1 Ovo su uredbe i zakoni koje ćete držati i tvoriti u zemlji koju ti je Gospod Bog otaca tvojih dao da je naslediš, dokle ste god živi na zemlji.
1 ESTOS son los estatutos y derechos que cuidaréis de poner por obra, en la tierra que Jehová el Dios de tus padres te ha dado para que la poseas, todos los días que vosotros viviereis sobre la tierra.
1 These are the statutes and the ordinances which you shall observe to do in the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess all the days that you live on the earth.
2 Raskopajte sasvim sva mesta u kojima su služili bogovima svojim narodi koje ćete naslediti, po visokim brdima i po humovima i pod svakim zelenim drvetom.
2 Destruiréis enteramente todos los lugares donde las gentes que vosotros heredareis sirvieron á sus dioses, sobre los montes altos, y sobre los collados, y debajo de todo árbol espeso:
2 You shall surely destroy all the places in which the nations that you shall dispossess served their gods: on the high mountains, and on the hills, and under every green tree.
3 Oborite oltare njihove i razbijte likove njihove, i lugove njihove popalite ognjem, i rezane bogove njihove izlomite, i istrebite ime njihovo sa onog mesta.
3 Y derribaréis sus altares, y quebraréis sus imágenes, y sus bosques consumiréis con fuego: y destruiréis las esculturas de sus dioses, y extirparéis el nombre de ellas de aquel lugar.
3 You shall break down their altars, dash their pillars in pieces, and burn their Asherah poles with fire. You shall cut down the engraved images of their gods. You shall destroy their name out of that place.
4 Ne činite tako Gospodu Bogu svom.
4 No haréis así á Jehová vuestro Dios.
4 You shall not do so to Yahweh your God.
5 Nego Ga tražite u mestu koje izabere Gospod Bog vaš između svih plemena vaših sebi za stan da onde namesti ime svoje, i onamo idite.
5 Mas el lugar que Jehová vuestro Dios escogiere de todas vuestras tribus, para poner allí su nombre para su habitación, ése buscaréis, y allá iréis:
5 But to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, you shall seek his habitation, and you shall come there.
6 Onamo nosite žrtve svoje paljenice i druge žrtve svoje i desetke svoje i prinose ruku svojih i zavete svoje i dragovoljne prinose svoje i prvine stoke svoje krupne i sitne.
6 Y allí llevaréis vuestros holocaustos, y vuestros sacrificios, y vuestros diezmos, y la ofrenda elevada de vuestras manos, y vuestros votos, y vuestras ofrendas voluntarias, y los primerizos de vuestras vacas y de vuestras ovejas:
6 You shall bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, your vows, your free will offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock there.
7 I jedite onde pred Gospodom Bogom svojim, i veselite se vi i porodice vaše svačim, za šta se prihvatite rukom svojom, čim te blagoslovi Gospod Bog tvoj.
7 Y comeréis allí delante de Jehová vuestro Dios, y os alegraréis, vosotros y vuestras familias, en toda obra de vuestras manos en que Jehová tu Dios te hubiere bendecido.
7 There you shall eat before Yahweh your God, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand to, you and your households, in which Yahweh your God has blessed you.
8 Ne činite kako mi sada ovde činimo, šta je kome drago.
8 No haréis como todo lo que nosotros hacemos aquí ahora, cada uno lo que le parece,
8 You shall not do all the things that we do here today, every man whatever is right in his own eyes;
9 Jer još niste došli do odmora i nasledstva, koje ti daje Gospod Bog tvoj.
9 Porque aun hasta ahora no habéis entrado al reposo y á la heredad que os da Jehová vuestro Dios.
9 for you haven’t yet come to the rest and to the inheritance which Yahweh your God gives you.
10 Nego kad pređete preko Jordana, i stanete živeti u zemlji koju vam daje Gospod Bog vaš da je nasledite, i smiri vas od svih neprijatelja vaših unaokolo, te stanete živeti bez straha,
10 Mas pasaréis el Jordán, y habitaréis en la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os hace heredar, y él os dará reposo de todos vuestros enemigos alrededor, y habitaréis seguros.
10 But when you go over the Jordan and dwell in the land which Yahweh your God causes you to inherit, and he gives you rest from all your enemies around you, so that you dwell in safety,
11 onda u mesto koje izabere Gospod Bog vaš da u njemu nastani ime svoje, donesite sve što vam ja zapovedam, žrtve svoje paljenice i druge žrtve svoje, desetke svoje i prinose ruku svojih i sve što bude najbolje u onome što zavetujete Gospodu.
11 Y al lugar que Jehová vuestro Dios escogiere para hacer habitar en él su nombre, allí llevaréis todas las cosas que yo os mando: vuestros holocaustos, y vuestros sacrificios, vuestros diezmos, y las ofrendas elevadas de vuestras manos, y todo lo escogido de vuestros votos que hubiereis prometido á Jehová;
11 then it shall happen that to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to Yahweh.
12 I veselite se pred Gospodom Bogom svojim vi i sinovi vaši i kćeri vaše i sluge vaše i sluškinje vaše, i Levit koji je u mestu vašem, jer on nema deo ni nasledstvo s vama.
12 Y os alegraréis delante de Jehová vuestro Dios, vosotros, y vuestros hijos, y vuestras hijas, y vuestros siervos, y vuestras siervas, y el Levita que estuviere en vuestras poblaciones: por cuanto no tiene parte ni heredad con vosotros.
12 You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God—you, and your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you.
13 Čuvaj se da ne prinosiš žrtava svojih paljenica na kome god mestu, koje ugledaš;
13 Guárdate, que no ofrezcas tus holocaustos en cualquier lugar que vieres;
13 Be careful that you don’t offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see;
14 nego na onom mestu koje izabere Gospod Bog u jednom od tvojih plemena, onde prinosi žrtve svoje paljenice, i onde čini sve što ti zapovedam.
14 Mas en el lugar que Jehová escogiere, en una de tus tribus, allí ofrecerás tus holocaustos, y allí harás todo lo que yo te mando.
14 but in the place which Yahweh chooses in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you.
15 Ali ćeš moći klati i jesti meso kako ti duša zaželi u svakom mestu svom po blagoslovu Gospoda Boga svog, koji ti da; čist i nečist može jesti kao srnu i jelena.
15 Con todo, podrás matar y comer carne en todas tus poblaciones conforme al deseo de tu alma, según la bendición de Jehová tu Dios que él te habrá dado: el inmundo y el limpio la comerá, como [la] de corzo ó de ciervo:
15 Yet you may kill and eat meat within all your gates, after all the desire of your soul, according to Yahweh your God’s blessing which he has given you. The unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and the deer.
16 Samo krv ne jedite; prolijte je na zemlju kao vodu.
16 Salvo que sangre no comeréis; sobre la tierra la derramaréis como agua.
16 Only you shall not eat the blood. You shall pour it out on the earth like water.
17 Nećeš moći jesti u mestu svom desetka od žita svog ni od vina svog ni od ulja svog, ni prvina od stoke svoje krupne i sitne, ni onog što zavetuješ; ni prinosa dragovoljnih, ni prinosa ruku svojih.
17 Ni podrás comer en tus poblaciones el diezmo de tu grano, ó de tu vino, ó de tu aceite, ni los primerizos de tus vacas, ni de tus ovejas, ni tus votos que prometieres, ni tus ofrendas voluntarias, ni las elevadas ofrendas de tus manos:
17 You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your new wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your free will offerings, nor the wave offering of your hand;
18 Nego to jedi pred Gospodom Bogom svojim na mestu koje izabere Gospod Bog tvoj, ti, sin tvoj i kći tvoja i sluga tvoj i sluškinja tvoja, i Levit koji je u mestu tvom; i veseli se pred Gospodom Bogom svojim svačim za šta se prihvatiš rukom.
18 Mas delante de Jehová tu Dios las comerás, en el lugar que Jehová tu Dios hubiere escogido, tú, y tu hijo, y tu hija, y tu siervo, y tu sierva, y el Levita que está en tus poblaciones: y alegrarte has delante de Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos.
18 but you shall eat them before Yahweh your God in the place which Yahweh your God shall choose: you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates. You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God in all that you put your hand to.
19 Čuvaj se da ne ostaviš Levita dok si god živ na zemlji.
19 Ten cuidado de no desamparar al Levita en todos tus días sobre tu tierra.
19 Be careful that you don’t forsake the Levite as long as you live in your land.
20 Kad raširi Gospod Bog tvoj međe tvoje, kao što ti je kazao, ako kažeš: Da jedem mesa, kad duša tvoja želi da jede mesa, jedi mesa po svoj želji duše svoje.
20 Cuando Jehová tu Dios ensanchare tu término, como él te ha dicho, y tú dijeres, Comeré carne, porque deseó tu alma comerla, conforme á todo el deseo de tu alma comerás carne.
20 When Yahweh your God enlarges your border, as he has promised you, and you say, “I want to eat meat,” because your soul desires to eat meat, you may eat meat, after all the desire of your soul.
21 Ako bi bilo daleko od tebe mesto koje Gospod Bog tvoj izabere da onde namesti ime svoje, zakolji od stoke svoje krupne ili sitne, koju ti da Gospod, kao što sam ti zapovedio, i jedi u svom mestu po želji duše svoje.
21 Cuando estuviere lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová tu Dios habrá escogido, para poner allí su nombre, matarás de tus vacas y de tus ovejas, que Jehová te hubiere dado, como te he mandado yo, y comerás en tus puertas según todo lo que deseare tu alma.
21 If the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to put his name is too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which Yahweh has given you, as I have commanded you; and you may eat within your gates, after all the desire of your soul.
22 Kako se jede srna i jelen, onako jedi; i čist i nečist neka jede.
22 Lo mismo que se come el corzo y el ciervo, así las comerás: el inmundo y el limpio comerán también de ellas.
22 Even as the gazelle and as the deer is eaten, so you shall eat of it. The unclean and the clean may eat of it alike.
23 Samo pazi da ne jedeš krv; jer je krv duša, pa ne jedi dušu s mesom.
23 Solamente que te esfuerces á no comer sangre: porque la sangre es el alma; y no has de comer el alma juntamente con su carne.
23 Only be sure that you don’t eat the blood; for the blood is the life. You shall not eat the life with the meat.
24 Ne jedi je; nego prolij na zemlju kao vodu.
24 No la comerás: en tierra la derramarás como agua.
24 You shall not eat it. You shall pour it out on the earth like water.
25 Ne jedi je, da bi dobro bilo tebi i sinovima tvojim nakon tebe, kad činiš ono što je ugodno Gospodu.
25 No comerás de ella; para que te vaya bien á ti, y á tus hijos después de ti, cuando hicieres lo recto en ojos de Jehová.
25 You shall not eat it, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, when you do that which is right in Yahweh’s eyes.
26 Ali stvari svoje svete, koje imaš, i što zavetuješ, uzmi i dođi na mesto koje izabere Gospod.
26 Empero las cosas que tuvieres tú consagradas, y tus votos, las tomarás, y vendrás al lugar que Jehová hubiere escogido:
26 Only your holy things which you have, and your vows, you shall take and go to the place which Yahweh shall choose.
27 I prinesi žrtve svoje paljenice, meso i krv, na oltaru Gospoda Boga svog; krv pak od drugih žrtava tvojih neka se prolije na oltar Gospoda Boga tvog, a meso jedi.
27 Y ofrecerás tus holocaustos, la carne y la sangre, sobre el altar de Jehová tu Dios: y la sangre de tus sacrificios será derramada sobre el altar de Jehová tu Dios, y comerás la carne.
27 You shall offer your burnt offerings, the meat and the blood, on Yahweh your God’s altar. The blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on Yahweh your God’s altar, and you shall eat the meat.
28 Čuvaj i slušaj sve ove reči koje ti ja zapovedam, da bi dobro bilo tebi i sinovima tvojim nakon tebe doveka kad činiš šta je dobro i pravo pred Gospodom Bogom tvojim.
28 Guarda y escucha todas estas palabras que yo te mando, porque te vaya bien á ti y á tus hijos después de ti para siempre, cuando hicieres lo bueno y lo recto en los ojos de Jehová tu Dios.
28 Observe and hear all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in Yahweh your God’s eyes.
29 Kad istrebi Gospod Bog tvoj ispred tebe narode ka kojima ideš da naslediš zemlju njihovu, i nasledivši je kad se nastaniš u zemlji njihovoj,
29 Cuando hubiere devastado delante de ti Jehová tu Dios las naciones á donde tú vas para poseerlas, y las heredares, y habitares en su tierra,
29 When Yahweh your God cuts off the nations from before you where you go in to dispossess them, and you dispossess them and dwell in their land,
30 čuvaj se da se ne uhvatiš u zamku pošavši za njima pošto se potru ispred tebe, i da ne potražiš bogove njihove, i kažeš: Kako su ovi narodi služili svojim bogovima, tako ću i ja činiti.
30 Guárdate que no tropieces en pos de ellas, después que fueren destruídas delante de ti: no preguntes acerca de sus dioses, diciendo: De la manera que servían aquellas gentes á sus dioses, así haré yo también.
30 be careful that you are not ensnared to follow them after they are destroyed from before you, and that you not inquire after their gods, saying, “How do these nations serve their gods? I will do likewise.”
31 Ne čini tako Gospodu Bogu svom; jer oni činiše svojim bogovima sve što je gadno pred Gospodom i na šta On mrzi; jer su i sinove svoje i kćeri svoje sažizali bogovima svojim.
31 No harás así á Jehová tu Dios; porque todo lo que Jehová aborrece, hicieron ellos á sus dioses; pues aun á sus hijos é hijas quemaban en el fuego á sus dioses.
31 You shall not do so to Yahweh your God; for every abomination to Yahweh, which he hates, they have done to their gods; for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.
32 Šta vam god ja zapovedam sve držite i tvorite, niti šta dodajte k tome ni oduzmite od toga.
32 Cuidaréis de hacer todo lo que yo os mando: no añadirás á ello, ni quitarás de ello.
32 Whatever thing I command you, that you shall observe to do. You shall not add to it, nor take away from it.

Cómo se eligieron
«Comentario» es el comienzo de una homilía o exposición sobre este capítulo (homilías de san Juan Crisóstomo; tratados, sermones y comentarios a los Salmos de san Agustín). «Cita» es una frase en la que las notas de la propia edición identifican la cita de un versículo de este capítulo; solo se conserva si el texto coincide con el versículo. Solo se usan obras de autoría segura. Los Salmos siguen la numeración hebrea (Agustín usa la de los Setenta: su Salmo 50 es aquí el 51).
