114:1 When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign language,
114:2 Judah became his sanctuary, Israel his dominion.
114:3 The sea saw it, and fled. The Jordan was driven back.
114:4 The mountains skipped like rams, the little hills like lambs.
5 Что́ ти є҆́сть, мо́ре, ꙗ҆́кѡ побѣ́гло є҆сѝ, и҆ тебѣ̀, і҆ѻрда́не, ꙗ҆́кѡ возврати́лсѧ є҆сѝ вспѧ́ть;
114:5 What was it, you sea, that you fled? You Jordan, that you turned back?
6 го́ры, ꙗ҆́кѡ взыгра́стесѧ ꙗ҆́кѡ ѻ҆внѝ, и҆ хо́лми ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́гнцы ѻ҆́вчїи;
114:6 You mountains, that you skipped like rams? You little hills, like lambs?
114:7 Tremble, you earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,
114:8 who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a spring of waters.
115:1 Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness, and for your truth’s sake.
10 да не когда̀ рекꙋ́тъ ꙗ҆зы́цы: гдѣ̀ є҆́сть бг҃ъ и҆́хъ;
115:2 Why should the nations say, “Where is their God, now?”
115:3 But our God is in the heavens. He does whatever he pleases.
115:4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
115:5 They have mouths, but they don’t speak. They have eyes, but they don’t see.
115:6 They have ears, but they don’t hear. They have noses, but they don’t smell.
115:7 They have hands, but they don’t feel. They have feet, but they don’t walk, neither do they speak through their throat.
115:8 Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them.
115:9 Israel, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:10 House of Aaron, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:11 You who fear Yahweh, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:12 Yahweh remembers us. He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel. He will bless the house of Aaron.
115:13 He will bless those who fear Yahweh, both small and great.
115:14 May Yahweh increase you more and more, you and your children.
115:15 Blessed are you by Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
115:16 The heavens are Yahweh’s heavens, but he has given the earth to the children of men.
115:17 The dead don’t praise Yah, nor any who go down into silence,
115:18 but we will bless Yah, from this time forward and forever more. Praise Yah!

  3. Cita 114:3 Cyril of Jerusalem, Catechetical Lectures (Lecture XII)

    … instance, "The Sea said" so and so; and, "The Depth saith, It is not in me;" and "The Heavens declare the glory of God;" and again a command is given to the Sword; and the Mountains and Hills are asked the reason of their skipping. We do not allege any of these, though some of our predecessors used them as …
