Job 11 Church Slavonic Bible (Elizabeth Bible)

Notes on this text (3)
- Church Slavonic in its traditional (Synodal) spelling, with accents, breathings and titlo abbreviations, shown in the Ponomar font (SIL Open Font License).
- Exodus 36–39 follow the Septuagint's order; the digital source has no verse divisions there, so Exodus 36:8–end and chapters 37, 38 and 39 each appear as one block.
- Not shown: the lectionary pericope numbers (зача́ло) and the marginal glosses of the digital source. The Prayer of Manasseh stands at the end of 2 Chronicles (36:24), as in the Slavonic Bible; the prologue of Sirach and the opening verse of Lamentations are joined to verse 1.
1 Y RESPONDIÓ Sophar Naamathita, y dijo:
3 ¿Harán tus falacias callar á los hombres? ¿y harás escarnio, y no habrá quien te avergüence?
5 но ка́кѡ гдⷭ҇ь возгл҃етъ къ тебѣ̀ и҆ ѿве́рзетъ ᲂу҆стнѣ̀ своѝ съ тобо́ю;
7 И҆лѝ слѣ́дъ гдⷭ҇ень ѡ҆брѧ́щеши; и҆лѝ въ послѣ̑днѧѧ дости́глъ є҆сѝ, ꙗ҆̀же сотворѝ вседержи́тель;
7 ¿Alcanzarás tú el rastro de Dios? ¿llegarás tú á la perfección del Todopoderoso?
8 Высо́ко не́бо, и҆ что̀ сотвори́ши; глꙋбоча́е же сꙋ́щихъ во а҆́дѣ что̀ вѣ́си;
9 не должа́е ли мѣ́ры земны́ѧ, и҆лѝ широты̀ морскі́ѧ;
10 А҆́ще же преврати́тъ всѧ̑, кто̀ рече́тъ є҆мꙋ̀: что̀ сотвори́лъ є҆сѝ;
10 Si cortare, ó encerrare, ó juntare, ¿quién podrá contrarrestarle?
13 Si tú apercibieres tu corazón, y extendieres á él tus manos;
14 Si alguna iniquidad hubiere en tu mano, y la echares de ti, y no consintieres que more maldad en tus habitaciones;
15 Entonces levantarás tu rostro limpio de mancha, y serás fuerte y no temerás:
18 Y confiarás, que habrá esperanza; y cavarás, y dormirás seguro:
19 Y te acostarás, y no habrá quien te espante: y muchos te rogarán.
