1 This is a list of the Jewish exiles from the province who returned from captivity after King Nebuchadnezzar had taken them away to Babylon. They went back to Jerusalem and to their own towns in Judah.
1 Y ESTOS son los hijos de la provincia que subieron de la cautividad, de la transmigración que Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia hizo traspasar á Babilonia, y que volvieron á Jerusalem y á Judá, cada uno á su ciudad:
1 Now these are the children of the province who went up out of the captivity of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, everyone to his city;
2 Their leaders were Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, and Baanah. This is the number of the men of the people of Israel:

59 Those who came from the towns of Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Kerub, Addan, and Immer could not prove their family genealogy, or even that they were descendants of Israel.
59 Y estos fueron los que subieron de Tel-mela, Tel-harsa, Chêrub, Addan, é Immer, los cuales no pudieron mostrar la casa de sus padres, ni su linaje, si eran de Israel:
59 These were those who went up from Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer; but they could not show their fathers’ houses and their offspring, whether they were of Israel:
60 They included the families of Delaiah, Tobiah, and Nekoda, 652 in total.

61 In addition there were three priestly families, sons of Hobaiah, Hakkoz, and Barzillai. (Barzillai had married a woman descended from Barzillai of Gilead, and he was called by that name.)
61 Y de los hijos de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Abaía, los hijos de Cos, los hijos de Barzillai, el cual tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzillai Galaadita, y fué llamado del nombre de ellas.
61 Of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Hakkoz, and the children of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name.
62 They searched for a record of them in the genealogies, but their names weren't found, so they were barred from serving as priests.
62 Estos buscaron su registro de genealogías, y no fué hallado; y fueron echados del sacerdocio.
62 These sought their place among those who were registered by genealogy, but they were not found; therefore they were deemed disqualified and removed from the priesthood.
63 The governor instructed them not to eat anything from the sanctuary sacrifices until a priest could ask the Lord about the issue by using the Urim and Thummim.
63 Y el Tirsatha les dijo que no comiesen de las cosas más santas, hasta que hubiese sacerdote con Urim y Thummim.
63 The governor told them that they should not eat of the most holy things until a priest stood up to serve with Urim and with Thummim.
64 The total of number of people returning was 42,360.

65 In addition there were 7,337 servants and 200 male and female singers.

68 When they arrived at the Temple of the Lord in Jerusalem, some of the family leaders made voluntary contributions toward the rebuilding of God's Temple where it had once stood.

68 Some of the heads of fathers’ households, when they came to Yahweh’s house which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for God’s house to set it up in its place.
69 They gave depending on how much they had, putting their gift into the treasury. The total came to 61,000 gold daric coins, 5,000 minas of silver, and 100 robes for the priests.
69 Según sus fuerzas dieron al tesorero de la obra sesenta y un mil dracmas de oro, y cinco mil libras de plata, y cien túnicas sacerdotales.
69 They gave according to their ability into the treasury of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, five thousand minas of silver, and one hundred priests’ garments.
70 The priests, the Levites, the singers, the gatekeepers, the Temple servants, as well as some of the people went back to live in their specific towns. The others returned to their own towns throughout Israel.
70 Y habitaron los sacerdotes, y los Levitas, y [los] del pueblo, y los cantores, y los porteros y los Nethineos, en sus ciudades; y todo Israel en sus ciudades.
70 So the priests and the Levites, with some of the people, the singers, the gatekeepers, and the temple servants, lived in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
