1 Καὶ ἐγένετο ἡνίκα ᾠκοδομήθη τὸ τεῖχος, καὶ ἔστησα τὰς θύρας, καὶ ἐπεσκέπησαν οἱ πυλωροὶ, καὶ οἱ ᾄδοντες, καὶ οἱ Λευῖται,
1 Y LUEGO que el muro fué edificado, y asenté las puertas, y fueron señalados porteros y cantores y Levitas,
1 Now when the wall was built and I had set up the doors, and the gatekeepers and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
2 καὶ ἐνετειλάμην τῷ Ἀνανίᾳ ἀδελφῷ μου, καὶ τῷ Ανανίᾳ ἄρχοντι τῆς βιρὰ ἐν Ἱερουσαλὴμ, ὅτι αὐτὸς ὡς ἀνὴρ ἀληθὴς καὶ φοβούμενος τὸν Θεὸν παρὰ πολλούς.
2 Mandé á mi hermano Hanani, y á Hananías, príncipe del palacio de Jerusalem, (porque era éste, como varón de verdad y temeroso de Dios, sobre muchos;)
2 I put my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the governor of the fortress, in charge of Jerusalem; for he was a faithful man and feared God above many.
3 Καὶ εἶπα αὐτοῖς, οὐκ ἀνοιγήσονται πύλαι Ἱερουσαλὴμ ἕως ἅμα τῷ ἡλίῳ· καὶ ἔτι αὐτῶν γρηγορούντων, κλειέσθωσαν αἱ θύραι, καὶ σφηνούσθωσαν· καὶ στῆσον προφύλακας οἰκούντων ἐν Ἱερουσαλὴμ, ἀνὴρ ἐν προφυλακῇ αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀνὴρ ἀπέναντι οἰκίας αὐτοῦ.
3 Y díjeles: No se abran las puertas de Jerusalem hasta que caliente el sol: y aun ellos presentes, cierren las puertas, y atrancad. Y señalé guardas de los moradores de Jerusalem, cada cual en su guardia, y cada uno delante de su casa.
3 I said to them, “Don’t let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot; and while they stand guard, let them shut the doors, and you bar them; and appoint watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, everyone in his watch, with everyone near his house.”
4 καὶ ἡ πόλις πλατεῖα καὶ μεγάλη, καὶ ὁ λαὸς ὀλίγος ἐν αὐτῇ, καὶ οὐκ ἦσαν οἰκίαι ᾠκοδομημέναι.
4 Y la ciudad era espaciosa y grande, pero poco pueblo dentro de ella, y no había casas reedificadas.
4 Now the city was wide and large; but the people were few therein, and the houses were not built.
5 Καὶ ἔδωκεν ὁ Θεὸς εἰς τὴν καρδίαν μου, καὶ συνῆξα τοὺς ἐντίμους καὶ τοὺς ἄρχοντας καὶ τὸν λαὸν εἰς συνοδίας· καὶ εὗρον βιβλίον τῆς συνοδίας οἳ ἀνέβησαν ἐν πρώτοις· καὶ εὗρον γεγραμμένον ἐν αὐτῷ,
5 Y puso Dios en mi corazón que juntase los principales, y los magistrados, y el pueblo, para que fuesen empadronados por el orden de sus linajes: y hallé el libro de la genealogía de los que habían subido antes, y encontré en él escrito:
5 My God put into my heart to gather together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be listed by genealogy. I found the book of the genealogy of those who came up at the first, and I found this written in it:
6 Καὶ οὗτοι υἱοὶ τῆς χώρας οἱ ἀναβάντες ἀπὸ αἰχμαλωσίας τῆς ἀποικίας ἧς ἀπῴκισε Ναβουχοδονόσορ βασιλεὺς Βαβυλῶνος, καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν εἰς Ἱερουσαλὴμ καὶ εἰς Ἰούδα ἀνὴρ εἰς τὴν πόλιν αὐτοῦ μετὰ Ζοροβάβελ,
6 Estos son los hijos de la provincia que subieron de la cautividad, de la transmigración que hizo pasar Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia, y que volvieron á Jerusalem y á Judá cada uno á su ciudad;
6 These are the children of the province who went up out of the captivity of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and who returned to Jerusalem and to Judah, everyone to his city,
7 καὶ Ἰησοῦ, καὶ Νεεμία, Ἀζαρία, καὶ Ῥεελμὰ, Ναεμανὶ, Μαρδοχαῖος, Βαλσὰν, Μασφαρὰθ, Ἔσδρα, Βογουΐα, Ἰναοὺμ, Βαανὰ, Μασφὰρ, ἄνδρες λαοῦ Ἰσραήλ.
7 Los cuales vinieron con Zorobabel, Jesuá, Nehemías, Azarías, Raamías, Nahamani, Mardochêo, Bilsán, Misperet, Bigvai, Nehum, Baana. La cuenta de los varones del pueblo de Israel:
7 who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, and Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
8 γἱοὶ Φόρος, δισχίλιοι ἑκατὸν ἑβδομηκονταδύο.
8 Los hijos de Paros, dos mil ciento setenta y dos;
8 The children of Parosh: two thousand one hundred seventy-two.
9 γἱοὶ Σαφατία, τριακόσιοι ἑβδομηκονταδύο.
9 Los hijos de Sephatías, trescientos setenta y dos;

60 All the temple servants and the children of Solomon’s servants were three hundred ninety-two.
61 Καὶ οὗτοι ἀνέβησαν ἀπὸ Θελμελὲθ, Θελαρησὰ, Χαροὺβ, Ἠρὼν, Ἰεμὴρ, καὶ οὐκ ἐδυνάσθησαν ἀπαγγεῖλαι οἴκους πατριῶν αὐτῶν καὶ σπέρμα αὐτῶν, εἰ ἀπὸ Ἰσραὴλ εἰσίν·
61 Y estos son los que subieron de Telmelah, Tel-harsa, Chêrub, Addón, é Immer, los cuales no pudieron mostrar la casa de sus padres, ni su linaje, si eran de Israel:
61 These were those who went up from Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer; but they could not show their fathers’ houses, nor their offspring, whether they were of Israel:
62 γἱοὶ Δαλαία, υἱοὶ Τωβία, υἱοὶ Νεκωδὰ, ἑξακόσιοι τεσσαρακονταδύο.
62 Los hijos de Delaía, los hijos de Tobías, los hijos de Necoda, seiscientos cuarenta y dos.
62 The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda: six hundred forty-two.
63 Καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν ἱερέων, υἱοὶ Ἐβία, υἱοὶ Ἀκὼς, υἱοὶ Βερζελλὶ, ὅτι ἔλαβον ἀπὸ θυγατέρων Βερζελλὶ τοῦ Γαλααδίτου γυναῖκας, καὶ ἐκλήθησαν ἐπʼ ὀνόματι αὐτῶν.
63 Y de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Habaías, los hijos de Cos, los hijos de Barzillai, el cual tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzillai Galaadita, y se llamó del nombre de ellas.
63 Of the priests: the children of Hobaiah, the children of Hakkoz, the children of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name.
64 Οὗτοι ἐζήτησαν γραφὴν αὐτῶν τῆς συνοδίας, καὶ οὐχ εὑρέθη· καὶ ἠγχιστεύθησαν ἀπὸ τῆς ἱερατείας.
64 Estos buscaron su registro de genealogías, y no se halló; y fueron echados del sacerdocio.
64 These searched for their genealogical records, but couldn’t find them. Therefore they were deemed disqualified and removed from the priesthood.
65 Καὶ εἶπεν ἀθερσασθὰ, ἵνα μὴ φάγωσιν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἁγίου τῶν ἁγίων, ἕως ἀναστῇ ἱερεὺς φωτίσων.
65 Y díjoles el Tirsatha que no comiesen de las cosas más santas, hasta que hubiese sacerdote con Urim y Thummim.
65 The governor told them not to eat of the most holy things until a priest stood up to minister with Urim and Thummim.
66 Καὶ ἐγένετο πᾶσα ἡ ἐκκλησία ὡσεὶ τέσσαρες μυριάδες δισχίλιοι τριακόσιοι ἐξήκοντα,
66 La congregación toda junta era [de] cuarenta y dos mil trescientos y sesenta,
66 The whole assembly together was forty-two thousand three hundred sixty,
67 πάρεκ δούλων αὐτῶν καὶ παιδισκῶν αὐτῶν· οὗτοι ἑπτακισχίλιοι τριακόσιοι τριακονταεπτά· καὶ ᾄδοντες καὶ ᾄδουσαι, διακόσιοι τεσσαρακονταπέντε.
67 Sin sus siervos y siervas, que eran siete mil trescientos treinta y siete; y entre ellos había doscientos cuarenta y cinco cantores y cantoras. 68 Sus caballos, setecientos treinta y seis; sus mulos, doscientos cuarenta y cinco;
67 in addition to their male servants and their female servants, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven. They had two hundred forty-five singing men and singing women. 68 Their horses were seven hundred thirty-six; their mules, two hundred forty-five;
69 Ὄνοι δισχίλιοι ἑπτακόσιοι.
69 Camellos, cuatrocientos treinta y cinco; asnos, seis mil setecientos y veinte.
69 their camels, four hundred thirty-five; their donkeys, six thousand seven hundred twenty.
70 Καὶ ἀπὸ μέρους ἀρχηγῶν τῶν πατριῶν ἔδωκαν εἰς τὸ ἐργον τῷ Νεεμίᾳ εἰς θησαυρὸν χρυσοῦς χιλίους, φιάλας πεντήκοντα, καὶ χωθωνὼθ τῶν ἱερέων τριάκοντα.

70 Some from among the heads of fathers’ households gave to the work. The governor gave to the treasury one thousand darics of gold, fifty basins, and five hundred thirty priests’ garments.
71 Καὶ ἀπὸ ἀρχηγῶν τῶν πατριῶν ἔδωκαν εἰς θησαυρούς τοῦ ἔργου χρυσοῦ νομίσματος δύο μυριάδας, καὶ ἀργυρίου μνᾶς δισχιλίας τριακοσίας.
71 Y de los príncipes de las familias dieron para el tesoro de la obra, veinte mil dracmas de oro, y dos mil y doscientas libras de plata.
71 Some of the heads of fathers’ households gave into the treasury of the work twenty thousand darics of gold, and two thousand two hundred minas of silver.
72 Καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ κατάλοιποι τοῦ λαοῦ χρυσίου δύο μυριάδας, καὶ ἀργυρίου μνᾶς δισχιλίας διακοσίας, καὶ χωθωνὼθ τῶν ἱερέων ἑξηκονταεπτά.
72 Y lo que dió el resto del pueblo fué veinte mil dracmas de oro, y dos mil libras de plata, y sesenta y siete vestiduras sacerdotales.
72 That which the rest of the people gave was twenty thousand darics of gold, plus two thousand minas of silver, and sixty-seven priests’ garments.
73 Καὶ ἐκάθισαν οἱ ἱερεῖς, καὶ Λευῖται, καὶ οἱ πυλωροὶ, καὶ οἱ ᾄδοντες, καὶ οἱ ἀπὸ τοῦ λαοῦ, καὶ οἱ Ναθινὶμ, καὶ πᾶς Ἰσραὴλ ἐν πόλεσιν αὐτῶν.
73 Y habitaron los sacerdotes y los Levitas, y los porteros, y los cantores, y los del pueblo, y los Nethineos, y todo Israel, en sus ciudades. Y venido el mes séptimo, los hijos de Israel estaban en sus ciudades.
73 So the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants, and all Israel lived in their cities. When the seventh month had come, the children of Israel were in their cities.
