1 BY DAVID. To You, O YHWH, I call, || My rock, do not be silent to me! Lest You are silent to me, || And I have been compared || With those going down to the pit.
1 Salmo de David. A TI clamaré, oh Jehová, fortaleza mía: no te desentiendas de mí; porque no sea yo, dejándome tú, semejante á los que descienden al sepulcro.
2 Hear the voice of my supplications, || In my crying to You, || In my lifting up my hands toward your holy oracle.
2 Oye la voz de mis ruegos cuando clamo á ti, cuando alzo mis manos hacia el templo de tu santidad.
3 Do not draw me with the wicked, || And with workers of iniquity, || Speaking peace with their neighbors, || And evil in their heart.
3 No me arrebates á una con los malos, y con los que hacen iniquidad: los cuales hablan paz con sus prójimos, y la maldad está en su corazón.
4 Give to them according to their acting, || And according to the evil of their doings. Give to them according to the work of their hands. Return their deed to them.
4 Dales conforme á su obra, y conforme á la malicia de sus hechos: dales conforme á la obra de sus manos, dales su paga.
5 For they do not attend to the doing of YHWH, || And to the work of His hands. He throws them down, || And does not build them up.
5 Porque no atendieron á las obras de Jehová, ni al hecho de sus manos, derribarálos, y no los edificará.
6 Blessed [is] YHWH, || For He has heard the voice of my supplications.
6 Bendito Jehová, que oyó la voz de mis ruegos.
7 YHWH [is] my strength, and my shield, || In Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. And my heart exults, || And I thank Him with my song.
7 Jehová es mi fortaleza y mi escudo: en él esperó mi corazón, y fuí ayudado; por lo que se gozó mi corazón, y con mi canción le alabaré.
8 YHWH [is] strength to him, || Indeed, the strength of the salvation of His anointed [is] He.
8 Jehová es su fuerza, y la fortaleza de las saludes de su ungido.
9 Save Your people, and bless Your inheritance, || And feed them, and carry them for all time!
9 Salva á tu pueblo, y bendice á tu heredad; y pastoréalos y ensálzalos para siempre.
