1 Καὶ ἐγενήθη ἐν τῷ τεσσαρακοστῷ καὶ τετρακοσιοστῷ ἔτει τῆς ἐξόδου υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἐξ Αἰγύπτου, τῷ ἔτει τῷ τετάρτῳ ἐν μηνὶ τῷ δευτέρῳ βασιλεύοντος τοῦ βασιλέως Σαλωμὼν ἐπὶ τὸν Ἰσραὴλ,
1 Y FUÉ en el año cuatrocientos ochenta después que los hijos de Israel salieron de Egipto, en el cuarto año del principio del reino de Salomón sobre Israel, en el mes de Ziph, que es el mes segundo, que él comenzó á edificar la casa de Jehová.
1 In the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month Ziv, which is the second month, he began to build Yahweh’s house.
1a καὶ ἐνετείλατο ὁ βασιλεὺς ἵνα ἄρωσι λίθους μεγάλους τιμίους εἰς τὸν θεμέλιον τοῦ οἴκου, καὶ λίθους ἀπελεκήτους.

1d Ἐν ἑνδεκάτῳ ἐνιαυτῷ, ἐν μηνὶ Βαὰλ, οὗτος ὁ μὴν ὁ ὄγδοος, συνετελέσθη ὁ οἶκος εἰς πάντα λόγον αὐτοῦ, καὶ εἰς πᾶσαν διάταξιν αὐτοῦ.

2 Καὶ ὁ οἶκος ὃν ᾠκοδόμησεν ὁ βασιλεὺς τῷ Κυρίῳ, τεσσαράκοντα ἐν πήχει μῆκος αὐτοῦ, καὶ εἴκοσι ἐν πήχει πλάτος αὐτοῦ, καὶ πέντε καὶ εἴκοσι ἐν πήχει τὸ ὕψος αὐτοῦ·
2 La casa que el rey Salomón edificó á Jehová, tuvo sesenta codos de largo y veinte de ancho, y treinta codos de alto.
2 The house which King Solomon built for Yahweh had a length of sixty cubits, and its width twenty, and its height thirty cubits.
3 Καὶ τὸ αἰλὰμ κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ ναοῦ, εἴκοσι ἐν πήχει μῆκος αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ πλάτος τοῦ οἴκου, κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ οἴκου, καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τὸν οἶκον, καὶ συνετέλεσεν αὐτόν.
3 Y el pórtico delante del templo de la casa, de veinte codos de largo, según la anchura de la casa, y su ancho [era] de diez codos delante de la casa.
3 The porch in front of the temple of the house had a length of twenty cubits, which was along the width of the house. Ten cubits was its width in front of the house.
4 Καὶ ἐποίησε τῷ οἴκῳ θυρίδας παρακυπτομένας κρυπτάς.
4 E hizo á la casa ventanas anchas [por de dentro], y estrechas [por de fuera].
4 He made windows of fixed lattice work for the house.
5 Καὶ ἔδωκεν ἐπὶ τὸν τοῖχον τοῦ οἴκου μέλαθρα κυκλόθεν τῷ ναῷ καὶ τῷ δαβίρ.
5 Edificó también junto al muro de la casa aposentos alrededor, contra las paredes de la casa en derredor del templo y del oráculo: é hizo cámaras alrededor.
5 Against the wall of the house, he built floors all around, against the walls of the house all around, both of the temple and of the inner sanctuary; and he made side rooms all around.
6 Ἡ πλευρὰ ἡ ὑποκάτω πέντε πήχεων ἐν πήχει τὸ πλάτος αὐτῆς, καὶ τὸ μέσον ἓξ, καὶ ἡ τρίτη ἑπτὰ ἐν πήχει τὸ πλάτος αὐτῆς· ὅτι διάστημα ἔδωκε τῷ οἴκῳ κυκλόθεν ἔξωθεν τοῦ οἴκου, ὅπως μὴ ἐπιλαμβάνωνται τῶν τοίχων τοῦ οἴκου.
6 El aposento de abajo era de cinco codos de ancho, y el de en medio de seis codos de ancho, y el tercero de siete codos de ancho: porque por de fuera había hecho disminuciones á la casa en derredor, para no trabar [las vigas] de las paredes de la casa.
6 The lowest floor was five cubits wide, and the middle was six cubits wide, and the third was seven cubits wide; for on the outside he made offsets in the wall of the house all around, that the beams should not be inserted into the walls of the house.
7 Καὶ ὁ οἴκος ἐν τῷ οἰκοδομεῖσθαι αὐτὸν λίθοις ἀκροτομοις ἀργοῖς ᾠκοδομήθη· καὶ σφύρα καὶ πέλεκυς καὶ πᾶν σκεῦος σιδηροῦν οὐκ ἠκούσθη ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ ἐν τῷ οἰκοδομεῖσθαι αὐτόν.
7 Y la casa cuando se edificó, fabricáronla de piedras que traían ya acabadas; de tal manera que cuando la edificaban, ni martillos ni hachas se oyeron en la casa, ni ningún otro instrumento de hierro.
7 The house, when it was under construction, was built of stone prepared at the quarry; and no hammer or ax or any tool of iron was heard in the house while it was under construction.
8 Καὶ ὁ πυλὼν τῆς πλευρᾶς τῆς ὑποκάτωθεν ὑπὸ τὴν ὠμίαν τοῦ οἴκου τὴν δεξιὰν, καὶ ἑλικτὴ ἀνάβασις εἰς τὸ μέσον, καὶ ἐκ τῆς μέσης ἐπὶ τὸ τριόροφα.
8 La puerta del aposento de en medio estaba al lado derecho de la casa: y subíase por un caracol al de en medio, y del [aposento] de en medio al tercero.
8 The door for the middle side rooms was in the right side of the house. They went up by winding stairs into the middle floor, and out of the middle into the third.
9 Καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τὸν οἶκον καὶ συνετέλεσεν αὐτόν· καὶ ἐκοιλοστάθμησε τὸν οἶκον κέδροις.
9 Labró pues la casa, y acabóla; y cubrió la casa con artesonados de cedro.
9 So he built the house and finished it; and he covered the house with beams and planks of cedar.
10 Καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τοὺς ἐνδέσμους, διʼ ὅλου τοῦ οἴκου πέντε ἐν πήχει τὸ ὕψος αὐτοῦ, καὶ συνέσχε τὸν σύνδεσμον ἐν ξύλοις κεδρίνοις.
10 Y edificó asimismo el aposento en derredor de toda la casa, de altura de cinco codos, el cual se apoyaba en la casa con maderas de cedro. 11 Y fué palabra de Jehová á Salomón, diciendo: 12 Esta casa que tú edificas, si anduvieres en mis estatutos, é hicieres mis derechos, y guardares todos mis mandamientos andando en ellos, yo tendré firme contigo mi palabra que hablé á David tu padre; 13 Y habitaré en medio de los hijos de Israel, y no dejaré á mi pueblo Israel. 14 Así que, Salomón labró la casa, y acabóla.
10 He built the floors all along the house, each five cubits high; and they rested on the house with timbers of cedar. 11 Yahweh’s word came to Solomon, saying, 12 “Concerning this house which you are building, if you will walk in my statutes, and execute my ordinances, and keep all my commandments to walk in them, then I will establish my word with you, which I spoke to David your father. 13 I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will not forsake my people Israel.” 14 So Solomon built the house and finished it.
15 Καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τοὺς τοίχους τοῦ οἴκου ἔσωθεν διὰ ξύλων κεδρίνων ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐδάφους τοῦ οἴκου καὶ ἕως τῶν τοίχων καὶ ἕως τῶν δοκῶν· ἐκοιλοστάθμησε συνεχόμενα ξύλοις ἔσωθεν· καὶ περιέσχε τὸ ἔσω τοῦ οἴκου ἐν πλευραῖς πευκίναις.
15 Y aparejó las paredes de la casa por de dentro con tablas de cedro, vistiéndola de madera por dentro, desde el solado de la casa hasta las paredes de la techumbre: cubrió también el pavimento con madera de haya.
15 He built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar; from the floor of the house to the walls of the ceiling, he covered them on the inside with wood. He covered the floor of the house with cypress boards.
16 Καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τοὺς εἴκοσι πήχεις ἀπʼ ἄκρου τοῦ τοίχου τὸ πλευρὸν τὸ ἓν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐδάφους ἕως τῶν δοκῶν· καὶ ἐποίησεν ἐκ τοῦ δαβὶρ εἰς τὸ ἁγιον τῶν ἁγίων.
16 Asimismo hizo al cabo de la casa un edificio de veinte codos de tablas de cedro, desde el solado hasta lo más alto; y fabricóse en la casa un oráculo, [que es] el lugar santísimo.
16 He built twenty cubits of the back part of the house with boards of cedar from the floor to the ceiling. He built this within, for an inner sanctuary, even for the most holy place.
17 Καὶ τεσσαράκοντα πήχεων ἦν ὁ ναὸς κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ δαβὶρ ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ οἴκου ἔσωθεν,
17 Y la casa, á saber, el templo de dentro, tenía cuarenta codos. 18 Y la casa estaba [cubierta] de cedro por de dentro, y tenía entalladuras de calabazas silvestres y de botones de flores. Todo era cedro; ninguna piedra se veía.
17 In front of the temple sanctuary was forty cubits long. 18 There was cedar on the house within, carved with buds and open flowers. All was cedar. No stone was visible.
19 δοῦναι ἐκεῖ τὴν κιβωτὸν διαθήκης Κυρίου.
19 Y adornó el oráculo por de dentro en medio de la casa, para poner allí el arca del pacto de Jehová.
19 He prepared an inner sanctuary in the middle of the house within, to set the ark of Yahweh’s covenant there.
20 Εἴκοσι πήχεις μῆκος, καὶ εἴκοσι πήχεις πλάτος, καὶ εἴκοσι πήχεις τὸ ὕψος αὐτοῦ· Καὶ περιέσχεν αὐτὸ χρυσίῳ συγκεκλεισμένῳ· καὶ ἐποίησε θυσιαστήριον
20 Y el oráculo estaba en la parte de adentro, el cual tenía veinte codos de largo, y otros veinte de ancho, y otros veinte de altura; y vistiólo de oro purísimo: asimismo cubrió el altar de cedro.
20 Within the inner sanctuary was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in width, and twenty cubits in its height. He overlaid it with pure gold. He covered the altar with cedar.
21 κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ δαβὶρ, καὶ περιέσχεν αὐτὸ χρυσίῳ.
21 De suerte que vistió Salomón de oro puro la casa por de dentro, y cerró la entrada del oráculo con cadenas de oro, y vistiólo de oro.
21 So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold. He drew chains of gold across before the inner sanctuary, and he overlaid it with gold.
22 Καὶ ὅλον τὸν οἶκον περιέσχε χρυσίῳ, ἕως συντελείας παντὸς τοῦ οἴκου.
22 Cubrió pues de oro toda la casa hasta el cabo; y asimismo vistió de oro todo el altar que estaba delante del oráculo.
22 He overlaid the whole house with gold, until all the house was finished. He also overlaid the whole altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary with gold.
23 Καὶ ἐποίησεν ἐν τῷ δαβὶρ δύο χερουβὶμ δέκα πήχεων μέγεθος ἐσταθμωμένον·
23 Hizo también en el oráculo dos querubines de madera de oliva, cada uno de altura de diez codos.
23 In the inner sanctuary he made two cherubim of olive wood, each ten cubits high.
24 Καὶ πέντε πήχεων πτερύγιον τοῦ χερουβὶμ τοῦ ἑνὸς, καὶ πέντε πήχεων πτερύγιον αὐτοῦ τὸ δεύτερον, ἐν πήχει δέκα ἀπὸ μέρους πτερυγίου αὐτοῦ εἰς μέρος πτερυγίου αὐτοῦ.
24 La una ala del querubín tenía cinco codos, y la otra ala del querubín otros cinco codos: así que había diez codos desde la punta de la una ala hasta la punta de la otra.
24 Five cubits was the length of one wing of the cherub, and five cubits was the length of the other wing of the cherub. From the tip of one wing to the tip of the other was ten cubits.
25 Οὕτως τῷ χερουβὶμ τῷ δευτέρῳ, ἐν μέτρῳ ἑνὶ συντέλεια μία ἀμφοτέροις.
25 Asimismo el otro querubín tenía diez codos; porque ambos querubines eran de un tamaño y de una hechura.
25 The other cherub was ten cubits. Both the cherubim were of one measure and one form.
26 Καὶ τὸ ὕψος τοῦ χερουβὶμ τοῦ ἑνὸς δέκα ἐν πήχει· καὶ οὕτω τῷ χερουβὶμ τῷ δευτέρῳ.
26 La altura del uno era de diez codos, y asimismo el otro.
26 One cherub was ten cubits high, and so was the other cherub.
27 Καὶ ἀμφότερα χερουβὶμ ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ οἴκου τοῦ ἐσωτάτου· καὶ διεπέτασε τὰς πτέρυγας αὐτῶν, καὶ ἥπτετο πτέρυξ μία τοῦ τοίχου, καὶ πτέρυξ χερουβὶμ τοῦ δευτέρου ἥπτετο τοῦ τοίχου τοῦ δευτέρου· καὶ αἱ πτέρυγες αὐτῶν ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ οἴκου ἥπτοντο πτέρυξ πτέρυγος.
27 Y puso estos querubines dentro de la casa de adentro: los cuales querubines extendían sus alas, de modo que el ala del uno tocaba á la pared, y el ala del otro querubín tocaba á la otra pared, y las otras dos alas se tocaban la una á la otra en la mitad de la casa.
27 He set the cherubim within the inner house. The wings of the cherubim were stretched out, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the middle of the house.
28 Καὶ περιέσχε τὰ χερουβὶμ χρυσίῳ.
28 Y vistió de oro los querubines.
28 He overlaid the cherubim with gold.
29 Πάντας τοὺς τοίχους τοῦ οἴκου κύκλῳ ἐγκολαπτὰ ἔγραψε γραφίδι χερουβὶμ, καὶ φοίνικας τῷ ἐσωτέρῳ καὶ τῷ ἐξωτέρῳ.
29 Y esculpió todas las paredes de la casa alrededor de diversas figuras, de querubines, de palmas, y de botones de flores, por de dentro y por de fuera.
29 He carved all the walls of the house around with carved figures of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, inside and outside.
30 Καὶ τὸ ἔδαφος τοῦ οἴκου περιέσχε χρυσίῳ τοῦ ἐσωτάτου καὶ τοῦ ἐξωτάτου.
30 Y cubrió de oro el piso de la casa, de dentro y de fuera.
30 He overlaid the floor of the house with gold, inside and outside.
31 Καὶ τῷ θυρώματι τοῦ δαβὶρ ἐποίησε θύρας ξύλων ἀρκευθίνων, στοαὶ τετραπλῶς,
31 Y á la entrada del oráculo hizo puertas de madera de oliva; y el umbral y los postes eran de cinco esquinas. 32 Las dos puertas [eran] de madera de oliva; y entalló en ellas figuras de querubines y de palmas y de botones de flores, y cubriólas de oro: cubrió también de oro los querubines y las palmas. 33 Igualmente hizo á la puerta del templo postes de madera de oliva cuadrados.
31 For the entrance of the inner sanctuary, he made doors of olive wood. The lintel and door posts were a fifth part of the wall. 32 So he made two doors of olive wood; and he carved on them carvings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, and overlaid them with gold. He spread the gold on the cherubim and on the palm trees. 33 He also made the entrance of the temple door posts of olive wood, out of a fourth part of the wall,
34 ἐν ἀμφοτέραις ταῖς θύραις ξύλα πεύκινα· δύο πτυχαὶ ἡ θύρα ἡ μία καὶ στροφεῖς αὐτῶν, καὶ δύο πτυχαὶ ἡ θύρα ἡ δευτέρα στρεφόμενα ἐγκεκολαμμένα χερουβὶμ,
34 Pero las dos puertas eran de madera de haya; y los dos lados de la una puerta eran redondos, y los otros dos lados de la otra puerta [también] redondos.
34 and two doors of cypress wood. The two leaves of the one door were folding, and the two leaves of the other door were folding.
35 καὶ φοίνικες, καὶ διαπεπετασμένα πέταλα, καὶ περιεχόμενα χρυσίῳ καταγομένῳ ἐπὶ τὴν ἐκτύπωσιν.
35 Y entalló en ellas querubines y palmas y botones de flores, y cubriólas de oro ajustado á las entalladuras.
35 He carved cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers; and he overlaid them with gold fitted on the engraved work.
36 Καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τὴν αὐλὴν τὴν ἐσωτάτην· τρεῖς στίχους ἀπελεκήτων, καὶ στίχος κατειργασμένης κέδρου κυκλόθεν·
36 Y edificó el atrio interior de tres órdenes de piedras labradas, y de un orden de vigas de cedro. 37 En el cuarto año, en el mes de Ziph, se echaron los cimientos de la casa de Jehová: 38 Y en el undécimo año, en el mes de Bul, que es el mes octavo, fué acabada la casa con todas sus pertenencias, y con todo lo necesario. Edificóla pues, en siete años.
36 He built the inner court with three courses of cut stone and a course of cedar beams. 37 The foundation of Yahweh’s house was laid in the fourth year, in the month Ziv. 38 In the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, the house was finished throughout all its parts and according to all its specifications. So he spent seven years building it.
