1 И сказал Господь Моисею, говоря:
1 Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 объяви сынам Израилевым и скажи им: если кто дает обет посвятить душу Господу по оценке твоей,
2 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando alguno hiciere especial voto á Jehová, según la estimación de las personas que se hayan de redimir, así será tu estimación:
2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man consecrates a person to Yahweh in a vow, according to your valuation,
3 то оценка твоя мужчине от двадцати лет до шестидесяти должна быть пятьдесят сиклей серебряных, по сиклю священному;
3 En cuanto al varón de veinte años hasta sesenta, tu estimación será cincuenta siclos de plata, según el siclo del santuario.
3 your valuation of a male from twenty years old to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 если же это женщина, то оценка твоя должна быть тридцать сиклей;
4 Y si fuere hembra, la estimación será treinta siclos.
4 If she is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
5 от пяти лет до двадцати оценка твоя мужчине должна быть двадцать сиклей, а женщине десять сиклей;
5 Y si fuere de cinco años hasta veinte, tu estimación será respecto al varón veinte siclos, y á la hembra diez siclos.
5 If the person is from five years old to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
6 а от месяца до пяти лет оценка твоя мужчине должна быть пять сиклей серебра, а женщине оценка твоя три сикля серебра;
6 Y si fuere de un mes hasta cinco años, tu estimación será en orden al varón, cinco siclos de plata; y por la hembra será tu estimación tres siclos de plata.
6 If the person is from a month old to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 от шестидесяти лет и выше мужчине оценка твоя должна быть пятнадцать сиклей серебра, а женщине десять сиклей.
7 Mas si fuere de sesenta años arriba, por el varón tu estimación será quince siclos, y por la hembra diez siclos.
7 If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if he is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
8 Если же он беден и не в силах отдать по оценке твоей, то пусть представят его священнику, и священник пусть оценит его: соразмерно с состоянием давшего обет пусть оценит его священник.
8 Pero si fuere más pobre que tu estimación, entonces comparecerá ante el sacerdote, y el sacerdote le pondrá tasa: conforme á la facultad del votante le impondrá tasa el sacerdote.
8 But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall assign a value to him. The priest shall assign a value according to his ability to pay.
9 Если же то будет скот, который приносят в жертву Господу, то все, что дано Господу, должно быть свято:
9 Y si fuere animal de que se ofrece ofrenda á Jehová, todo lo que se diere de él á Jehová será santo.
9 “‘If it is an animal of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.
10 не должно выменивать его и заменять хорошее худым, или худое хорошим; если же станет кто заменять скотину скотиною, то и она и замен ее будет святынею.
10 No será mudado ni trocado, bueno por malo, ni malo por bueno: y si se permutare un animal por otro, él y el dado por él en cambio serán sagrados.
10 He shall not alter it, nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. If he shall at all exchange animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy.
11 Если же то будет какая-нибудь скотина нечистая, которую не приносят в жертву Господу, то должно представить скотину священнику,
11 Y si fuere algún animal inmundo, de que no se ofrece ofrenda á Jehová, entonces el animal será puesto delante del sacerdote:
11 If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;
12 и священник оценит ее, хороша ли она, или худа, и как оценит священник, так и должно быть;
12 Y el sacerdote lo apreciará, sea bueno ó sea malo; conforme á la estimación del sacerdote, así será.
12 and the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall be.
13 если же кто хочет выкупить ее, то пусть прибавит пятую долю к оценке твоей.
13 Y si lo hubieren de redimir, añadirán su quinto sobre tu valuación.
13 But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.
14 Если кто посвящает дом свой в святыню Господу, то священник должен оценить его, хорош ли он, или худ, и как оценит его священник, так и состоится;
14 Y cuando alguno santificare su casa consagrándola á Jehová, la apreciará el sacerdote, sea buena ó sea mala: según la apreciare el sacerdote, así quedará.
14 “‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall stand.
15 если же посвятивший захочет выкупить дом свой, то пусть прибавит пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и тогда будет его.
15 Mas si el santificante redimiere su casa, añadirá á tu valuación el quinto del dinero de ella, y será suya.
15 If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
16 Если поле из своего владения посвятит кто Господу, то оценка твоя должна быть по мере посева: за посев хомера ячменя пятьдесят сиклей серебра;
16 Y si alguno santificare de la tierra de su posesión á Jehová, tu estimación será conforme á su sembradura: un omer de sembradura de cebada se apreciará en cincuenta siclos de plata.
16 “‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. The sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 если от юбилейного года посвящает кто поле свое, — должно состояться по оценке твоей;
17 Y si santificare su tierra desde el año del jubileo, conforme á tu estimación quedará.
17 If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
18 если же после юбилея посвящает кто поле свое, то священник должен рассчитать серебро по мере лет, оставшихся до юбилейного года, и должно убавить из оценки твоей;
18 Mas si después del jubileo santificare su tierra, entonces el sacerdote hará la cuenta del dinero conforme á los años que quedaren hasta el año del jubileo, y se rebajará de tu estimación.
18 But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.
19 если же захочет выкупить поле посвятивший его, то пусть он прибавит пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и оно останется за ним;
19 Y si el que santificó la tierra quisiere redimirla, añadirá á tu estimación el quinto del dinero de ella, y quedaráse para él.
19 If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.
20 если же он не выкупит поля, и будет продано поле другому человеку, то уже нельзя выкупить:
20 Mas si él no redimiere la tierra, y la tierra se vendiere á otro, no la redimirá más;
20 If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;
21 поле то, когда оно в юбилей отойдет, будет святынею Господу, как бы поле заклятое; священнику достанется оно во владение.
21 Sino que cuando saliere en el jubileo, la tierra será santa á Jehová, como tierra consagrada: la posesión de ella será del sacerdote.
21 but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a devoted field. It shall be owned by the priests.
22 А если кто посвятит Господу поле купленное, которое не из полей его владения,
22 Y si santificare alguno á Jehová la tierra que él compró, que no era de la tierra de su herencia,
22 “‘If he dedicates a field to Yahweh which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
23 то священник должен рассчитать ему количество оценки до юбилейного года, и должен он отдать по расчету в тот же день, как святыню Господню;
23 Entonces el sacerdote calculará con él la suma de tu estimación hasta el año del jubileo, y aquel día dará tu señalado precio, cosa consagrada á Jehová.
23 then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.
24 поле же в юбилейный год перейдет опять к тому, у кого куплено, кому принадлежит владение той земли.
24 En el año del jubileo, volverá la tierra á aquél de quien él la compró, cuya es la herencia de la tierra.
24 In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.
25 Всякая оценка твоя должна быть по сиклю священному, двадцать гер должно быть в сикле.
25 Y todo lo que apreciares será conforme al siclo del santuario: el siclo tiene veinte óbolos.
25 All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.
26 Только первенцев из скота, которые по первенству принадлежат Господу, не должен никто посвящать: вол ли то, или мелкий скот, — Господни они.
26 Empero el primogénito de los animales, que por la primogenitura es de Jehová, nadie lo santificará; sea buey ú oveja, de Jehová es.
26 “‘However the firstborn among animals, which belongs to Yahweh as a firstborn, no man may dedicate, whether an ox or a sheep. It is Yahweh’s.
27 Если же скот нечистый, то должно выкупить по оценке твоей и приложить к тому пятую часть; если не выкупят, то должно продать по оценке твоей.
27 Mas si fuere de los animales inmundos, lo redimirán conforme á tu estimación, y añadirán sobre ella su quinto: y si no lo redimieren, se venderá conforme á tu estimación.
27 If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it; or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
28 Только все заклятое, что под заклятием отдает человек Господу из своей собственности, — человека ли, скотину ли, поле ли своего владения, — не продается и не выкупается: все заклятое есть великая святыня Господня;
28 Pero ninguna cosa consagrada, que alguno hubiere santificado á Jehová de todo lo que tuviere, de hombres y animales, y de las tierras de su posesión, no se venderá, ni se redimirá: todo lo consagrado será cosa santísima á Jehová.
28 “‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man devotes to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. Everything that is permanently devoted is most holy to Yahweh.
29 все заклятое, что заклято от людей, не выкупается: оно должно быть предано смерти.
29 Cualquier anatema (cosa consagrada) de hombres que se consagrare, no será redimido: indefectiblemente ha de ser muerto.
29 “‘No one devoted to destruction, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed. He shall surely be put to death.
30 И всякая десятина на земле из семян земли и из плодов дерева принадлежит Господу: это святыня Господня;
30 Y todas las décimas de la tierra, así de la simiente de la tierra como del fruto de los árboles, de Jehová son: es cosa consagrada á Jehová.
30 “‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.
31 если же кто захочет выкупить десятину свою, то пусть приложит к цене ее пятую долю.
31 Y si alguno quisiere redimir algo de sus décimas, añadirá su quinto á ello.
31 If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.
32 И всякую десятину из крупного и мелкого скота, из всего, что проходит под жезлом десятое, должно посвящать Господу;
32 Y toda décima de vacas ó de ovejas, de todo lo que pasa bajo la vara, la décima será consagrada á Jehová.
32 All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.
33 не должно разбирать, хорошее ли то, или худое, и не должно заменять его; если же кто заменит его, то и само оно и замен его будет святынею и не может быть выкуплено.
33 No mirará si es bueno ó malo, ni lo trocará: y si lo trocare, ello y su trueque serán cosas sagradas; no se redimirá.
33 He shall not examine whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it. If he exchanges it at all, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”
34 Вот заповеди, которые заповедал Господь Моисею для сынов Израилевых на горе Синае.
34 Estos son los mandamientos que ordenó Jehová á Moisés, para los hijos de Israel, en el monte de Sinaí.
34 These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
