1 Сиђи и седи у прах, девојко, кћери вавилонска; седи на земљу, нема престола, кћери халдејска; јер се нећеш више звати нежна и љупка.
1 DESCIENDE, y siéntate en el polvo, virgen hija de Babilonia, siéntate en la tierra sin trono, hija de los Caldeos: que nunca más te llamarán tierna y delicada.
1 “Come down and sit in the dust, virgin daughter of Babylon. Sit on the ground without a throne, daughter of the Chaldeans. For you will no longer be called tender and delicate.
2 Узми жрвње, и мељи брашно, откриј косу своју, изуј се, загали ноге, иди преко река.
2 Toma el molino, y muele harina: descubre tus guedejas, descalza los pies, descubre las piernas, pasa los ríos.
2 Take the millstones and grind flour. Remove your veil, lift up your skirt, uncover your legs, and wade through the rivers.
3 Откриће се голотиња твоја, и видеће се срамота твоја; осветићу се, и нико ми неће сметати.
3 Descubierta será tu vergüenza, y tu deshonor será visto: tomaré venganza, y no encontraré hombre.
3 Your nakedness will be uncovered. Yes, your shame will be seen. I will take vengeance, and will spare no one.”
4 Име је Избавитељу нашем Господ над војскама, Светац Израиљев.
4 Nuestro Redentor, Jehová de los ejércitos es su nombre, el Santo de Israel.
4 Our Redeemer, Yahweh of Armies is his name, is the Holy One of Israel.
5 Седи ћутећи, и уђи у таму, кћери халдејска; јер се нећеш више звати госпођа царствима.
5 Siéntate, calla, y entra en tinieblas, hija de los Caldeos: porque nunca más te llamarán señora de reinos.
5 “Sit in silence, and go into darkness, daughter of the Chaldeans. For you shall no longer be called the mistress of kingdoms.
6 Разгневих се на народ свој, оскврних наследство своје и предадох га теби у руке; а ти им не показа милост; на старце си метала претешки јарам свој;
6 Enojéme contra mi pueblo, profané mi heredad, y entreguélos en tu mano: no les hiciste misericordias; sobre el viejo agravaste mucho tu yugo.
6 I was angry with my people. I profaned my inheritance and gave them into your hand. You showed them no mercy. You laid a very heavy yoke on the aged.
7 И говорила си: Довека ћу бити госпођа; али никад ниси то узимала на ум, нити си помишљала шта ће бити на послетку.
7 Y dijiste: Para siempre seré señora: y no has pensado en esto, ni te acordaste de tu postrimería.
7 You said, ‘I will be a princess forever,’ so that you didn’t lay these things to your heart, nor did you remember the results.
8 Сада дакле чуј ово, која живиш у сластима и без бриге седиш и говориш у срцу свом: Ја сам, и нема друге осим мене, нећу бити удовица нити ћу осиротети.
8 Oye pues ahora esto, delicada, la que está sentada confiadamente, la que dice en su corazón: Yo soy, y fuera de mí no hay más; no quedaré viuda, ni conoceré orfandad.
8 “Now therefore hear this, you who are given to pleasures, who sit securely, who say in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me. I won’t sit as a widow, neither will I know the loss of children.’
9 То ће ти обоје доћи уједанпут, у исти дан, да осиротиш и обудовиш, доћи ће ти потпуно, ради мноштва чини твојих и ради велике силе чарања твог.
9 Estas dos cosas te vendrán de repente en un mismo día, orfandad y viudez: en toda su perfección vendrán sobre ti, por la multitud de tus adivinanzas, y por la copia de tus muchos agüeros.
9 But these two things will come to you in a moment in one day: the loss of children and widowhood. They will come on you in their full measure, in the multitude of your sorceries, and the great abundance of your enchantments.
10 Јер си се поуздала у злоћу своју говорећи: Нико ме не види. Мудрост твоја и знање твоје преварише те, те си говорила у срцу свом: Ја сам, и осим мене нема друге.
10 Porque te confiaste en tu maldad, diciendo: Nadie me ve. Tu sabiduría y tu misma ciencia te engañaron, y dijiste en tu corazón: Yo, y no más.
10 For you have trusted in your wickedness. You have said, ‘No one sees me.’ Your wisdom and your knowledge has perverted you. You have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’
11 Зато ће доћи на те зло, а нећеш знати одакле излази, и попашће те невоља, да је нећеш моћи одбити, и доћи ће на те уједанпут погибао, за коју нећеш знати.
11 Vendrá pues sobre ti mal, cuyo nacimiento no sabrás: caerá sobre ti quebrantamiento, el cual no podrás remediar: y destrucción que no sabrás, vendrá de repente sobre ti.
11 Therefore disaster will come on you. You won’t know when it dawns. Mischief will fall on you. You won’t be able to put it away. Desolation will come on you suddenly, which you don’t understand.
12 Стани сада с врачањем својим и с мноштвом чини својих, око којих си се трудила од младости своје, не би ли се помогла, не би ли се окрепила.
12 Estáte ahora en tus encantamentos, y con la multitud de tus agüeros, en los cuales te fatigaste desde tu niñez; quizá podrás mejorarte, quizá te fortificarás.
12 “Stand now with your enchantments and with the multitude of your sorceries, in which you have labored from your youth, as if you might profit, as if you might prevail.
13 Уморила си се од мноштва намера својих; нека стану сада звездари, који гледају звезде, који проричу сваког месеца, и нека те сачувају од оног што ће доћи на те.
13 Haste fatigado en la multitud de tus consejos. Parezcan ahora y defiéndante los contempladores de los cielos, los especuladores de las estrellas, los que contaban los meses, para pronosticar lo que vendrá sobre ti.
13 You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels. Now let the astrologers, the stargazers, and the monthly prognosticators stand up and save you from the things that will happen to you.
14 Гле, они су као плева, огањ ће их спалити, ни сами себе неће избавити из пламена; неће остати угља да се ко огреје, ни огња да би се поседело код њега.
14 He aquí que serán como tamo; fuego los quemará, no salvarán sus vidas del poder de la llama; no quedará brasa para calentarse, ni lumbre á la cual se sienten.
14 Behold, they are like stubble. The fire will burn them. They won’t deliver themselves from the power of the flame. It won’t be a coal to warm at or a fire to sit by.
15 Такви ће бити они с којима си се трудила и с којима си трговала од младости своје, разбећи ће се сваки на своју страну; неће бити никога да те избави.
15 Así te serán aquellos con quienes te fatigaste, tus negociantes desde tu niñez: cada uno echará por su camino, no habrá quien te salve.
15 The things that you labored in will be like this: those who have trafficked with you from your youth will each wander in his own way. There will be no one to save you.
