1 U to vreme reče mi Gospod: Isteši dve poče od kamena kao što behu prve, i iziđi k meni na goru, i načini kovčeg od drveta.
1 EN aquel tiempo Jehová me dijo: Lábrate dos tablas de piedra como las primeras, y sube á mí al monte, y hazte un arca de madera:
1 At that time Yahweh said to me, “Cut two stone tablets like the first, and come up to me onto the mountain, and make an ark of wood.
2 I napisaću na tim pločama reči koje su bile na prvim pločama što si ih razbio, pa ćeš ih metnuti u kovčeg.
2 Y escribiré en aquellas tablas las palabras que estaban en las tablas primeras que quebraste; y las pondrás en el arca.
2 I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets which you broke, and you shall put them in the ark.”
3 Tako načinih kovčeg od drveta sitima, i istesah dve ploče od kamena, kao što behu prve, i iziđoh na goru s dvema pločama u rukama.
3 E hice un arca de madera de Sittim, y labré dos tablas de piedra como las primeras, y subí al monte con las dos tablas en mi mano.
3 So I made an ark of acacia wood, and cut two stone tablets like the first, and went up onto the mountain, having the two tablets in my hand.
4 I napisa na tim pločama šta beše prvo napisao, deset reči, koje vam izgovori Gospod na gori isred ognja na dan zbora vašeg; i dade mi ih Gospod.
4 Y escribió en las tablas conforme á la primera escritura, las diez palabras que Jehová os había hablado en el monte de en medio del fuego, el día de la asamblea; y diómelas Jehová.
4 He wrote on the tablets, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which Yahweh spoke to you on the mountain out of the middle of the fire in the day of the assembly; and Yahweh gave them to me.
5 I vrativši se siđoh s gore, i metnuh ploče u kovčeg koji načinih, i ostaše onde, kao što mi zapovedi Gospod.
5 Y volví y descendí del monte, y puse las tablas en el arca que había hecho; y allí están, como Jehová me mandó.
5 I turned and came down from the mountain, and put the tablets in the ark which I had made; and there they are as Yahweh commanded me.
6 A sinovi Izrailjevi pođoše od Virota, sinova Jakanovih u Moseru. Onde umre Aron i onde bi pogreben; a Eleazar, sin njegov posta sveštenik na njegovo mesto.
6 (Después partieron los hijos de Israel de Beerot-bene-jacaam á Moserá: allí murió Aarón, y allí fué sepultado; y en lugar suyo tuvo el sacerdocio su hijo Eleazar.
6 (The children of Israel traveled from Beeroth Bene Jaakan to Moserah. There Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest’s office in his place.
7 Odande otidoše u Gadgad, a od Gadgada u Jotvatu, zemlju gde ima mnogo potoka.
7 De allí partieron á Gudgod, y de Gudgod á Jotbath, tierra de arroyos de aguas.
7 From there they traveled to Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of brooks of water.
8 U to vreme odvoji Gospod pleme Levijevo da nose kovčeg zaveta Gospodnjeg, da stoje pred Gospodom i služe mu i da blagosiljaju u ime Njegovo do današnjeg dana.
8 En aquel tiempo apartó Jehová la tribu de Leví, para que llevase el arca del pacto de Jehová, para que estuviese delante de Jehová para servirle, y para bendecir en su nombre, hasta hoy.
8 At that time Yahweh set apart the tribe of Levi to bear the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, to stand before Yahweh to minister to him, and to bless in his name, to this day.
9 Zato nema pleme Levijevo deo ni nasledstvo s braćom svojom; Gospod je nasledstvo njegovo, kao što mu Gospod Bog tvoj kaza.
9 Por lo cual Leví no tuvo parte ni heredad con sus hermanos: Jehová es su heredad, como Jehová tu Dios le dijo.)
9 Therefore Levi has no portion nor inheritance with his brothers; Yahweh is his inheritance, according as Yahweh your God spoke to him.)
10 A ja stajah na gori kao pre, četrdeset dana i četrdeset noći; i usliši me Gospod i tada, i ne hte te Gospod zatrti,
10 Y yo estuve en el monte como los primeros días, cuarenta días y cuarenta noches; y Jehová me oyó también esta vez, y no quiso Jehová destruirte.
10 I stayed on the mountain, as at the first time, forty days and forty nights; and Yahweh listened to me that time also. Yahweh would not destroy you.
11 nego mi reče Gospod: Ustani i idi pred narodom ovim da uđu u zemlju za koju sam se zakleo ocima njihovim da ću im je dati da je naslede.
11 Y díjome Jehová: Levántate, anda, para que partas delante del pueblo, para que entren y posean la tierra que juré á sus padres les había de dar.
11 Yahweh said to me, “Arise, take your journey before the people; and they shall go in and possess the land which I swore to their fathers to give to them.”
12 Sada, dakle, Izrailju, šta ište od tebe Gospod Bog tvoj, osim da se bojiš Gospoda Boga svog, da hodiš po svim putevima Njegovim i da Ga ljubiš i služiš Gospodu Bogu svom iz sveg srca svog i iz sve duše svoje,
12 Ahora pues, Israel, ¿qué pide Jehová tu Dios de ti, sino que temas á Jehová tu Dios, que andes en todos sus caminos, y que lo ames, y sirvas á Jehová tu Dios con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma;
12 Now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
13 držeći zapovesti Gospodnje i uredbe Njegove, koje ti ja danas zapovedam, da bi ti bilo dobro?
13 Que guardes los mandamientos de Jehová y sus estatutos, que yo te prescribo hoy, para que hayas bien?
13 to keep Yahweh’s commandments and statutes, which I command you today for your good?
14 Gle, Gospoda je Boga tvog nebo, i nebo nad nebesima, zemlja, i sve što je na njoj.
14 He aquí, de Jehová tu Dios son los cielos, y los cielos de los cielos: la tierra, y todas las cosas que hay en ella.
14 Behold, to Yahweh your God belongs heaven, the heaven of heavens, and the earth, with all that is therein.
15 Ali samo tvoji oci omileše Gospodu, i izabra seme njihovo nakon njih, vas između svih naroda, kao što se vidi danas.
15 Solamente de tus padres se agradó Jehová para amarlos, y escogió su simiente después de ellos, á vosotros, de entre todos los pueblos, como en este día.
15 Only Yahweh had a delight in your fathers to love them, and he chose their offspring after them, even you above all peoples, as it is today.
16 Zato obrežite srce svoje, i nemojte više biti tvrdovrati.
16 Circuncidad pues el prepucio de vuestro corazón, y no endurezcáis más vuestra cerviz.
16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiff-necked.
17 Jer je Gospod Bog vaš Bog nad bogovima i Gospodar nad gospodarima, Bog veliki, silni i strašni, koji ne gleda ko je ko niti prima poklona;
17 Porque Jehová vuestro Dios es Dios de dioses, y Señor de señores, Dios grande, poderoso, y terrible, que no acepta persona, ni toma cohecho;
17 For Yahweh your God, he is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, the mighty, and the awesome, who doesn’t respect persons or take bribes.
18 daje pravicu siroti i udovici; i ljubi došljaka dajući mu hleb i odelo.
18 Que hace justicia al huérfano y á la viuda; que ama también al extranjero dándole pan y vestido.
18 He executes justice for the fatherless and widow and loves the foreigner in giving him food and clothing.
19 Ljubite dakle došljaka, jer ste bili došljaci u zemlji misirskoj.
19 Amaréis pues al extranjero: porque extranjeros fuisteis vosotros en tierra de Egipto.
19 Therefore love the foreigner, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt.
20 Boj se Gospoda Boga svog, Njemu služi i Njega se drži, i Njegovim se imenom kuni.
20 A Jehová tu Dios temerás, á él servirás, á él te allegarás, y por su nombre jurarás.
20 You shall fear Yahweh your God. You shall serve him. You shall cling to him, and you shall swear by his name.
21 On je hvala tvoja i On je Bog tvoj, koji tebe radi učini velike i strašne stvari, koje videše oči tvoje.
21 El es tu alabanza, y él es tu Dios, que ha hecho contigo estas grandes y terribles cosas que tus ojos han visto.
21 He is your praise, and he is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen.
22 Sedamdeset duša beše otaca tvojih kad siđoše u Misir; a sada učini ti Gospod Bog tvoj te vas ima mnogo kao zvezda nebeskih.
22 Con setenta almas descendieron tus padres á Egipto; y ahora Jehová te ha hecho como las estrellas del cielo en multitud.
22 Your fathers went down into Egypt with seventy persons; and now Yahweh your God has made you as the stars of the sky for multitude.

“Commentary” is the opening of a homily or exposition on this chapter (John Chrysostom’s homilies, Augustine’s tractates, sermons and expositions of the Psalms). “Quotes” are sentences where the edition’s own footnotes identify a quotation of a verse here, kept only when the wording matches the verse.
