1 И воцарился Иосафат, сын его, вместо него; и укрепился он против Израильтян.
1 Y REINÓ en su lugar Josaphat su hijo, el cual prevaleció contra Israel.
1 Jehoshaphat his son reigned in his place, and strengthened himself against Israel.
2 И поставил он войско во все укрепленные города Иудеи и расставил охранное войско по земле Иудейской и по городам Ефремовым, которыми овладел Аса, отец его.
2 Y puso ejército en todas las ciudades fuertes de Judá, y colocó gente de guarnición, en tierra de Judá, y asimismo en las ciudades de Ephraim que su padre Asa había tomado.
2 He placed forces in all the fortified cities of Judah, and set garrisons in the land of Judah and in the cities of Ephraim, which Asa his father had taken.
3 И был Господь с Иосафатом, потому что он ходил первыми путями Давида, отца своего, и не взыскал Ваалов,
3 Y fué Jehová con Josaphat, porque anduvo en los primeros caminos de David su padre, y no buscó á los Baales;
3 Yahweh was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and didn’t seek the Baals,
4 но взыскал он Бога отца своего и поступал по заповедям Его, а не по деяниям Израильтян.
4 Sino que buscó al Dios de su padre, y anduvo en sus mandamientos, y no según las obras de Israel.
4 but sought the God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not in the ways of Israel.
5 И утвердил Господь царство в руке его, и давали все Иудеи дары Иосафату, и было у него много богатства и славы.
5 Jehová por tanto confirmó el reino en su mano, y todo Judá dió á Josaphat presentes; y tuvo riquezas y gloria en abundancia.
5 Therefore Yahweh established the kingdom in his hand. All Judah brought tribute to Jehoshaphat, and he had riches and honor in abundance.
6 И возвысилось сердце его на путях Господних; притом и высоты отменил он и дубравы в Иудее.
6 Y animóse su corazón en los caminos de Jehová, y quitó los altos y los bosques de Judá.
6 His heart was lifted up in the ways of Yahweh. Furthermore, he took away the high places and the Asherah poles out of Judah.
7 И в третий год царствования своего он послал князей своих Бенхаила и Овадию, и Захарию и Нафанаила и Михея, чтоб учили по городам Иудиным народ,
7 Al tercer año de su reinado envió sus príncipes Ben-hail, Obdías, Zachârías, Nathaniel y Michêas, para que enseñasen en las ciudades de Judá;
7 Also in the third year of his reign he sent his princes, even Ben Hail, Obadiah, Zechariah, Nethanel, and Micaiah, to teach in the cities of Judah;
8 и с ними левитов: Шемаию и Нефанию, и Зевадию и Азаила, и Шемирамофа и Ионафана, и Адонию и Товию и Тов-Адонию, и с ними Елишаму и Иорама, священников.
8 Y con ellos á los Levitas, Semeías, Nethanías, Zebadías, y Asael, y Semiramoth, y Jonathán, y Adonías, y Tobías, y Tobadonías, Levitas; y con ellos á Elisama y á Joram, sacerdotes.
8 and with them Levites, even Shemaiah, Nethaniah, Zebadiah, Asahel, Shemiramoth, Jehonathan, Adonijah, Tobijah, and Tobadonijah, the Levites; and with them Elishama and Jehoram, the priests.
9 И они учили в Иудее, имея с собою книгу закона Господня; и обходили все города Иудеи и учили народ.
9 Y enseñaron en Judá, teniendo consigo el libro de la ley de Jehová, y rodearon por todas las ciudades de Judá enseñando al pueblo.
9 They taught in Judah, having the book of Yahweh’s law with them. They went about throughout all the cities of Judah and taught among the people.
10 И был страх Господень на всех царствах земель, которые вокруг Иудеи, и не воевали с Иосафатом.
10 Y cayó el pavor de Jehová sobre todos los reinos de las tierras que estaban alrededor de Judá; que no osaron hacer guerra contra Josaphat.
10 The fear of Yahweh fell on all the kingdoms of the lands that were around Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat.
11 А от Филистимлян приносили Иосафату дары и в дань серебро; также Аравитяне пригоняли к нему мелкий скот: овнов семь тысяч семьсот и козлов семь тысяч семьсот.
11 Y traían de los Filisteos presentes á Josaphat, y tributos de plata. Los Arabes también le trajeron ganados, siete mil y setecientos carneros y siete mil y setecientos machos de cabrío.
11 Some of the Philistines brought Jehoshaphat presents and silver for tribute. The Arabians also brought him flocks: seven thousand seven hundred rams and seven thousand seven hundred male goats.
12 И возвышался Иосафат все более и более и построил в Иудее крепости и города для запасов.
12 Iba pues Josaphat creciendo altamente: y edificó en Judá fortalezas y ciudades de depósitos.
12 Jehoshaphat grew great exceedingly; and he built fortresses and store cities in Judah.
13 Много было у него запасов в городах Иудейских, а в Иерусалиме людей военных, храбрых.
13 Tuvo además muchas obras en las ciudades de Judá, y hombres de guerra muy valientes en Jerusalem.
13 He had many works in the cities of Judah; and men of war, mighty men of valor, in Jerusalem.
14 И вот список их по поколениям их: у Иуды начальники тысяч: Адна начальник, и у него отличных воинов триста тысяч;
14 Y este es el número de ellos según las casas de sus padres: en Judá, jefes de los millares: el general Adna, y con él trescientos mil hombres muy esforzados;
14 This was the numbering of them according to their fathers’ houses: From Judah, the captains of thousands: Adnah the captain, and with him three hundred thousand mighty men of valor;
15 за ним Иоханан начальник, и у него двести восемьдесят тысяч;
15 Después de él, el jefe Johanán, y con él doscientos y ochenta mil;
15 and next to him Jehohanan the captain, and with him two hundred eighty thousand;
16 за ним Амасия, сын Зихри, посвятивший себя Господу, и у него двести тысяч воинов отличных.
16 Tras éste, Amasías hijo de Zichri, el cual se había ofrecido voluntariamente á Jehová, y con él doscientos mil hombres valientes;
16 and next to him Amasiah the son of Zichri, who willingly offered himself to Yahweh, and with him two hundred thousand mighty men of valor.
17 У Вениамина: отличный воин Елиада, и у него вооруженных луком и щитом двести тысяч;
17 De Benjamín, Eliada, hombre muy valeroso, y con él doscientos mil armados de arco y escudo;
17 From Benjamin: Eliada, a mighty man of valor, and with him two hundred thousand armed with bow and shield;
18 за ним Иегозавад, и у него сто восемьдесят тысяч вооруженных воинов.
18 Tras éste, Jozabad, y con él ciento y ochenta mil apercibidos para la guerra.
18 and next to him Jehozabad, and with him one hundred eighty thousand ready and prepared for war.
19 Вот служившие царю, сверх тех, которых расставил царь в укрепленных городах по всей Иудее.
19 Estos eran siervos del rey, sin los que había el rey puesto en las ciudades de guarnición por toda Judea.
19 These were those who waited on the king, in addition to those whom the king put in the fortified cities throughout all Judah.
