1 Όταν Κύριος ο Θεός σου σε φέρη εις την γην, εις την οποίαν υπάγεις διά να κληρονομήσης αυτήν, και εκδιώξη έθνη πολλά απ' έμπροσθέν σου, τους Χετταίους και τους Γεργεσαίους και τους Αμορραίους και τους Χαναναίους και τους Φερεζαίους και τους Ευαίους και τους Ιεβουσαίους, επτά έθνη μεγαλήτερα και δυνατώτερά σου·
1 CUANDO Jehová tu Dios te hubiere introducido en la tierra en la cual tú has de entrar para poseerla, y hubiere echado de delante de ti muchas gentes, al Hetheo, al Gergeseo, y al Amorrheo, y al Cananeo, y al Pherezeo, y al Heveo, y al Jebuseo, siete naciones mayores y más fuertes que tú;
1 When Yahweh your God brings you into the land where you go to possess it, and casts out many nations before you—the Hittite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite—seven nations greater and mightier than you;
2 και όταν Κύριος ο Θεός σου παραδώση αυτούς έμπροσθέν σου, θέλεις πατάξει αυτούς· κατά κράτος θέλεις εξολοθρεύσει αυτούς· δεν θέλεις κάμει συνθήκην μετ' αυτών ουδέ θέλεις δείξει έλεος προς αυτούς·
2 Y Jehová tu Dios las hubiere entregado delante de ti, y las hirieres, del todo las destruirás: no harás con ellos alianza, ni las tomarás á merced.
2 and when Yahweh your God delivers them up before you, and you strike them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them, nor show mercy to them.
3 ουδέ θέλεις συμπενθερεύσει μετ' αυτών· την θυγατέρα σου δεν θέλεις δώσει εις τον υιόν αυτού ουδέ την θυγατέρα αυτού θέλεις λάβει εις τον υιόν σου·
3 Y no emparentarás con ellos: no darás tu hija á su hijo, ni tomarás á su hija para tu hijo.
3 You shall not make marriages with them. You shall not give your daughter to his son, nor shall you take his daughter for your son.
4 διότι θέλουσιν αποπλανήσει τους υιούς σου απ' εμού και θέλουσι λατρεύει άλλους θεούς· και θέλει εξαφθή η οργή του Κυρίου εναντίον σας και πάραυτα θέλει σε εξολοθρεύσει.
4 Porque desviará á tu hijo de en pos de mí, y servirán á dioses ajenos; y el furor de Jehová se encenderá sobre vosotros, y te destruirá presto.
4 For that would turn away your sons from following me, that they may serve other gods. So Yahweh’s anger would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly.
5 Αλλ' ούτω θέλετε κάμει προς αυτούς· τους βωμούς αυτών θέλετε καταστρέψει και τα αγάλματα αυτών θέλετε συντρίψει και τα άλση αυτών θέλετε κατακόψει και τα γλυπτά αυτών θέλετε καύσει εν πυρί·
5 Mas así habéis de hacer con ellos: sus altares destruiréis, y quebraréis sus estatuas, y cortaréis sus bosques, y quemaréis sus esculturas en el fuego.
5 But you shall deal with them like this: you shall break down their altars, dash their pillars in pieces, cut down their Asherah poles, and burn their engraved images with fire.
6 επειδή συ είσαι λαός άγιος εις Κύριον τον Θεόν σου· σε εξέλεξε Κύριος ο Θεός σου διά να ήσαι εις αυτόν λαός εκλεκτός, παρά πάντας τους λαούς τους επί του προσώπου της γης.
6 Porque tú eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios: Jehová tu Dios te ha escogido para serle un pueblo especial, más que todos los pueblos que están sobre la haz de la tierra.
6 For you are a holy people to Yahweh your God. Yahweh your God has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth.
7 Δεν προετίμησεν εσάς Κύριος ουδέ εξέλεξεν εσάς, διότι είσθε πολυπληθέστεροι παρά πάντα τα έθνη· επειδή σεις είσθε οι πλέον ολιγάριθμοι παρά πάντα τα έθνη·
7 No por ser vosotros más que todos los pueblos os ha querido Jehová, y os ha escogido; porque vosotros erais los más pocos de todos los pueblos:
7 Yahweh didn’t set his love on you nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all peoples;
8 αλλ' επειδή ο Κύριος σας ηγάπησε και διά να φυλάξη τον όρκον, τον οποίον ώμοσε προς τους πατέρας σας, σας εξήγαγεν ο Κύριος εν χειρί κραταιά και σας ελύτρωσεν εκ του οίκου της δουλείας, εκ χειρός Φαραώ, βασιλέως Αιγύπτου.
8 Sino porque Jehová os amó, y quiso guardar el juramento que juró á vuestros padres, os ha sacado Jehová con mano fuerte, y os ha rescatado de casa de siervos, de la mano de Faraón, rey de Egipto.
8 but because Yahweh loves you, and because he desires to keep the oath which he swore to your fathers, Yahweh has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
9 Γνώρισον λοιπόν, ότι Κύριος ο Θεός σου αυτός είναι ο Θεός, ο Θεός ο πιστός, ο φυλάττων την διαθήκην και το έλεος προς τους αγαπώντας αυτόν και φυλάττοντας τας εντολάς αυτού, εις χιλίας γενεάς·
9 Conoce, pues, que Jehová tu Dios es Dios, Dios fiel, que guarda el pacto y la misericordia á los que le aman y guardan sus mandamientos, hasta las mil generaciones;
9 Know therefore that Yahweh your God himself is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness to a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commandments,
10 και ανταποδίδων κατά πρόσωπον αυτών εις τους μισούντας αυτόν, διά να εξολοθρεύση αυτούς· δεν θέλει βραδύνει εις τον μισούντα αυτόν· θέλει κάμει εις αυτόν την ανταπόδοσιν κατά πρόσωπον αυτού.
10 Y que da el pago en su cara al que le aborrece, destruyéndolo: ni [lo] dilatará al que le odia, en su cara le dará el pago.
10 and repays those who hate him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack to him who hates him. He will repay him to his face.
11 Φύλαττε λοιπόν τας εντολάς και τα διατάγματα και τας κρίσεις, τας οποίας εγώ σε προστάζω σήμερον διά να κάμνης αυτάς.
11 Guarda por tanto los mandamientos, y estatutos, y derechos que yo te mando hoy que cumplas.
11 You shall therefore keep the commandments, the statutes, and the ordinances which I command you today, to do them.
12 Και εάν ακούητε τας κρίσεις ταύτας και φυλάττητε και εκτελήτε αυτάς, θέλει φυλάξει Κύριος ο Θεός σου εις σε την διαθήκην και το έλεος, τα οποία ώμοσε προς τους πατέρας σου·
12 Y será que, por haber oído estos derechos, y guardado y puéstolos por obra, Jehová tu Dios guardará contigo el pacto y la misericordia que juró á tus padres;
12 It shall happen, because you listen to these ordinances and keep and do them, that Yahweh your God will keep with you the covenant and the loving kindness which he swore to your fathers.
13 και θέλει σε αγαπήσει και σε ευλογήσει και σε πληθύνει, και θέλει ευλογήσει τον καρπόν της κοιλίας σου και τον καρπόν της γης σου, τον σίτόν σου και τον οίνόν σου και το έλαιόν σου, τας αγέλας των βοών σου και τα ποίμνια των προβάτων σου, εν τη γη την οποίαν ώμοσε προς τους πατέρας σου να δώση εις σε.
13 Y te amará, y te bendecirá, y te multiplicará, y bendecirá el fruto de tu vientre, y el fruto de tu tierra, y tu grano, y tu mosto, y tu aceite, la cría de tus vacas, y los rebaños de tus ovejas, en la tierra que juró á tus padres que te daría.
13 He will love you, bless you, and multiply you. He will also bless the fruit of your body and the fruit of your ground, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your livestock and the young of your flock, in the land which he swore to your fathers to give you.
14 Θέλεις είσθαι ευλογημένος υπέρ πάντα τα έθνη· άγονος ή στείρα δεν θέλει είσθαι εις σε ή εις τα κτήνη σου.
14 Bendito serás más que todos los pueblos: no habrá en ti varón ni hembra estéril, ni en tus bestias.
14 You will be blessed above all peoples. There won’t be male or female barren among you, or among your livestock.
15 Και θέλει αφαιρέσει ο Κύριος από σου πάσαν ασθένειαν και δεν θέλει βάλει επί σε ουδεμίαν των κακών νόσων της Αιγύπτου, τας οποίας γνωρίζεις· αλλά θέλει βάλει αυτάς επί πάντας τους μισούντάς σε.
15 Y quitará Jehová de ti toda enfermedad; y todas las malas plagas de Egipto, que tú sabes, no las pondrá sobre ti, antes las pondrá sobre todos los que te aborrecieren.
15 Yahweh will take away from you all sickness; and he will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which you know, on you, but will lay them on all those who hate you.
16 Και θέλεις εξολοθρεύσει πάντα τα έθνη, τα οποία Κύριος ο Θεός σου θέλει παραδώσει εις σέ· ο οφθαλμός σου δεν θέλει σπλαγχνισθή δι' αυτούς· ουδέ θέλεις λατρεύσει τους θεούς αυτών· διότι τούτο θέλει είσθαι παγίς εις σε.
16 Y consumirás á todos los pueblos que te da Jehová tu Dios: no los perdonará tu ojo; ni servirás á sus dioses, que te será tropiezo.
16 You shall consume all the peoples whom Yahweh your God shall deliver to you. Your eye shall not pity them. You shall not serve their gods; for that would be a snare to you.
17 Εάν δε είπης εν τη καρδία σου, Τα έθνη ταύτα είναι πλέον πολυάριθμα παρ' εμέ· πως δύναμαι να εκδιώξω αυτά;
17 Cuando dijeres en tu corazón: Estas gentes son muchas más que yo, ¿cómo las podré desarraigar?;
17 If you shall say in your heart, “These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them?”
18 Μη φοβηθής αυτούς· ενθυμού καλώς τι έκαμε Κύριος ο Θεός σου εις τον Φαραώ και εις πάσαν την Αίγυπτον·
18 No tengas temor de ellos: acuérdate bien de lo que hizo Jehová tu Dios con Faraón y con todo Egipto;
18 you shall not be afraid of them. You shall remember well what Yahweh your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt:
19 τους πειρασμούς τους μεγάλους τους οποίους είδον οι οφθαλμοί σου, και τα σημεία και τα τέρατα και την κραταιάν χείρα και τον εξηπλωμένον βραχίονα, με τα οποία Κύριος ο Θεός σου σε εξήγαγεν· ούτω θέλει κάμει Κύριος ο Θεός σου εις πάντα τα έθνη, το οποία συ φοβείσαι.
19 De las grandes pruebas que vieron tus ojos, y de las señales y milagros, y de la mano fuerte y brazo extendido con que Jehová tu Dios te sacó: así hará Jehová tu Dios con todos los pueblos de cuya presencia tú temieres.
19 the great trials which your eyes saw, the signs, the wonders, the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which Yahweh your God brought you out. So shall Yahweh your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.
20 Και προσέτι τας σφήκας Κύριος ο Θεός σου θέλει αποστείλει εις αυτούς, εωσού εξολοθρευθώσιν όσοι εναπελείφθησαν και εκρύπτοντο από προσώπου σου.
20 Y también enviará Jehová tu Dios sobre ellos avispas, hasta que perezcan los que quedaren, y los que se hubieren escondido de delante de ti.
20 Moreover Yahweh your God will send the hornet among them, until those who are left, and hide themselves, perish from before you.
21 Δεν θέλεις τρομάξει από προσώπου αυτών· διότι Κύριος ο Θεός σου είναι εν μέσω σου, Θεός μέγας και φοβερός.
21 No desmayes delante de ellos, que Jehová tu Dios está en medio de ti, Dios grande y terrible.
21 You shall not be scared of them; for Yahweh your God is among you, a great and awesome God.
22 Και θέλει εξαλείψει Κύριος ο Θεός σου τα έθνη εκείνα απ' έμπροσθέν σου ολίγον κατ' ολίγον· δεν δύναται να αφανίσης αυτούς πάραυτα, διά να μη πληθυνθώσιν εναντίον σου τα θηρία του αγρού.
22 Y Jehová tu Dios echará á estas gentes de delante de ti poco á poco: no las podrás acabar luego, porque las bestias del campo no se aumenten contra ti.
22 Yahweh your God will cast out those nations before you little by little. You may not consume them at once, lest the animals of the field increase on you.
23 Αλλά Κύριος ο Θεός σου θέλει παραδώσει αυτούς έμπροσθέν σου και θέλει φθείρει αυτούς εν φθορά μεγάλη, εωσού εξολοθρευθώσι.
23 Mas Jehová tu Dios las entregará delante de ti, y él las quebrantará con grande destrozo, hasta que sean destruídos.
23 But Yahweh your God will deliver them up before you, and will confuse them with a great confusion, until they are destroyed.
24 Και θέλει παραδώσει εις την χείρα σου τους βασιλείς αυτών, και θέλεις εξαλείψει το όνομα αυτών υποκάτωθεν του ουρανού· ουδείς θέλει δυνηθή να σταθή έμπροσθέν σου, εωσού εξολοθρεύσης αυτούς.
24 Y él entregará sus reyes en tu mano, y tú destruirás el nombre de ellos de debajo del cielo: nadie te hará frente hasta que los destruyas.
24 He will deliver their kings into your hand, and you shall make their name perish from under the sky. No one will be able to stand before you until you have destroyed them.
25 Τα γλυπτά των θεών αυτών θέλετε καύσει εν πυρί· δεν θέλεις επιθυμήσει το αργύριον ή το χρυσίον το επ' αυτών, ουδέ θέλεις λάβει αυτό εις σεαυτόν διά να μη παγιδευθής εις αυτό· διότι είναι βδέλυγμα εις Κύριον τον Θεόν σου.
25 Las esculturas de sus dioses quemarás en el fuego: no codiciarás plata ni oro de sobre ellas para tomarlo para ti, porque no tropieces en ello, pues es abominación á Jehová tu Dios;
25 You shall burn the engraved images of their gods with fire. You shall not covet the silver or the gold that is on them, nor take it for yourself, lest you be snared in it; for it is an abomination to Yahweh your God.
26 Και δεν θέλεις φέρει βδέλυγμα εις τον οίκόν σου, διά να μη γείνης ανάθεμα ως αυτό· θέλεις αποστραφεί αυτό διόλου και θέλεις βδελυχθή αυτό διόλου· διότι είναι ανάθεμα.
26 Y no meterás abominación en tu casa, porque no seas anatema como ello; del todo lo aborrecerás y lo abominarás; porque es anatema.
26 You shall not bring an abomination into your house and become a devoted thing like it. You shall utterly detest it. You shall utterly abhor it; for it is a devoted thing.
