1 Govore: Ako ko pusti ženu svoju, i ona otišavši od njega uda se za drugog, hoće li se onaj vratiti k njoj? Ne bi li se sasvim oskvrnila ona zemlja? A ti si se kurvala s mnogim milosnicima; ali opet vrati se k meni, veli Gospod.

1 DICEN: Si alguno dejare su mujer, y yéndose ésta de él se juntare á otro hombre, ¿volverá á ella más? ¿no será tal tierra del todo amancillada? Tú pues has fornicado con muchos amigos; mas vuélvete á mí, dijo Jehová.

1 “They say, ‘If a man puts away his wife, and she goes from him, and becomes another man’s, should he return to her again?’ Wouldn’t that land be greatly polluted? But you have played the prostitute with many lovers; yet return again to me,” says Yahweh.

2 Podigni oči svoje k visinama, i pogledaj gde se nisi kurvala; na putevima si sedela čekajući ih kao Arapin u pustinji, i oskvrnila si zemlju kurvarstvom svojim i zloćom svojom.

2 Alza tus ojos á los altos, y ve en qué lugar no te hayas publicado: para ellos te sentabas en los caminos, como Arabe en el desierto; y con tus fornicaciones y con tu malicia has contaminado la tierra.

2 “Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been lain with? You have sat waiting for them by the road, as an Arabian in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your prostitution and with your wickedness.

3 Zato se ustaviše daždi, i ne bi poznog dažda; ali u tebe beše čelo žene kurve, i ne hte se stideti.

3 Por esta causa las aguas han sido detenidas, y faltó la lluvia de la tarde; y has tenido frente de mala mujer, ni quisiste tener vergüenza.

3 Therefore the showers have been withheld and there has been no latter rain; yet you have had a prostitute’s forehead and you refused to be ashamed.

4 Hoćeš li odsele vikati k meni: Oče moj, Ti si vođ mladosti moje?

4 A lo menos desde ahora, ¿no clamarás á mí, Padre mío, guiador de mi juventud?

4 Will you not from this time cry to me, ‘My Father, you are the guide of my youth!’?

5 Hoće li se srditi jednako? Hoće li se gneviti do veka? Eto, govoriš, a činiš zlo koliko god možeš.

5 ¿Guardará [su enojo] para siempre? ¿eternalmente lo guardará? He aquí que has hablado y hecho cuantas maldades pudiste.

5 “‘Will he retain his anger forever? Will he keep it to the end?’ Behold, you have spoken and have done evil things, and have had your way.”

6 Još mi reče Gospod za vremena cara Josije: Jesi li video šta učini odmetnica, Izrailj? Kako odlazi na svako visoko brdo i pod svako zeleno drvo, i kurva se onde.

6 Y díjome Jehová en días del rey Josías: ¿Has visto lo que ha hecho la rebelde Israel? Vase ella sobre todo monte alto y debajo de todo árbol umbroso, y allí fornica.

6 Moreover, Yahweh said to me in the days of Josiah the king, “Have you seen that which backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and has played the prostitute there.

7 I, pošto učini sve to, rekoh: Vrati se k meni; ali se ne vrati; i to vide nevernica, sestra njena, Juda.

7 Y dije después que hizo todo esto: Vuélvete á mí; mas no se volvió. Y vió la rebelde su hermana Judá,

7 I said after she had done all these things, ‘She will return to me;’ but she didn’t return, and her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

8 I svide mi se za sve to što učini preljubu odmetnica Izrailj da je pustim i dam joj knjigu raspusnu; ali se ne poboja nevernica sestra joj Juda, nego otide, te se i ona prokurva.

8 Que yo lo había visto; que por todas estas causas en las cuales fornicó la rebelde Israel, yo la había despedido, y dádole la carta de su repudio; y no tuvo temor la rebelde Judá su hermana, sino que también fué ella y fornicó.

8 I saw when, for this very cause, that backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce, yet treacherous Judah, her sister, had no fear, but she also went and played the prostitute.

9 I sramotnije kurvanjem svojim oskvrni zemlju, jer činjaše preljubu s kamenom i s drvetom.

9 Y sucedió que por la liviandad de su fornicación la tierra fué contaminada, y adulteró con la piedra y con el leño.

9 Because she took her prostitution lightly, the land was polluted, and she committed adultery with stones and with wood.

10 I kod svega toga ne vrati se k meni nevernica sestra joj Juda svim srcem svojim, nego lažno, govori Gospod.

10 Y con todo esto, la rebelde su hermana Judá no se tornó á mí de todo su corazón, sino mentirosamente, dice Jehová.

10 Yet for all this her treacherous sister, Judah, has not returned to me with her whole heart, but only in pretense,” says Yahweh.

11 Za to mi reče Gospod: Odmetnica Izrailj opravda se više nego nevernica Juda.

11 Y díjome Jehová: Justificado ha su alma la rebelde Israel en comparación de la desleal Judá.

11 Yahweh said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.

12 Idi i viči ove reči k severu, i reci: Vrati se, odmetnice Izrailju, veli Gospod, i neću pustiti da padne gnev moj na vas, jer sam milostiv, veli Gospod, neću se gneviti do veka.

12 Ve, y clama estas palabras hacia el aquilón, y di: Vuélvete, oh rebelde Israel, dice Jehová; no haré caer mi ira sobre vosotros: porque misericordioso soy yo, dice Jehová, no guardaré para siempre [el enojo].

12 Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, ‘Return, you backsliding Israel,’ says Yahweh; ‘I will not look in anger on you, for I am merciful,’ says Yahweh. ‘I will not keep anger forever.

13 Samo poznaj bezakonje svoje, da si se odmetnula Gospodu Bogu svom, te si tumarala k tuđima pod svako drvo zeleno, i niste slušali glas moj, veli Gospod.

13 Conoce empero tu maldad, porque contra Jehová tu Dios has prevaricado, y tus caminos has derramado á los extraños debajo de todo árbol umbroso, y no oiste mi voz, dice Jehová.

13 Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against Yahweh your God, and have scattered your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and you have not obeyed my voice,’” says Yahweh.

14 Obratite se, sinovi odmetnici, veli Gospod, jer sam ja muž vaš, i uzeću vas, jednog iz grada i dva iz porodice, i odvešću vas u Sion.

14 Convertíos, hijos rebeldes, dice Jehová, porque yo soy vuestro esposo: y os tomaré uno de una ciudad, y dos de una familia, y os introduciré en Sión;

14 “Return, backsliding children,” says Yahweh, “for I am a husband to you. I will take one of you from a city, and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.

15 I daću vam pastire po srcu svom, koji će vas pasti znanjem i razumom.

15 Y os daré pastores según mi corazón, que os apacienten de ciencia y de inteligencia.

15 I will give you shepherds according to my heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

16 I kad se umnožite i narodite u zemlji, onda se, veli Gospod, neće više govoriti: Kovčeg zaveta Gospodnjeg; niti će im dolaziti na um niti će ga pominjati, niti će hoditi k njemu, niti će ga više opravljati.

16 Y acontecerá, que cuando os multiplicareis y creciereis en la tierra, en aquellos días, dice Jehová, no se dirá más: Arca del pacto de Jehová; ni vendrá al pensamiento, ni se acordarán de ella, ni la visitarán, ni se hará más.

16 It will come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days,” says Yahweh, “they will no longer say, ‘the ark of Yahweh’s covenant!’ It will not come to mind. They won’t remember it. They won’t miss it, nor will another be made.

17 U to će se vreme Jerusalim zvati presto Gospodnji, i svi će se narodi sabrati u nj, k imenu Gospodnjem u Jerusalimu, i neće više ići po misli srca svog zlog.

17 En aquel tiempo llamarán á Jerusalem Trono de Jehová, y todas las gentes se congregarán á ella en el nombre de Jehová en Jerusalem: ni andarán más tras la dureza de su corazón malvado.

17 At that time they will call Jerusalem ‘Yahweh’s Throne;’ and all the nations will be gathered to it, to Yahweh’s name, to Jerusalem. They will no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

18 U to će vreme dom Judin ići s domom Izrailjevim, i doći će zajedno iz zemlje severne u zemlju koju dadoh u nasledstvo ocima vašim.

18 En aquellos tiempos irán de la casa de Judá á la casa de Israel, y vendrán juntamente de tierra del aquilón á la tierra que hice heredar á vuestros padres.

18 In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together out of the land of the north to the land that I gave for an inheritance to your fathers.

19 Ali ja rekoh: Kako bih te postavio među sinove i dao ti zemlju željenu, krasno nasledstvo mnoštva naroda? I rekoh: Ti ćeš me zvati: Oče moj; i nećeš se odvratiti od mene.

19 Yo empero dije: ¿Cómo te pondré por hijos, y te daré la tierra deseable, la rica heredad de los ejércitos de las gentes? Y dije: Padre mío me llamarás, y no te apartarás de en pos de mí.

19 “But I said, ‘How I desire to put you among the children, and give you a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the armies of the nations!’ and I said, ‘You shall call me “My Father”, and shall not turn away from following me.’

20 Doista kao što žena izneveri druga svog, tako izneveriste mene, dome Izrailjev, veli Gospod.

20 Mas como la esposa quiebra la fe de su compañero, así prevaricasteis contra mí, oh casa de Israel, dice Jehová.

20 “Surely as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so you have dealt treacherously with me, house of Israel,” says Yahweh.

21 Glas po visokim mestima neka se čuje, plač, molbe sinova Izrailjevih, jer prevratiše put svoj, zaboraviše Gospoda Boga svog.

21 Voz sobre las alturas fué oída, llanto de los ruegos de los hijos de Israel; porque han torcido su camino, de Jehová su Dios se han olvidado.

21 A voice is heard on the bare heights, the weeping and the petitions of the children of Israel; because they have perverted their way, they have forgotten Yahweh their God.

22 Vratite se, sinovi odmetnici, i isceliću odmete vaše. Evo, mi idemo k Tebi, jer si Ti Gospod Bog naš.

22 Convertíos, hijos rebeldes, sanaré vuestras rebeliones. He aquí nosotros venimos á ti; porque tú eres Jehová nuestro Dios.

22 Return, you backsliding children, and I will heal your backsliding. “Behold, we have come to you; for you are Yahweh our God.

23 Doista, zaludu su humovi, mnoštvo gora; doista, u Gospodu je Bogu našem spasenje Izrailjevo.

23 Ciertamente vanidad son los collados, la multitud de los montes: ciertamente en Jehová nuestro Dios está la salud de Israel.

23 Truly help from the hills, the tumult on the mountains, is in vain. Truly the salvation of Israel is in Yahweh our God.

24 Jer ta sramota proždre trud otaca naših od detinjstva našeg, ovce njihove i goveda njihova, sinove njihove i kćeri njihove.

24 Confusión consumió el trabajo de nuestros padres desde nuestra mocedad; sus ovejas, sus vacas, sus hijos y sus hijas.

24 But the shameful thing has devoured the labor of our fathers from our youth, their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.

25 Ležimo u sramoti svojoj, i pokriva nas rug naš; jer Gospodu Bogu svom grešismo mi i oci naši od detinjstva svog do danas, i ne slušasmo glas Gospoda Boga svog.

25 Yacemos en nuestra confusión, y nuestra afrenta nos cubre: porque pecamos contra Jehová nuestro Dios, nosotros y nuestros padres, desde nuestra juventud y hasta este día; y no hemos escuchado la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios.

25 Let us lie down in our shame, and let our confusion cover us; for we have sinned against Yahweh our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even to this day. We have not obeyed Yahweh our God’s voice.”
