ULB Unlocked Literal Bible WEB World English Bible (clásica, con deuterocanónicos) 1 Then Jesus began to teach them in parables. He said, “A man planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, and dug a pit for a winepress. He built a watchtower and then leased the vineyard to vine growers. Then he went away on a journey. 1 Y COMENZÓ á hablarles por parábolas: Plantó un hombre una viña, y la cercó con seto, y cavó un lagar, y edificó una torre, y la arrendó á labradores, y se partió lejos.
1 He began to speak to them in parables. “A man planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, dug a pit for the wine press, built a tower, rented it out to a farmer, and went into another country.
2 At the right time, he sent a servant to the vine growers to receive from them some of the fruit of the vineyard.
2 When it was time, he sent a servant to the farmer to get from the farmer his share of the fruit of the vineyard.
3 But they took him, beat him, and sent him away with nothing.
3 They took him, beat him, and sent him away empty.
4 Again he sent to them another servant, and they wounded him in the head and treated him shamefully.
4 Again, he sent another servant to them; and they threw stones at him, wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully treated.
5 He sent yet another, and this one they killed. They treated many others in the same way, beating some and killing others. 5 Y volvió á enviar otro, y á aquél mataron; y á otros muchos, hiriendo á unos y matando á otros.
5 Again he sent another, and they killed him, and many others, beating some, and killing some.
6 He had still one more person to send, a beloved son. He was the last one he sent to them. He said, 'They will respect my son.' 6 Teniendo pues aún un hijo suyo amado, enviólo también á ellos el postrero, diciendo: Tendrán en reverencia á mi hijo.
6 Therefore still having one, his beloved son, he sent him last to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’
7 But the vine growers said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.' 7 Mas aquellos labradores dijeron entre sí: Este es el heredero; venid, matémosle, y la heredad será nuestra.
7 But those farmers said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’
8 They seized him, killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard.
8 They took him, killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.
9 Therefore, what will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the vine growers and will give the vineyard to others.
9 What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.
10 Have you not read this scripture? 'The stone which the builders rejected has been made the cornerstone. 10 ¿Ni aun esta Escritura habéis leído: La piedra que desecharon los que edificaban, ésta es puesta por cabeza de esquina;
10 Haven’t you even read this Scripture: ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner.
11 This was from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes.'” 11 Por el Señor es hecho esto, y es cosa maravillosa en nuestros ojos?
11 This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes’?”
12 They sought to arrest Jesus, but they feared the crowd, for they knew that he had spoken this parable against them. So they left him and went away.
12 They tried to seize him, but they feared the multitude; for they perceived that he spoke the parable against them. They left him and went away.
13 Then they sent some of the Pharisees and the Herodians to him to trap him with words.
13 They sent some of the Pharisees and the Herodians to him, that they might trap him with words.
14 When they came, they said to him, “Teacher, we know that you care for no one's opinion, and you do not show partiality between people. You truly teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar or not? Should we pay or not?” 14 Y viniendo ellos, le dicen: Maestro, sabemos que eres hombre de verdad, y [que] no te cuidas de nadie; porque no miras á la apariencia de hombres, antes con verdad enseñas el camino de Dios: ¿Es lícito dar tributo á César, ó no? ¿Daremos, ó no daremos?
14 When they had come, they asked him, “Teacher, we know that you are honest, and don’t defer to anyone; for you aren’t partial to anyone, but truly teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?
15 But Jesus knew their hypocrisy and said to them, “Why do you test me? Bring me a denarius so I can look at it.” 15 Entonces él, como entendía la hipocresía de ellos, les dijo: ¿Por qué me tentáis? Traedme la moneda para que la vea.
15 Shall we give, or shall we not give?” But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them, “Why do you test me? Bring me a denarius, that I may see it.”
16 They brought one to Jesus. He said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?”
16 They brought it. He said to them, “Whose is this image and inscription?” They said to him, “Caesar’s.”
17 Jesus said, “Give to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.” They marveled at him.
17 Jesus answered them, “Give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” They marveled greatly at him.
18 Then Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him. They asked him, saying, 18 Entonces vienen á él los Saduceos, que dicen que no hay resurrección, y le preguntaron, diciendo:
18 Some Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection, came to him. They asked him, saying,
19 “Teacher, Moses wrote for us, 'If a man's brother dies and leaves a wife behind him, but no child, the man should take the brother's wife, and raise up a descendant for his brother.' 19 Maestro, Moisés nos escribió, que si el hermano de alguno muriese, y dejase mujer, y no dejase hijos, que su hermano tome su mujer, y levante linaje á su hermano.
19 “Teacher, Moses wrote to us, ‘If a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife behind him, and leaves no children, that his brother should take his wife and raise up offspring for his brother.’
20 There were seven brothers; the first took a wife and then died, leaving no children. 20 Fueron siete hermanos: y el primero tomó mujer, y muriendo, no dejó simiente;
20 There were seven brothers. The first took a wife, and dying left no offspring.
21 Then the second took her and died, leaving no children, and the third likewise.
21 The second took her, and died, leaving no children behind him. The third likewise;
22 The seven left no children. Last of all, the woman also died.
22 and the seven took her and left no children. Last of all the woman also died.
23 In the resurrection, when they rise again, whose wife will she be? For all seven brothers had her as their wife.” 23 En la resurrección, pues, cuando resucitaren, ¿de cuál de ellos será mujer? porque los siete la tuvieron por mujer.
23 In the resurrection, when they rise, whose wife will she be of them? For the seven had her as a wife.”
24 Jesus said, “Is this not the reason you are mistaken, because you do not know the scriptures nor the power of God? 24 Entonces respondiendo Jesús, les dice: ¿No erráis por eso, porque no sabéis las Escrituras, ni la potencia de Dios?
24 Jesus answered them, “Isn’t this because you are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God?
25 For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but they are like angels in heaven.
25 For when they will rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
26 But concerning the dead that are raised, have you not read in the Book of Moses, in the account about the bush, how God spoke to him and said, 'I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob'? 26 Y de que los muertos hayan de resucitar, ¿no habéis leído en el libro de Moisés cómo le habló Dios en la zarza, diciendo: Yo [soy] el Dios de Abraham, y el Dios de Isaac, y el Dios de Jacob?
26 But about the dead, that they are raised, haven’t you read in the book of Moses about the Bush, how God spoke to him, saying, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’?
27 He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are quite mistaken.” 27 No es Dios de muertos, mas Dios de vivos; así que vosotros mucho erráis.
27 He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are therefore badly mistaken.”
28 One of the scribes came and heard their discussion; he saw that Jesus answered them well. He asked him, “What commandment is the most important of all?” 28 Y llegándose uno de los escribas, que los había oído disputar, y sabía que les había respondido bien, le preguntó: ¿Cuál es el primer mandamiento de todos?
28 One of the scribes came and heard them questioning together, and knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the greatest of all?”
29 Jesus answered, “The most important is, 'Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 29 Y Jesús le respondió: El primer mandamiento de todos es: Oye, Israel, el Señor nuestro Dios, el Señor uno es.
29 Jesus answered, “The greatest is: ‘Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
30 You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' 30 Amarás pues al Señor tu Dios de todo tu corazón, y de toda tu alma, y de toda tu mente, y de todas tus fuerzas; este es el principal mandamiento.
30 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
31 The second commandment is this, 'You must love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other greater commandment than these.” 31 Y el segundo es semejante á él: Amarás á tu prójimo como á ti mismo. No hay otro mandamiento mayor que éstos.
31 The second is like this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
32 The scribe said, “Good, Teacher! You have truly said that God is one, and that there is no other besides him. 32 Entonces el escriba le dijo: Bien, Maestro, verdad has dicho, que uno es Dios, y no hay otro fuera de él;
32 The scribe said to him, “Truly, teacher, you have said well that he is one, and there is none other but he;
33 To love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is even more than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.” 33 Y que amarle de todo corazón, y de todo entendimiento, y de toda el alma, y de todas las fuerzas, y amar al prójimo como á sí mismo, más es que todos los holocaustos y sacrificios.
33 and to love him with all the heart, with all the understanding, all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”
34 When Jesus saw that he had given a wise answer, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” After that, no one dared to ask Jesus any more questions.
34 When Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from God’s Kingdom.” No one dared ask him any question after that.
35 While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he said, “How is it that the scribes say the Christ is the son of David? 35 Y respondiendo Jesús decía, enseñando en el templo: ¿Cómo dicen los escribas que el Cristo es hijo de David?
35 Jesus responded, as he taught in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
36 David himself, in the Holy Spirit, said, 'The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”' 36 Porque el mismo David dijo por el Espíritu Santo: Dijo el Señor á mi Señor: Siéntate á mi diestra, hasta que ponga tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.
36 For David himself said in the Holy Spirit, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet.”’
37 David himself calls him 'Lord,' so how can the Christ be David's son?” The large crowd gladly listened to him.
37 Therefore David himself calls him Lord, so how can he be his son?” The common people heard him gladly.
38 In his teaching Jesus said, “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk in long robes and they like the greetings they receive in the marketplaces 38 Y les decía en su doctrina: Guardaos de los escribas, que quieren andar con ropas largas, y aman las salutaciones en las plazas,
38 In his teaching he said to them, “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk in long robes, and to get greetings in the marketplaces,
39 and they like to have the chief seats in the synagogues and chief places at feasts. 39 Y las primeras sillas en las sinagogas, y los primeros asientos en las cenas;
39 and to get the best seats in the synagogues and the best places at feasts,
40 They also devour widows' houses, and they pray long prayers for people to see. These men will receive greater condemnation.” 40 Que devoran las casas de las viudas, y por pretexto hacen largas oraciones. Estos recibirán mayor juicio.
40 those who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation.”
41 Then Jesus sat down across from an offering box in the temple area; he was watching people as they dropped their money into the box. Many rich people put in large amounts of money.
41 Jesus sat down opposite the treasury and saw how the multitude cast money into the treasury. Many who were rich cast in much.
42 Then a poor widow came and put in two mites, worth about a penny.
42 A poor widow came and she cast in two small brass coins, which equal a quadrans coin.
43 He called his disciples and said to them, “Truly I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them who contributed to the offering box. 43 Entonces llamando á sus discípulos, les dice: De cierto os digo que esta viuda pobre echó más que todos los que han echado en el arca:
43 He called his disciples to himself and said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, this poor widow gave more than all those who are giving into the treasury,
44 For all of them gave out of their abundance. But this widow, out of her poverty, put in all of the money which she had to live on. “ 44 Porque todos han echado de lo que les sobra; mas ésta, de su pobreza echó todo lo que tenía, todo su alimento.
44 for they all gave out of their abundance, but she, out of her poverty, gave all that she had to live on.”
