1 Teško Arilu, Arilu, gradu gde je stajao David. Dodajte godinu na godinu, neka kolju žrtve praznične.
1 ¡AY de Ariel, ciudad donde habitó David! Añadid un año á otro, mátense víctimas.
1 Woe to Ariel! Ariel, the city where David encamped! Add year to year; let the feasts come around;
2 Ali ću pritesniti Arila, i biće žalost i tuga, jer će mi biti kao Aril.
2 Mas yo pondré á Ariel en apretura, y será desconsolada y triste; y será á mí como Ariel.
2 then I will distress Ariel, and there will be mourning and lamentation. She shall be to me as an altar hearth.
3 Jer ću te opkoliti vojskom, i stegnuću te opkopima i podignuću suprot tebi kule.
3 Porque asentaré campo contra ti en derredor, y te combatiré con ingenios, y levantaré contra ti baluartes.
3 I will encamp against you all around you, and will lay siege against you with posted troops. I will raise siege works against you.
4 Te ćeš oboren govoriti sa zemlje i iz praha ćeš mucati, i glas će ti biti sa zemlje kao u bajača i iz praha ćeš šapćući govoriti.
4 Entonces serás humillada, hablarás desde la tierra, y tu habla saldrá del polvo; y será tu voz de la tierra como de pythón, y tu habla susurrará desde el polvo.
4 You will be brought down, and will speak out of the ground. Your speech will mumble out of the dust. Your voice will be as of one who has a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and your speech will whisper out of the dust.
5 A mnoštvo neprijatelja tvojih biće kao sitan prah i mnoštvo nasilnika kao pleva kad se razmeće; i to će biti začas, iznenada.
5 Y la muchedumbre de tus extranjeros será como polvo menudo, y la multitud de los fuertes como tamo que pasa; y será repentinamente, en un momento.
5 But the multitude of your foes will be like fine dust, and the multitude of the ruthless ones like chaff that blows away. Yes, it will be in an instant, suddenly.
6 Gospod nad vojskama pohodiće ga gromom i trusom i hukom velikom, vihorom i burom i plamenom ognjenim koji proždire.
6 De Jehová de los ejércitos serás visitada con truenos y con terremotos y con gran ruido, con torbellino y tempestad, y llama de fuego consumidor.
6 She will be visited by Yahweh of Armies with thunder, with earthquake, with great noise, with whirlwind and storm, and with the flame of a devouring fire.
7 I mnoštvo svih naroda koji vojuju na Aril i svi koji udaraju na nj i na zidove njegove i koji ga pritešnjuju, biće kao utvara noćna u snu.
7 Y será como sueño de visión nocturna la multitud de todas las gentes que pelearán contra Ariel, y todos los que pelearán contra ella y sus ingenios, y los que la pondrán en apretura.
7 The multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all who fight against her and her stronghold, and who distress her, will be like a dream, a vision of the night.
8 Biće kao kad gladan sni da jede, pa kad se probudi a duša mu prazna; ili kad sni žedan da pije, pa kad se probudi, a on iznemogao i duša mu žedna; tako će biti mnoštvo svih naroda što vojuju na goru sionsku.
8 Y será como el que tiene hambre y sueña, y parece que come; mas cuando despierta, su alma está vacía; ó como el que tiene sed y sueña, y parece que bebe; mas cuando se despierta, hállase cansado, y su alma sedienta: así será la multitud de todas las gentes que pelearán contra el monte de Sión.
8 It will be like when a hungry man dreams, and behold, he eats; but he awakes, and his hunger isn’t satisfied; or like when a thirsty man dreams, and behold, he drinks; but he awakes, and behold, he is faint, and he is still thirsty. The multitude of all the nations that fight against Mount Zion will be like that.
9 Stanite i čudite se; vapijte i vičite: Pijani su, ali ne od vina; posrću, ali ne od silovitog pića.
9 Deteneos y maravillaos; ofuscaos y cegad; embriagaos, y no de vino; titubead, y no de sidra.
9 Pause and wonder! Blind yourselves and be blind! They are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.
10 Jer je Gospod izlio na vas duh tvrdog sna i zatvorio vam oči, oslepio proroke i videoce, glavare vaše.
10 Porque Jehová extendió sobre vosotros espíritu de sueño, y cerró vuestros ojos: cubrió vuestros profetas, y vuestros principales videntes.
10 For Yahweh has poured out on you a spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes, the prophets; and he has covered your heads, the seers.
11 I svaka utvara biće vam kao reči u zapečaćenoj knjizi, koju daju čoveku koji zna čitati govoreći: Čitaj to; a on reče: Ne mogu, jer je zapečaćeno.
11 Y os será toda visión como palabras de libro sellado, el cual si dieren al que sabe leer, y le dijeren: Lee ahora esto; él dirá: No puedo, porque está sellado.
11 All vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is educated, saying, “Read this, please;” and he says, “I can’t, for it is sealed;”
12 Ili da daju knjigu onom koji ne zna čitati govoreći: Čitaj to; a on reče: Ne znam čitati.
12 Y si se diere el libro al que no sabe leer, diciéndole: Lee ahora esto; él dirá: No sé leer.
12 and the book is delivered to one who is not educated, saying, “Read this, please;” and he says, “I can’t read.”
13 Zato reče Gospod: Što se ovaj narod približuje ustima svojim i usnama svojim poštuje me, a srce im daleko stoji od mene, i strah kojim me se boje zapovest je ljudska kojoj su naučeni,
13 Dice pues el Señor: Porque este pueblo se [me] acerca con su boca, y con sus labios me honra, mas su corazón alejó de mí, y su temor para conmigo fué enseñado por mandamiento de hombres:
13 The Lord said, “Because this people draws near with their mouth and honors me with their lips, but they have removed their heart far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment of men which has been taught;
14 Zato ću evo još raditi čudesno s tim narodom, čudesno i divno, i mudrost mudrih njegovih poginuće i razum razumnih nestaće.
14 Por tanto, he aquí que nuevamente excitaré yo la admiración de este pueblo con un prodigio grande y espantoso; porque perecerá la sabiduría de sus sabios, y se desvanecerá la prudencia de sus prudentes.
14 therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, even a marvelous work and a wonder; and the wisdom of their wise men will perish, and the understanding of their prudent men will be hidden.”
15 Teško onima koji duboko sakrivaju od Gospoda nameru, koji rade u mraku i govore: Ko nas vidi? I ko nas zna?
15 ¡Ay de los que se esconden de Jehová, encubriendo el consejo, y sus obras son en tinieblas, y dicen: ¿Quién nos ve, y quién nos conoce?
15 Woe to those who deeply hide their counsel from Yahweh, and whose deeds are in the dark, and who say, “Who sees us?” and “Who knows us?”
16 Naopake misli vaše nisu li kao kao lončarski? Govori li delo za onog koji ga je načinio: Nije me načinio? I lonac govori li za onog koji ga je načinio: Ne razume?
16 Vuestra subversión ciertamente será reputada como el barro del alfarero. ¿La obra dirá de su hacedor, No me hizo; y dirá el vaso de aquel que lo ha formado, No entendió?
16 You turn things upside down! Should the potter be thought to be like clay, that the thing made should say about him who made it, “He didn’t make me;” or the thing formed say of him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?
17 Neće li se doskora i Livan pretvoriti u polje, i polje se uzimati za šumu?
17 ¿No será tornado de aquí á muy poco tiempo el Líbano en Carmelo, y el Carmelo será estimado por bosque?
17 Isn’t it yet a very little while, and Lebanon will be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field will be regarded as a forest?
18 I u taj će dan gluvi čuti reči u knjizi, i iz tame i mraka videće oči slepih.
18 Y en aquel tiempo los sordos oirán las palabras del libro, y los ojos de los ciegos verán en medio de la oscuridad y de las tinieblas.
18 In that day, the deaf will hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind will see out of obscurity and out of darkness.
19 I krotki će se veoma radovati u Gospodu, i ništi između ljudi veseliće se sa Sveca Izrailjevog.
19 Entonces los humildes crecerán en alegría en Jehová, y los pobres de los hombres se gozarán en el Santo de Israel.
19 The humble also will increase their joy in Yahweh, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
20 Jer nasilnika neće biti, i nestaće podsmevača, i istrebiće se svi koji gledaju da čine bezakonje,
20 Porque el violento será acabado, y el escarnecedor será consumido: serán talados todos los que madrugaban á la iniquidad.
20 For the ruthless is brought to nothing, and the scoffer ceases, and all those who are alert to do evil are cut off—
21 Koji okrivljuju čoveka za reč, i meću zamku onom koji kara na vratima, i obaraju pravednog lažju.
21 Los que hacían pecar al hombre en palabra; los que armaban lazo al que reprendía en la puerta, y torcieron lo justo en vanidad.
21 who cause a person to be indicted by a word, and lay a snare for one who reproves in the gate, and who deprive the innocent of justice with false testimony.
22 Zato Gospod, koji je otkupio Avrama, ovako govori za dom Jakovljev: Neće se više Jakov postideti, niti će mu lice pobledeti.
22 Por tanto, Jehová que redimió á Abraham, dice así á la casa de Jacob: No será ahora confundido Jacob, ni su rostro se pondrá pálido;
22 Therefore Yahweh, who redeemed Abraham, says concerning the house of Jacob: “Jacob shall no longer be ashamed, neither shall his face grow pale.
23 Jer kad vidi usred sebe decu svoju, delo ruku mojih, tada će oni svetiti ime moje, svetiće Sveca Jakovljevog i bojaće se Boga Izrailjevog.
23 Porque verá á sus hijos, obra de mis manos en medio de sí, que santificarán mi nombre; y santificarán al Santo de Jacob, y temerán al Dios de Israel.
23 But when he sees his children, the work of my hands, in the middle of him, they will sanctify my name. Yes, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.
24 I koji lutaju duhom orazumiće se, i vikači će primiti nauku.
24 Y los errados de espíritu aprenderán inteligencia, y los murmuradores aprenderán doctrina.
24 They also who err in spirit will come to understanding, and those who grumble will receive instruction.”

But He fulfills what the holy prophets truly predicted regarding Him: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and bring to nought the prudence of the prudent." For He does not destroy and bring to nought His own gift in them, but what they arrogate to themselves, and do not hold of Him.
