesy again over many peoples, nations, languages, and kings.”
