¿Por qué mi Biblia dice algo distinto?
- Mateo 6:13: «Porque tuyo es el reino…»
La doxología final del Padrenuestro, «porque tuyo es el reino, y el poder, y la gloria», falta en los manuscritos griegos más antiguos de Mateo y en la mayor parte de la tradición latina, pero es muy antigua: una forma más breve ya aparece en la Didaché. El Texto Patriarcal la incluye, y en la Divina Liturgia el sacerdote la canta en forma trinitaria. La mayoría de los estudiosos la ve como una antigua respuesta litúrgica que entró en el texto.
