LSV Literal Standard Version WEB World English Bible (clásica, con deuterocanónicos) 1 And YHWH says to me: “Though Moses and Samuel should stand before Me, || My soul is not toward this people, || Send from before My face, and they go out. 1 Y DÍJOME Jehová: Si Moisés y Samuel se pusieran delante de mí, mi voluntad no será con este pueblo: échalos de delante de mí, y salgan.
1 Then Yahweh said to me, “Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind would not turn toward this people. Cast them out of my sight, and let them go out!
2 And it has come to pass, when they say to you, || To where do we go out? That you have said to them, || Thus said YHWH: Those who [are] for death—to death, || And those who are for the sword—to the sword, || And those who are for famine—to famine, || And those who are for captivity—to captivity.
2 It will happen when they ask you, ‘Where shall we go out?’ then you shall tell them, ‘Yahweh says: “Such as are for death, to death; such as are for the sword, to the sword; such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for captivity, to captivity.”’
3 And I have appointed four kinds over them,” || A declaration of YHWH, || “The sword to slay, and the dogs to drag, || And the bird of the heavens, || And the beast of the earth, to consume and to devour.
3 “I will appoint over them four kinds,” says Yahweh: “the sword to kill, the dogs to tear, the birds of the sky, and the animals of the earth, to devour and to destroy.
4 And I have given them for a trembling || To all kingdoms of the earth, || Because of Manasseh son of Hezekiah king of Judah, || For that which he did in Jerusalem.
4 I will cause them to be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem.
5 For who has pity on you, O Jerusalem? And who bemoans for you? And who turns aside to ask of your welfare?
5 For who will have pity on you, Jerusalem? Who will mourn you? Who will come to ask of your welfare?
6 You have left Me,” || A declaration of YHWH, || “You go backward, || And I stretch out My hand against you, || And I destroy you, || I have been weary of relenting, 6 Tú me dejaste, dice Jehová, atrás te volviste: por tanto yo extenderé sobre ti mi mano, y te destruiré; estoy cansado de arrepentirme.
6 You have rejected me,” says Yahweh. “You have gone backward. Therefore I have stretched out my hand against you and destroyed you. I am weary of showing compassion.
7 And I scatter them with a fan, || In the gates of the land, || I have bereaved [them], || I have destroyed My people, || They did not turn back from their ways.
7 I have winnowed them with a fan in the gates of the land. I have bereaved them of children. I have destroyed my people. They didn’t return from their ways.
8 Its widows have been more to Me than the sand of the seas, || I brought on them—against the mother—A young man—a spoiler—at noon. I caused wrath and trouble to fall on her suddenly.
8 Their widows are increased more than the sand of the seas. I have brought on them against the mother of the young men a destroyer at noonday. I have caused anguish and terrors to fall on her suddenly.
9 The bearer of seven has languished, || She has breathed out her spirit, || Her sun has gone in while yet day, || It has been ashamed and confounded, || And I give up their remnant to the sword before their enemies,” || A declaration of YHWH. 9 Enflaquecióse la que parió siete; llenóse de dolor su alma; su sol se le puso siendo aún de día; fué avergonzada y llena de confusión: y lo que de ella quedare, entregarélo á cuchillo delante de sus enemigos, dice Jehová.
9 She who has borne seven languishes. She has given up the spirit. Her sun has gone down while it was yet day. She has been disappointed and confounded. I will deliver their residue to the sword before their enemies,” says Yahweh.
10 Woe to me, my mother, || For you have borne me, || A man of strife and a man of contention to all the land, || I have not lent on usury, || Nor have they lent on usury to me—All of them are reviling me. 10 ¡Ay de mí, madre mía, que me has engendrado hombre de contienda y hombre de discordia á toda la tierra!
10 Woe is me, my mother, that you have borne me, a man of strife, and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have not lent, neither have men lent to me; yet every one of them curses me.
11 YHWH said, “Did I not direct you for good? Did I not intercede for you in a time of evil, || And in a time of adversity, with the enemy? 11 Dijo Jehová: De cierto tus reliquias [serán] en bien; de cierto haré que el enemigo te salga á recibir en el tiempo trabajoso, y en el tiempo de angustia.
11 Yahweh said, “Most certainly I will strengthen you for good. Most certainly I will cause the enemy to make supplication to you in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.
12 Does one break iron, || Northern iron and bronze?
12 Can one break iron, even iron from the north, and bronze?
13 I give your strength and your treasures for a prey—not for price, || Even for all your sins, and in all your borders. 13 Tus riquezas y tus tesoros daré á saco sin ningún precio, por todos tus pecados, y en todos tus términos;
13 I will give your substance and your treasures for a plunder without price, and that for all your sins, even in all your borders.
14 And I have caused your enemies || To pass over into the land [that] You have not known, || For a fire has been kindled in My anger, || It burns against you.” 14 Y [te] haré pasar á tus enemigos en tierra que no conoces: porque fuego se ha encendido en mi furor, y arderá sobre vosotros.
14 I will make them to pass with your enemies into a land which you don’t know; for a fire is kindled in my anger, which will burn on you.”
15 You, You have known, O YHWH, || Remember me, and inspect me, || And take vengeance for me of my pursuers, || In Your long-suffering do not take me away, || Know [that] I have borne reproach for You. 15 Tú lo sabes, oh Jehová; acuérdate de mí, y visítame, y véngame de mis enemigos.
15 Yahweh, you know. Remember me, visit me, and avenge me of my persecutors. You are patient, so don’t take me away. Know that for your sake I have suffered reproach.
16 Your words have been found, and I eat them, || And Your word is to me for a joy, || And for the rejoicing of my heart, || For Your Name is called on me, O YHWH, God of Hosts.
16 Your words were found, and I ate them. Your words were to me a joy and the rejoicing of my heart, for I am called by your name, Yahweh, God of Armies.
17 I have not sat in an assembly of deriders, || Nor do I exult, because of your hand—I have sat alone, || For You have filled me [with] indignation.
17 I didn’t sit in the assembly of those who make merry and rejoice. I sat alone because of your hand, for you have filled me with indignation.
18 Why has my pain been continuous? And my wound incurable? It has refused to be healed, || You are surely as a failing stream to me, || Waters [that are] not steadfast.
18 Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuses to be healed? Will you indeed be to me as a deceitful brook, like waters that fail?
19 Therefore, thus said YHWH: “If you turn back, then I bring you back, || You stand before Me, || And if you bring out the precious from the vile, || You are as My mouth! They return to you, || And you do not return to them. 19 Por tanto así dijo Jehová: Si te convirtieres, yo te repondré, y delante de mí estarás; y si sacares lo precioso de lo vil, serás como mi boca. Conviértanse ellos á ti, y tú no te conviertas á ellos.
19 Therefore Yahweh says, “If you return, then I will bring you again, that you may stand before me; and if you take out the precious from the vile, you will be as my mouth. They will return to you, but you will not return to them.
20 And I have made you to this people || For a wall—bronze—fortified, || And they have fought against you, || And they do not prevail against you, || For I [am] with you to save you, || And to deliver you,” || A declaration of YHWH, 20 Y te daré para este pueblo por fuerte muro de bronce, y pelearán contra ti, y no te vencerán: porque yo estoy contigo para guardarte y para defenderte, dice Jehová.
20 I will make you to this people a fortified bronze wall. They will fight against you, but they will not prevail against you; for I am with you to save you and to deliver you,” says Yahweh.
21 “And I have delivered you from the hand of evildoers, || And I have ransomed you || From the hand of the terrible!” 21 Y librarte he de la mano de los malos, y te redimiré de la mano de los fuertes.
21 “I will deliver you out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you out of the hand of the terrible.”
