Synodal Biblia Sinodal rusa (1876)
RV1909 Reina-Valera 1909
1 Если будет тяжба между людьми, то пусть приведут их в суд и рассудят их, правого пусть оправдают, а виновного осудят;
2 и если виновный достоин будет побоев, то судья пусть прикажет положить его и бить при себе, смотря по вине его, по счету;
4 No pondrás bozal al buey cuando trillare.
7 Если же он не захочет взять невестку свою, то невестка его пойдет к воротам, к старейшинам, и скажет: "деверь мой отказывается восставить имя брата своего в Израиле, не хочет жениться на мне";
9 тогда невестка его пусть пойдет к нему в глазах старейшин, и снимет сапог его с ноги его, и плюнет в лице его, и скажет: "так поступают с человеком, который не созидает дома брату своему [у Израиля]";
11 Cuando algunos riñeren juntos el uno con el otro, y llegare la mujer del uno para librar á su marido de mano del que le hiriere, y metiere su mano y le trabare de sus vergüenzas;
12 La cortarás entonces la mano, no [la] perdonará tu ojo.
13 В кисе твоей не должны быть двоякие гири, большие и меньшие;
13 No tendrás en tu bolsa pesa grande y pesa chica.
14 в доме твоем не должна быть двоякая ефа, большая и меньшая;
14 No tendrás en tu casa epha grande y epha pequeño.
15 гиря у тебя должна быть точная и правильная, и ефа у тебя должна быть точная и правильная, чтобы продлились дни твои на земле, которую Господь Бог твой дает тебе [в удел];
18 как он встретил тебя на пути, и побил сзади тебя всех ослабевших, когда ты устал и утомился, и не побоялся он Бога;

  1. Cita 25:6 Augustine of Hippo, Expositions on the Psalms (Psalm XLV)

    And even if we were born from the brother of Him that is dead, yet are we named after the name of Him who is dead. We were begotten by the one, but begotten to the other.

  3. Cita 25:5 John of Damascus, An Exact Exposition of the Orthodox Faith (Book IV, Chapter XIV)

    One ought also to observe this, that the law was that when a man died without seed, this man's brother should take to wife the wife of the dead man and raise up seed to his brother.

  4. Cita 25:4 Augustine of Hippo, Expositions on the Psalms (Psalm LXVI)

    The Apostle hath said, that of the preachers of the Gospel must be understood that which hath been written, "Of the ox treading out corn the mouth thou shalt not muzzle. Doth God care for oxen?" Therefore great are those rams, great the oxen.

  5. Cita 25:5 John Chrysostom, Homilies on the Gospel of Matthew (Homily XLVIII)

    The wife of him that died childless was to be given to his brother. For since death was an incurable ill, and all was contrived for life's sake; He makes a law that the living brother should marry her, and should call the child that is born by the name of the dead, so that his house should not utterly …
