1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 «Dile al pueblo de Israel que cuando entre en la tierra de Canaán, que le daré como patria, 2 Manda á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra de Canaán, es á saber, la tierra que os ha de caer en heredad, la tierra de Canaán según sus términos;
2 “Command the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land of Canaan (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to its borders),
3 en el extremo sur del país estará el desierto de Zin hasta la frontera de Edom; ese será el límite sur que comenzará en el Mar Muerto, 3 Tendréis el lado del mediodía desde el desierto de Zin hasta los términos de Edom; y os será el término del mediodía al extremo del mar salado hacia el oriente:
3 then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the side of Edom, and your south border shall be from the end of the Salt Sea eastward.
4 y continuará hacia el sur hasta la subida de Acrabim (Paso escorpión) y seguirá hasta Zin. El punto más austral será Cades Barnea, desde donde seguirá hasta Jasar Adar, y desde allí hasta Asmón. 4 Y este término os irá rodeando desde el mediodía hasta la subida de Acrabbim, y pasará hasta Zin; y sus salidas serán del mediodía á Cades-barnea; y saldrá á Hasar-addar, y pasará hasta Asmón;
4 Your border shall turn about southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass along to Zin; and it shall pass southward of Kadesh Barnea; and it shall go from there to Hazar Addar, and pass along to Azmon.
5 Desde Asmón el límite seguirá a lo largo del Wadi el Aris (Torrente de Egipto), hasta el mar Mediterráneo. 5 Y rodeará este término, desde Asmón hasta el torrente de Egipto, y sus remates serán al occidente.
5 The border shall turn about from Azmon to the brook of Egypt, and it shall end at the sea.
6 »El límite occidental será el mar Mediterráneo. 6 Y el término occidental os será la gran mar: este término os será el término occidental.
6 “‘For the western border, you shall have the great sea and its border. This shall be your west border.
7 »La frontera norte comenzará en el mar Mediterráneo y seguirá hacia el oriente hasta el monte de Hor, desde donde seguirá hasta la entrada de Jamat, y de allí a través de Zedad y Zifón hasta Jazar Enán. 7 Y el término del norte será este: desde la gran mar os señalaréis el monte de Hor;
7 “‘This shall be your north border: from the great sea you shall mark out for yourselves Mount Hor.

8 Del monte de Hor señalaréis á la entrada de Hamath, y serán las salidas de aquel término á Sedad;
8 From Mount Hor you shall mark out to the entrance of Hamath; and the border shall pass by Zedad.

9 Y saldrá este término á Ziphón, y serán sus remates en Hasar-enán: este os será el término del norte.
9 Then the border shall go to Ziphron, and it shall end at Hazar Enan. This shall be your north border.
10 »El límite oriental irá desde Jazar Enán hacia el sur hasta Sefam, y de allí hasta Riblá al lado oriental de Ayín. Desde allí hará un gran semicírculo primero hacia el sur, luego hacia el occidente, hasta tocar el extremo sur del mar de Galilea, 10 Y por término al oriente os señalaréis desde Hasar-enán hasta Sepham;
10 “‘You shall mark out your east border from Hazar Enan to Shepham.

11 Y bajará este término desde Sepham á Ribla, al oriente de Ain: y descenderá el término, y llegará á la costa de la mar de Cinnereth al oriente;
11 The border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain. The border shall go down, and shall reach to the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward.
12 y entonces seguirá a lo largo del río Jordán para terminar en el Mar Muerto. Estos serán los límites de la tierra. 12 Después descenderá este término al Jordán, y serán sus salidas al mar Salado: esta será vuestra tierra: por sus términos alrededor.
12 The border shall go down to the Jordan, and end at the Salt Sea. This shall be your land according to its borders around it.’”
13 »Este es el territorio que dividirán entre ustedes; se dividirá entre las nueve tribus y media, 13 Y mandó Moisés á los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esta es la tierra que heredaréis por suerte, la cual mandó Jehová que diese á las nueve tribus, y á la media tribu:
13 Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, “This is the land which you shall inherit by lot, which Yahweh has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half-tribe;
14 porque las tribus de Rubén y Gad y la media tribu de Manasés ya tienen tierra asignada en el lado oriental del río Jordán, frente a Jericó». 14 Porque la tribu de los hijos de Rubén según las casas de sus padres, y la tribu de los hijos de Gad según las casas de sus padres, y la media tribu de Manasés, han tomado su herencia:
14 for the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their fathers’ houses, the tribe of the children of Gad according to their fathers’ houses, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance.
