1 И рече Господ Мојсију говорећи:
1 Y JEHOVÁ habló á Moisés, diciendo:
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 Заповеди синовима Израиљевим нека истерају из логора све губаве и све којима тече семе и све који су се оскврнили о мртваца,
2 Manda á los hijos de Israel que echen del campo á todo leproso, y á todos los que padecen flujo de semen, y á todo contaminado sobre muerto:
2 “Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever is unclean by a corpse.
3 био човек или жена, истерајте, иза логора истерајте их, да не скврне логора онима међу којима наставам.
3 Así hombres como mujeres echaréis, fuera del campo los echaréis; porque no contaminen el campo de aquellos entre los cuales yo habito.
3 You shall put both male and female outside of the camp so that they don’t defile their camp, in the midst of which I dwell.”
4 И учинише тако синови Израиљеви, и истераше их из логора, како Господ каза Мојсију, тако учинише синови Израиљеви.
4 E hiciéronlo así los hijos de Israel, que los echaron fuera del campo: como Jehová dijo á Moisés, así lo hicieron los hijos de Israel.
4 The children of Israel did so, and put them outside of the camp; as Yahweh spoke to Moses, so the children of Israel did.
5 Још рече Господ Мојсију говорећи:
5 Además habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
5 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
6 Реци синовима Израиљевим: Човек или жена кад учини какав грех људски, те згреши Господу, и буде она душа крива,
6 Habla á los hijos de Israel: El hombre ó la mujer que cometiere alguno de todos los pecados de los hombres, haciendo prevaricación contra Jehová, y delinquiere aquella persona;
6 “Speak to the children of Israel: ‘When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Yahweh, and that soul is guilty,
7 тада нека признаду грех који су учинили, и ко је крив нека врати цело чим је крив и нек дометне одозго пети део и да ономе коме је скривио.
7 Confesarán su pecado que cometieron, y compensarán su ofensa enteramente, y añadirán su quinto sobre ello, y lo darán á aquel contra quien pecaron.
7 then he shall confess his sin which he has done; and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, add to it the fifth part of it, and give it to him in respect of whom he has been guilty.
8 И ако онај нема никога коме би припала накнада за штету, нека се да Господу и нека буде свештенику осим овна за очишћење којим ће га очистити.
8 Y si aquel hombre no tuviere pariente al cual sea resarcida la ofensa, daráse la indemnización del agravio á Jehová, al sacerdote, á más del carnero de las expiaciones, con el cual hará expiación por él.
8 But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Yahweh shall be the priest’s, in addition to the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.
9 Тако и сваки принос између свих ствари које посвећују синови Израиљеви и доносе свештенику, његов нека буде;
9 Y toda ofrenda de todas las cosas santas que los hijos de Israel presentaren al sacerdote, suya será.
9 Every heave offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they present to the priest, shall be his.
10 и шта год ко посвети, нека је његово, и шта год ко да свештенику, нека је његово.
10 Y lo santificado de cualquiera será suyo: asimismo lo que cualquiera diere al sacerdote, suyo será.
10 Every man’s holy things shall be his; whatever any man gives the priest, it shall be his.’”
11 Још рече Господ Мојсију говорећи:
11 Y Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:
11 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
12 Кажи синовима Израиљевим и реци им: Чија би жена застранила те би му згрешила,
12 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando la mujer de alguno se desmandare, é hiciere traición contra él,
12 “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘If any man’s wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him,
13 и други би је облежао, а муж њен не би знао, него би она затајила да се оскврнила, и не би било сведока на њу, нити би се затекла,
13 Que alguno se hubiere echado con ella en carnal ayuntamiento, y su marido no lo hubiese visto por haberse ella contaminado ocultamente, ni hubiere testigo contra ella, ni ella hubiere sido cogida en el acto;
13 and a man lies with her carnally, and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and this is kept concealed, and she is defiled, there is no witness against her, and she isn’t taken in the act;
14 а њему би дошла сумња љубавна, те би из љубави сумњао на своју жену, а она би била оскврњена; или би му дошла сумња љубавна те би из љубави сумњао на своју жену, а она не би била оскврњена,
14 Si viniere sobre él espíritu de celo, y tuviere celos de su mujer, habiéndose ella contaminado; ó viniere sobre él espíritu de celo, y tuviere celos de su mujer, no habiéndose ella contaminado;
14 and the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she isn’t defiled;
15 онда нека муж доведе жену своју к свештенику, и нека донесе за њу принос њен, десети део ефе брашна јечменог, али нека га не полије уљем и нека не метне на њ када, јер је принос за сумњу љубавну, дар за спомен да се спомене грех.
15 Entonces el marido traerá su mujer al sacerdote, y traerá su ofrenda con ella, la décima de un epha de harina de cebada; no echará sobre ella aceite, ni pondrá sobre ella incienso: porque es presente de celos, presente de recordación, que trae en memoria pecado.
15 then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring her offering for her: one tenth of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil on it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to memory.
16 И нека је свештеник приведе и постави пред Господом.
16 Y el sacerdote la hará acercar, y la hará poner delante de Jehová.
16 The priest shall bring her near, and set her before Yahweh.
17 И нека узме свештеник свете воде у суд земљани; и праха с пода у шатору нека узме и успе у воду.
17 Luego tomará el sacerdote del agua santa en un vaso de barro: tomará también el sacerdote del polvo que hubiere en el suelo del tabernáculo, y echarálo en el agua.
17 The priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and the priest shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.
18 И поставивши свештеник жену пред Господом нека јој открије главу и метне јој на руке дар за спомен који је дар за сумњу љубавну; а свештеник нека држи у руци својој горку воду, која носи проклетство.
18 Y hará el sacerdote estar en pie á la mujer delante de Jehová, y descubrirá la cabeza de la mujer, y pondrá sobre sus manos el presente de la recordación, que es el presente de celos: y el sacerdote tendrá en la mano las aguas amargas que acarrean maldición.
18 The priest shall set the woman before Yahweh, and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. The priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that brings a curse.
19 И нека свештеник закуне жену, и рече јој: Ако није нико спавао с тобом, и ако ниси застранила од мужа свог на нечистоту, нека ти не буде ништа од ове воде горке, која носи проклетство.
19 Y el sacerdote la conjurará, y le dirá: Si ninguno hubiere dormido contigo, y si no te has apartado de tu marido á inmundicia, libre seas de estas aguas amargas que traen maldición:
19 The priest shall cause her to take an oath and shall tell the woman, “If no man has lain with you, and if you haven’t gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband’s authority, be free from this water of bitterness that brings a curse.
20 Ако ли си застранила од мужа свог и оскврнила се, и когод други осим мужа твог спавао с тобом,
20 Mas si te has descarriado de tu marido, y te has amancillado, y alguno hubiere tenido coito contigo, fuera de tu marido:
20 But if you have gone astray, being under your husband’s authority, and if you are defiled, and some man has lain with you besides your husband—”
21 тада свештеник заклињући жену нека је прокуне и рече жени: Да те Господ постави за уклин и за клетву у народу твом учинивши да ти бедро спадне а трбух отече.
21 (El sacerdote conjurará á la mujer con juramento de maldición, y dirá á la mujer): Jehová te dé en maldición y en conjuración en medio de tu pueblo, haciendo Jehová á tu muslo que caiga, y á tu vientre que se te hinche;
21 then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall tell the woman, “May Yahweh make you a curse and an oath among your people, when Yahweh allows your thigh to fall away, and your body to swell;
22 И нека ти ова вода проклета уђе у црева да ти отече трбух и да ти бедро спадне. А жена нека рече: Амин, амин.
22 Y estas aguas que dan maldición entren en tus entrañas, y hagan hinchar tu vientre y caer tu muslo. Y la mujer dirá: Amén, amén.
22 and this water that brings a curse will go into your bowels, and make your body swell, and your thigh fall away.” The woman shall say, “Amen, Amen.”
23 Тада нека напише свештеник те клетве у књигу, и нека их спере водом горком.
23 Y el sacerdote escribirá estas maldiciones en un libro, y las borrará con las aguas amargas:
23 “‘The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wipe them into the water of bitterness.
24 И нека да жени да се напије горке воде проклете да уђе у њу вода проклета и буде горка.
24 Y dará á beber á la mujer las aguas amargas que traen maldición; y las aguas que obran maldición entrarán en ella por amargas.
24 He shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse; and the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.
25 И нека узме свештеник из руку жени дар за сумњу љубавну, и обрне дар пред Господом и принесе га на олтару.
25 Después tomará el sacerdote de la mano de la mujer el presente de los celos, y mecerálo delante de Jehová, y lo ofrecerá delante del altar:
25 The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal offering before Yahweh, and bring it to the altar.
26 И нека узме свештеник у шаку од дара њеног спомен, и запали на олтару, па онда нека да жени воду да попије.
26 Y tomará el sacerdote un puñado del presente, en memoria de ella, y lo quemará sobre el altar, y después dará á beber las aguas á la mujer.
26 The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.
27 А кад јој да воду да пије, ако се буде оскврнила и учинила неверу мужу свом, онда ће ући вода проклета у њу и постаће горка, и трбух ће јој отећи и спасти бедро, и она ће жена постати уклин у народу свом.
27 Darále pues á beber las aguas; y será, que si fuere inmunda y hubiere hecho traición contra su marido, las aguas que obran maldición entrarán en ella en amargura, y su vientre se hinchará, y caerá su muslo; y la mujer será por maldición en medio de su pueblo.
27 When he has made her drink the water, then it shall happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her and become bitter, and her body will swell, and her thigh will fall away; and the woman will be a curse among her people.
28 Ако ли се не буде оскврнила жена, него буде чиста, неће јој бити ништа и имаће деце.
28 Mas si la mujer no fuere inmunda, sino que estuviere limpia, ella será libre, y será fecunda.
28 If the woman isn’t defiled, but is clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive offspring.
29 Ово је закон за сумњу љубавну, кад жена застрани од мужа свог и оскврни се;
29 Esta es la ley de los celos, cuando la mujer hiciere traición á su marido, y se amancillare;
29 “‘This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes astray, and is defiled,
30 или кад коме дође сумња љубавна те посумња из љубави на жену своју и постави је пред Господом и сврши јој свештеник све по овом закону.
30 O del marido, sobre el cual pasare espíritu de celo, y tuviere celos de su mujer: presentarála entonces delante de Jehová, y el sacerdote ejecutará en ella toda esta ley.
30 or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.
31 И муж да је прост од греха, али жена да носи своје безакоње.
31 Y aquel varón será libre de iniquidad, y la mujer llevará su pecado.
31 The man shall be free from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity.’”
