1 Και απέστειλεν ο Χειράμ βασιλεύς της Τύρου τους δούλους αυτού προς τον Σολομώντα, ακούσας ότι έχρισαν αυτόν βασιλέα αντί του πατρός αυτού· διότι ο Χειράμ ηγάπα πάντοτε τον Δαβίδ.
1 HIRAM rey de Tiro envió también sus siervos á Salomón, luego que oyó que lo habían ungido por rey en lugar de su padre: porque Hiram había siempre amado á David.
1 Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants to Solomon, for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the place of his father, and Hiram had always loved David.
2 Και απέστειλεν ο Σολομών προς τον Χειράμ, λέγων,
2 Entonces Salomón envió á decir á Hiram:
2 Solomon sent to Hiram, saying,
3 Συ εξεύρεις ότι Δαβίδ ο πατήρ μου δεν ηδυνήθη να οικοδομήση οίκον εις το όνομα Κυρίου του Θεού αυτού, εξ αιτίας των πολέμων των περικυκλούντων αυτόν πανταχόθεν, εωσού ο Κύριος έβαλε τους εχθρούς αυτού υπό τα ίχνη των ποδών αυτού·
3 Tú sabes como mi padre David no pudo edificar casa al nombre de Jehová su Dios, por las guerras que le cercaron, hasta que Jehová puso [sus enemigos] bajo las plantas de sus pies.
3 “You know that David my father could not build a house for the name of Yahweh his God because of the wars which were around him on every side, until Yahweh put his enemies under the soles of his feet.
4 αλλά τώρα Κύριος ο Θεός μου έδωκεν εις εμέ ανάπαυσιν πανταχόθεν· δεν υπάρχει ούτε επίβουλος ούτε απάντημα κακόν·
4 Ahora Jehová mi Dios me ha dado reposo por todas partes; que ni hay adversarios, ni mal encuentro.
4 But now Yahweh my God has given me rest on every side. There is no enemy and no evil occurrence.
5 και ιδού, εγώ λέγω να οικοδομήσω οίκον εις το όνομα Κυρίου του Θεού μου, καθώς ο Κύριος ελάλησε προς τον Δαβίδ τον πατέρα μου, λέγων, Ο υιός σου, τον οποίον θέλω βάλει αντί σου επί τον θρόνον σου, ούτος θέλει οικοδομήσει τον οίκον εις το όνομά μου·
5 Yo por tanto he determinado ahora edificar casa al nombre de Jehová mi Dios, como Jehová lo habló á David mi padre, diciendo: Tu hijo, que yo pondré en lugar tuyo en tu trono, él edificará casa á mi nombre.
5 Behold, I intend to build a house for the name of Yahweh my God, as Yahweh spoke to David my father, saying, ‘Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place shall build the house for my name.’
6 τώρα λοιπόν πρόσταξον να κόψωσιν εις εμέ κέδρους εκ του Λιβάνου· και οι δούλοι μου θέλουσιν είσθαι μετά των δούλων σου· και θέλω δώσει εις σε μισθόν διά τους δούλους σου, κατά πάντα όσα είπας· διότι συ εξεύρεις ότι μεταξύ ημών δεν είναι ουδείς ούτως έμπειρος να κόπτη ξύλα, ως οι Σιδώνιοι.
6 Manda pues ahora que me corten cedros del Líbano; y mis siervos estarán con los tuyos, y yo te daré por tus siervos el salario que tú dijeres: porque tú sabes bien que ninguno hay entre nosotros que sepa labrar la madera como los Sidonios.
6 Now therefore command that cedar trees be cut for me out of Lebanon. My servants will be with your servants; and I will give you wages for your servants according to all that you say. For you know that there is nobody among us who knows how to cut timber like the Sidonians.”
7 Και ως ήκουσεν ο Χειράμ τους λόγους του Σολομώντος, εχάρη σφόδρα και είπεν, Ευλογητός Κύριος σήμερον, όστις έδωκεν εις τον Δαβίδ υιόν σοφόν επί τον λαόν τον πολύν τούτον.
7 Y como Hiram oyó las palabras de Salomón, holgóse en gran manera, y dijo: Bendito sea hoy Jehová, que dió hijo sabio á David sobre este pueblo tan grande.
7 When Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly, and said, “Blessed is Yahweh today, who has given to David a wise son to rule over this great people.”
8 Και απέστειλεν ο Χειράμ προς τον Σολομώντα, λέγων, Ήκουσα περί όσων εμήνυσας προς εμέ· εγώ θέλω κάμει παν το θέλημά σου διά ξύλα κέδρινα και διά ξύλα πεύκινα·
8 Y envió Hiram á decir á Salomón: He oído lo que me mandaste [á decir]: yo haré todo lo que te pluguiere acerca de la madera de cedro, y la madera de haya.
8 Hiram sent to Solomon, saying, “I have heard the message which you have sent to me. I will do all your desire concerning timber of cedar, and concerning cypress timber.
9 οι δούλοί μου θέλουσι καταβιβάζει αυτά εκ του Λιβάνου εις την θάλασσαν· και εγώ θέλω κάμει να φέρωσιν αυτά εις σχεδίας διά της θαλάσσης μέχρι του τόπου όντινα μηνύσης προς εμέ, και να λύσωσιν αυτά εκεί· συ δε θέλεις παραλάβει αυτά· θέλεις δε εκπληρώσει και συ το θέλημά μου, δίδων τροφάς διά τον οίκόν μου.
9 Mis siervos la llevarán desde el Líbano á la mar; y yo la pondré en balsas por la mar hasta el lugar que tú me señalares, y allí se desatará, y tú la tomarás: y tú harás mi voluntad en dar de comer á mi familia.
9 My servants will bring them down from Lebanon to the sea. I will make them into rafts to go by sea to the place that you specify to me, and will cause them to be broken up there, and you will receive them. You will accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household.”
10 Έδιδε λοιπόν ο Χειράμ εις τον Σολομώντα ξύλα κέδρινα και ξύλα πεύκινα, όσα ήθελεν.
10 Dió pues Hiram á Salomón madera de cedro y madera de haya todo lo que quiso.
10 So Hiram gave Solomon cedar timber and cypress timber according to all his desire.
11 Ο δε Σολομών έδωκεν εις τον Χειράμ είκοσι χιλιάδας κόρων σίτου διά τροφήν του οίκου αυτού και είκοσι κόρους ελαίου κοπανισμένου· ούτως έδιδεν ο Σολομών εις τον Χειράμ κατ' έτος.
11 Y Salomón daba á Hiram veinte mil coros de trigo para el sustento de su familia, y veinte coros de aceite limpio: esto daba Salomón á Hiram cada un año.
11 Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand cors of wheat for food to his household, and twenty cors of pure oil. Solomon gave this to Hiram year by year.
12 Και έδωκεν ο Κύριος εις τον Σολομώντα σοφίαν, καθώς είπε προς αυτόν· και ήτο ειρήνη μεταξύ Χειράμ και Σολομώντος· και έκαμον συνθήκην αμφότεροι.
12 Dió pues Jehová á Salomón sabiduría como le había dicho: y hubo paz entre Hiram y Salomón, é hicieron alianza entre ambos.
12 Yahweh gave Solomon wisdom, as he promised him. There was peace between Hiram and Solomon, and the two of them made a treaty together.
13 Έκαμε δε ο βασιλεύς Σολομών ανδρολογίαν εκ παντός του Ισραήλ, και ήτο η ανδρολογία τριάκοντα χιλιάδες ανδρών.
13 Y el rey Salomón impuso tributo á todo Israel, y el tributo fué de treinta mil hombres:
13 King Solomon raised a levy out of all Israel; and the levy was thirty thousand men.
14 Και απέστελλεν αυτούς εις τον Λίβανον, δέκα χιλιάδας τον μήνα κατά αλλαγήν· ένα μήνα ήσαν εν τω Λιβάνω και δύο μήνας εν τοις οίκοις αυτών· επί δε της ανδρολογίας ήτο ο Αδωνιράμ.
14 Los cuales enviaba al Líbano de diez mil en diez mil, cada mes por su turno, viniendo así á estar un mes en el Líbano, y dos meses en sus casas: y Adoniram estaba sobre aquel tributo.
14 He sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month by courses: for a month they were in Lebanon, and two months at home; and Adoniram was over the men subject to forced labor.
15 Και είχεν ο Σολομών εβδομήκοντα χιλιάδας αχθοφόρων και ογδοήκοντα χιλιάδας λιθοτόμων εν τω όρει·
15 Tenía también Salomón setenta mil que llevaban las cargas, y ochenta mil cortadores en el monte;
15 Solomon had seventy thousand who bore burdens, and eighty thousand who were stone cutters in the mountains,
16 εκτός των επιστατών των διωρισμένων παρά του Σολομώντος, οίτινες ήσαν επί των έργων, τρεις χιλιάδες και τριακόσιοι, επιστατούντες επί τον λαόν τον δουλεύοντα εις τα έργα.
16 Sin los principales oficiales de Salomón que estaban sobre la obra, tres mil y trescientos, los cuales tenían cargo del pueblo que hacía la obra.
16 besides Solomon’s chief officers who were over the work: three thousand three hundred who ruled over the people who labored in the work.
17 Προσέταξε δε ο βασιλεύς, και μετέφεραν λίθους μεγάλους, λίθους εκλεκτούς, λίθους πελεκητούς, διά τα θεμέλια του οίκου.
17 Y mandó el rey que trajesen grandes piedras, piedras de precio, para los cimientos de la casa, y piedras labradas.
17 The king commanded, and they cut out large stones, costly stones, to lay the foundation of the house with worked stone.
18 Και επελέκησαν οι οικοδόμοι του Σολομώντος και οι οικοδόμοι του Χειράμ και οι Γίβλιοι, και ητοίμασαν τα ξύλα και τους λίθους, διά να οικοδομήσωσι τον οίκον.
18 Y los albañiles de Salomón y los de Hiram, y los aparejadores, cortaron y aparejaron la madera y la cantería para labrar la casa.
18 Solomon’s builders and Hiram’s builders and the Gebalites cut them, and prepared the timber and the stones to build the house.
